Fig. 1 eine Heizanlage,
Fig. 2 eine Wärmemenge-Messeinrichtung und
Fig. 3 eine vereinfachte Wärmemenge- Messeinrichtung.
Method for measuring the heat output from heating systems.
The invention relates to a method for measuring the heat output of heating systems with a circulation pump and heat consumers connected in parallel between a supply and a return line and combined in groups, which is characterized in that the amount of heat carrier flowing into each heat consumer group is kept constant and the amount of heat given off is determined on the basis of this constant amount of heat transfer medium and avoidance of measurement and response means for the amount of heat transfer medium by continuously determining the heat transfer medium temperature in the connection lines of the heat consumer group to the supply and return line.
To carry out the method, a device is used in which the amount of heat transfer medium flowing into each heat consumer group is kept constant by means of bypass lines that are each connected to a three-way regulating element of a heat consumer and connected in parallel to it, and which device has at least one integrating gear, has a heat quantity measuring device connected to the supply and return line with temperature meters in the connection lines of the heat consumer group.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention are shown schematically, and the method according to the invention is explained using these embodiments. Show it :
1 shows a heating system,
2 shows a heat quantity measuring device and
3 shows a simplified heat quantity measuring device.
In FIG. 1, 1 denotes a boiler of a heating system, in which the heat carrier is kept in circulation by a circulation pump 2. Between a supply line 3 and a return line 4, radiators 5 of a first part of the building and radiators 6 of a second part of the building are connected. The radiators 5 and 6 are connected in parallel to one another. In the supply line to each radiator a three-way control element is provided, for example in the form of a tap 7 or 8, from which a bypass line 9 or 10 parallel to the radiator is branched off, which opens after the radiator in its outlet line.
The regulating elements 7 and 8 are designed in such a way that they do not act as actual blocking and throttling elements, as is customary, but as diverting elements that allow the heat transfer medium to be diverted from the radiator to the bypass and vice versa, in such a way that the flow # remains unchanged by each heating point formed by a radiator and a bypass line. The bypass line is also dimensioned in such a way and a regulating sleeve set between the three-way control element and the heating element is provided so that the flow resistance of each heating point remains unchanged in any position of the three-way control element.
This means that in the heating system described, the amount of heat transfer medium to be conveyed by the circulation pump 2 remains unchanged in such a way that it is completely independent of the respective positions of the three-way control elements. In order to determine the heat consumption of the entirety of the radiators 5 and 6, a heat quantity measuring device 11 or 12 is provided for each radiator group, the temperature difference integrating device of which is determined by the in the connecting lines 3 'and 4' or. 3 "and 4" of the radiator group to the supply and return lines 3 and. 4 built-in temperature sensors 13, 14 or
15, 16 is set off, while a direct detection of the heat transfer amount itself does not take place. 2 shows a heat quantity measuring device in which the temperatures measured in the connection lines of a heater group are mechanically transmitted to the sun gears 17, 18 of a differential gear 19, the planetary gear 20 of which and thus a cam disk 21 are relatively equal to the difference of these two temperatures is adjusted.
By adjusting the Noekenseheibe 21 relative to a similarly constructed cam disk 22, a gap ft is created on the circumference of these two Seheiben, the length of which is relatively the temperature difference #t and is constantly scanned by a roller 23. A similar device with two cam disks' 4, 25, of which the former is adjustable by a knob 26 with respect to a scale 27 and the second is fixed, is used to determine the length of a gap tg constantly scanned by a roller 28 corresponding to the particular Measured by hand.
A known mechanism housed in a housing 29 means that the two factors 99, and #g or the pulses corresponding to them are continuously integrated and multiplied with one another and the products are integrated, as is indicated, for example, in Swiss patent no . The amount of heat determined in this way is recorded by a counter; 30 displayed.
In FIG. 3, a simplified heat quantity measuring device is shown as a further exemplary embodiment, in which only the value ft corresponding to the temperature difference is detected in a manner similar to that in FIG. 2 and by a value accommodated in a housing 31 known mechanism is continuously integrated and communicated to the counter 32.
In order to obtain the amount of heat, in this case the integral of the temperature difference has to be multiplied by the constant amount of heat transfer medium once determined for the respective radiator group.
This can be achieved by providing a transmission in front of the counter 32, which in this case indicates the amount of heat, the transmission ratio of which is in proportion to the amount of heat transfer medium. A particularly simple amount of heat measuring device is obtained when the factor corresponding to the amount of heat transfer medium is only noted as a counter constant on the measuring device, the information from counter 32 being multiplied by this counter constant, for example on paper.
In order to obtain the most accurate result possible, the temperature difference must be determined precisely, since the latter can be very small at times and an error with small temperature differences results in an absolute error which, for example, is a multiple of the relatively high individual temperatures that arise when measuring and evaluating the relatively high individual temperatures Mistake is. In such cases it is therefore more expedient to record the temperatures in the connecting lines 3 'and 4 @ or 3 "and 4" by separate integrating devices and first subtract these values, for example by means of a differential gear like the gearbox 19.
In this case, a heat sensor is in operative connection with an integrating gear and the outputs of the integrating gear drive the two sun gears of a differential gear acting as a subtraction gear, the planetary gear or web of which, for example, has a counter that displays the amount of heat via a variable that takes into account the amount of heat transfer medium Translation drives.
The described heat quantity measuring devices have the advantage that the omission of the quantity measuring unit makes it much simpler and cheaper. Since there are fewer sensitive parts, such an arrangement is also much less prone to interference. These features are particularly evident in the simplified embodiment. In this case, relatively very little space is required for the heat quantity measuring device, so that it can be accommodated in a small housing.
