Mehrzweck-Werkzeugmaschine.
Multipurpose machine tool. The invention relates to a multi-purpose machine tool with a serving for Aufspan NEN of the workpiece, ver adjustable in three directions at right angles to each other and a rotatable, multi-spindle spindle head, the spindles individually displaceable in the working position with a motor in Dre hung Coupling shaft can be brought into working connection.
According to the invention, this multi-purpose machine tool is characterized in that the rotatable spindle head is arranged on a slide that is adjustable in the flea and located on the upper part of the machine frame, and that two independent devices are provided for adjusting the slide, of which one by hand, the other by motor.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is shown game of the subject invention. Fig. 1 shows a side view of the multi-purpose machine tool and Fig.1a a partial section through the hollow shaft, Fig. 2 is a front view, while Fig. 3 to 7 show details of the machine conditions.
The machine has on a base plate 1 a frame 2 on which a height-adjustable and lockable table console 3 with a clamping table 4 for the workpiece to be machined, which can be adjusted in two mutually perpendicular directions, is arranged. is. To adjust the table console 3, a handwheel 5 is used, while the clamping table 4 is movable with means of a handwheel 6 in the longitudinal direction and by means of a handwheel 7 in the transverse direction. The table can still be adjusted in the vertical direction, i.e. in three directions at right angles to one another.
With the frame 2 a set on the latter upper part 8 is screwed, which is designed to take on a transmission. On the upper part 8, the housing 9 of a known continuously variable transmission is connected to an electric motor 10. On the shaft of the continuously variable transmission there is a multi-plate clutch 11 and a spur gear 12, which is via another spur gear 13 with a shaft 14 in Arbeitsverbin manure. The shaft 14 is connected via an angle gear 15 with a vertical shaft 16 and this with a second bevel gear 17 housed in the frame 2, through which a telescopic shaft 7 8 for the movement of the clamping table -1 in. Rotation can be displaced.
The shaft 18 drives via a screw gear (not shown in the drawing) the coupling located on the table spindle, of which a coupling half is formed by the spindle nut. This coupling is rotatably net angeord on the console slide, and it is brought into engagement with the other coupling 11, which is in the drive, with a wedge for mechanical actuation of the table by means of engagement lever, shaft and coupling fork. This then rotates the table spindle, while the rotatable spindle nut is also screwed onto your console slide.
If, on the other hand, the table is to be moved by hand by turning the hand wheels 6 and 7, then the disengaged spindle nut stops while the spindle is released by a detent (not shown in the drawing). When the multi-disc clutch 11 is engaged, another spur gear 19 is set in rotation, which drives a spur gear 19b seated on a shaft 19a via an intermediate gear 19a. At the front of the upper part 8, a vertically displaceable carriage 20 is angeord net, on which there is a fixed stop 21 be (Fig.6 and 7). On the upper part 8 there is an upper and a lower shaft bearing 22 and 23, respectively, of which the latter is provided with a locking device formed from a spring-loaded snap ball 24.
This Verriege treatment device serving to determine a rotatably mounted in the two shaft bearings grooved shaft 26 in different rotational positions could also be provided on the upper Wel lenlager. The ball 24 can fall into recesses in the shaft 26. The grooved shaft 26 is provided with six stop cams 27 displaceable in longitudinal grooves. In Figure 6 and 7 only four of the grooves that exist or one of the sliding stops 27 are visible. The device consisting of parts 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27 is used when using the machine tool as a drill to set the desired drilling depths with the tool used as a drill, the drilling depths by means of an adjustable stop 27 on the scales 28 attached to the splined shaft 26 can be adjusted.
By rotating the grooved shaft 26 in its bearings 22 and 23, a different drilling depth can be set as required, so that up to six different deep holes can be drilled in a workpiece without the need to adjust the stops.
On the shaft 14 sits one angular wheel of an angular gear 29, the second angular gear of which drives a spur gear 30 which meshes with a toothed shaft 31 rotatably mounted in the carriage 20, in such a way that the work connection between the latter and the spur gear 30 also on the occasion of a shift of the slide 20 upwards or downwards is always retained. The GE toothed shaft 31 is in working connection via a spur gear 32 with a ver with a coupling shaft 33 related spur gear 34. Located on the coupling shaft 33, see above the spur gear 34, as shown in FIG. 4, a pressure bearing 35, on which one end of a compression spring 36 designed as a helical spring rests.
The second end of the compression spring 36 is supported on a radial ball bearing 37 on the end of the coupling shaft 33. The ball bearing 37 is below the with. a Ge threaded ring 38 provided bearing cover 39, which in turn is screwed ver with a slide head 40. The lower second end of the coupling shaft 33 is in a bearing bushing and carries at its protruding end over the latter one under the action of a compression spring 41 coupling half 42 of a claw coupling, which was distinguished by means of a lever 55 in the ge in Fig.4 Can raise the uncoupling position.
The slide head 40 is attached to the axis on which the spindle head 44 is rotatably arranged on the slide 20. and provided with six drilling spindles 46 each provided with a coupling half 45.
Each of these spindles 46, which are axially secured and mounted, is, as FIG. 3 shows, provided with a conical recess for inserting the conical shaft 47 of a tool and, in addition to a driver slot 48 for drills and countersinks or similar tools have a second slot 49 for the introduction of a milling cutter, milling arbor or the like provided with a suitable slot for fastening the wedge 50.
Tools that can be used as milling cutters are pressed upwards by means of the wedge and can be removed after the wedge has been removed if they are pressed downwards by means of the wedge inserted into the slot 18. will. In order to prevent damage to the conical surfaces, a recess 51 is provided in the milling cutter fastening slot 49 in the spindle cone.
At the front of the spindle head 44, a clamping plate 52 is placed on the hollow shaft 61, on which a clamping lever 53 with bolts can act. In front of the clamping plate 52 a release lever 55 is also accessible, which is mounted on a shaft 54 and the lifting of the upper coupling half 12 of the coupling shaft 33 enables. A spring-loaded snap ball 43 (Fig. 4) existing Sperrvorrich device is used to determine the release lever 55 in the uncoupling position. On the non-rotatable clamping plate 52, which can be fixed by the clamping lever 53, there is a dial 56 (FIGS. 2 and 5), along which a pointer 57, which is rotatably arranged on the shaft 61, can be moved.
For the downward movement of the slide 20, a toothed rack 58 is provided on the upper part 8, that is to say on the machine frame, with which a toothed piston 59 with a friction cone is in working connection, which is mounted on a shaft rotatable on the slide. The downward movement of the slide can be done mechanically by tightening the handle nut 60 or by hand using the lever 62 with the handle nut 60 loosened. The upward movement should only be done by hand because this process must be done as quickly as possible because the chips are pulled out of the borehole the rotating tool. This operation is carried out by lever 62.
The toothed piston 59 is via a toothed piston shaft 59a with the grip nut 60 located in front of the clamping plate 52 (FIG. 1) rotatably bar. The toothed piston shaft 59a is freely rotatable within a hollow shaft 61, which can be rotated by means of a handle 62 located in front of the clamping plate. A worm wheel 63 with a conical recess in the end face facing the toothed piston 59 for receiving its friction cone is connected to the hollow shaft 61. The worm wheel 63 is set in Dre hung by means of a worm shaft 63a when the slide 20 is driven by a motor. The same is driven from the feed gear box and drives the worm wheel 63, which is connected to the hollow shaft 61 by a key. The hollow shaft is on the other hand by a not illustrated illustrated expanding ring coupling with the lever. 62 coupled.
The toothed piston shaft, which carries a toothed wheel for engagement in the toothed rack 58, passes through the hollow shaft 61. The toothed piston shaft 59a has at the other end a thread on which the handle nut 60 is located, for the purpose of actuating the cone coupling by tightening the handle nut thread and thus actuating the mechanical feed.
1a shows the position of the parts during mechanical movement of the slide 20, in which the friction disk 59 with toothed piston is coupled to the worm wheel 63 by the tightened grip nut 60, so that the wheel 59 is driven by the worm wheel 63. By loosening the grip nut 60, the friction 59 comes out of engagement and is thereby prepared vorbe for the manual drive. This is done by the lever 62, which is firmly connected to the toothed piston shaft 59a by an expanding ring coupling via the hollow shaft 61.
To lock the rotatable spindle head in the various working positions of the spin deln a locking wedge 65 is provided which can fall into recesses in the spindle head.
The setting of the spindle speeds is facilitated by the arrangement of a speed indicator 66 which is connected to the transmission and mounted on the upper part 8.
The activated drive motor 10 rotates the spur gear 30 via the gearbox, the spur gear 12, the shaft 14 and the angular gear 29, the clutch shaft 33 with the clutch part 42 connected to the latter via the toothed roller 31 and the spur gears 32 and 34 brings into circulation, the speed of which is continuously adjustable and readable on the speed indicator 66. By pivoting the release lever 55 from the uncoupling position shown in FIG. 4, the coupling part 42 can be brought into working connection with the coupling part 45 of the spindle .16 rotated into the working position, which is maintained due to the compression springs 36 and 41.
So that on the occasion of the production of this working connection between tween the two coupling parts jumping over the claws is excluded. a synchronizing ring is provided on the coupling part 42. Before establishing the working connection between the coupling shaft 33 and the: Spindle 46, the rotatable spindle head 44 is to be set firmly by means of the conical springs to the locking wedge 65 and by pressing the non-rotatable clamping plate 52 by means of the pivotable clamping lever 53 inserted in the slide with a bolt.
The adjustment of the carriage carrying the spindle head 44 into the starting position required to carry out the work to be carried out on the work piece set on the work piece, which is expediently designed as a coordinate table 4, can be carried out by hand by the toothed piston engaging with the rack 58 ben 59 is rotated by means of the lever 62 on the toothed piston shaft in the required direction of rotation device so that the carriage 20 is raised or lowered.
If the machine tool is to be used to carry out drilling work, for wel chem purposes one or more of the spindles -16 are to be provided with drilling tools, then the drilling depth to be achieved in each case can be read on the scale 56. For this purpose, the pointer 57 located on a ring, which is connected to the part of the hollow shaft 61 protruding over the clamping plate 52 but located behind the lever 62, but can be rotated on it, is brought into the zero position of the scale. when the tip of the drill touches the workpiece.
In the now following motor-operated during downward movement of the slide 20 during drilling, the hollow shaft 61 is rotated by friction with the pointer, so that the downward movement of the slide can be interrupted when the drilling depth readable on the scale is reached. Since the carriage 20 has a long guide, the machine is suitable for drilling both short and deep holes.
The spindle head described allows. a quick change of the tool intended for the execution of work if different tools have to be used one after the other on the same workpiece. For this purpose, the working connection between: the coupling shaft 33 and the spindle 46 in the working position must be broken by pivoting the release lever 55, whereupon after removing the locking wedge 65 and loosening the clamping plate 5? the spindle head 44 can be rotated.
The repeated drilling of holes of different depths in a row (the same work pieces is considerably facilitated and simplified by the drilling depth stops 7 located on the upper part 8. When changing from one drilling depth to another, only the grooved shaft 26 is in the closed position turn so that the stop cam 2 7 set to the drilling depth to be drilled is engaged in the movement path of the fixed stop 21 located on the lifts 20.
As a result of the possibility of having the feed of the clamping table carried out by the drive motor, the machine can also be used as a milling machine, where a number of different work operations can be carried out without changing tools due to the use of different milling tools on the spindle head. Because the change from motorized table rubbing to hand rubbing and vice versa.
As already mentioned., only represents a simple --manipulation., but also allow drilling and milling work to be carried out in rapid alternation due to the rotatable spindle head.
That in the top. 8 geared gearbox is naturally designed as a change gearbox, so that the carriage 20 can be moved by motor in both directions of movement and that the clamping table can also be moved by motor in the forward and in the return.
