Fluidummaschine.

Fig. 4 zeigt einen Schnitt nach Linie A-B der Fig. 1.
29a, 30a usw. in lei tender Verbindung.
Fluid machine. The present invention relates to a fluid machine which e.g. B. can be a liq fluid transmission z. B. works with oil.
However, the machine can also, for example, be designed and used as a compressor or as a transmission for power machines, in particular internal combustion engines. will.
According to the invention, the fluid machine has cylinders revolving around a common axis, in which pistons are forcibly moved back and forth in paths running parallel to the axis of revolution of the cylinder by an actuating device.
The actuation of the piston reciprocable in the circling Zy relieve can be done in any appropriate manner. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the pistons are actuated from both sides. For this purpose, according to one embodiment of the invention, the forced actuation of the pistons movable in the rotating cylinders can take place by circumferential abutments, which are preferably made adjustable so that the stroke volume of the pistons can be changed in accordance with practical needs.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the abutments for the compulsory back and forth movement of the pistons movable in the rotating cylinders can, according to a further embodiment of the invention, by pivotable Lagerkör supporting the circumferential abutments, e.g. B. in the form of discs or the like, adjustable on which the abutments, for. B. bodies in the form of pans, are rotatable.
According to a technical embodiment of the invention, the circumferential abutment bearing supporting bearing body can be pivotably mounted on an appropriate housing part, frame or the like so that they can be brought into a desired position by a common actuator; this changes the angular position of the rotating abutments for the pistons in relation to the axis of rotation of the cylinders.
It is possible to train the machine in such a way that the stroke of the piston, which can be moved back and forth in the circling Zy, can be continuously changed, in such a way that a desired filling volume of the individual cylinders is obtained, and the direction of travel of the cylinder The fluid is reversed through the machine so that the machine can be used as a reversing gear. The invention can also preferably be carried out in this way. that tun running parts of the device for the compulsory back and forth movement of the pistons are put into circulation from the rotating cylinder unit.
For this purpose you can use. the cylinder aggregate circumferential and relative to it ver slidable rods be provided, the z. B. are articulated with pivotable abutments of the above-mentioned type so that they take the abutments with them, but at the same time allow free pivoting of these abutments for changing the piston stroke and possibly reversing the Ma machine.
In each of the cylinders revolving around a common axis of rotation, a double piston can also be provided which is forcibly moved in the manner described above by the specified means. According to a practical embodiment of the invention, the movable double piston in the rotating cylinders can be held in a fixed distance from each other by spacers ge; which are plugged into one another and do not require any additional fastening.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the supply and discharge of the fluid can be done in a known manner through a central fixed supply line and Ablei device, which lines are brought in accordance with the control rhythm through slots or the like with the interior of the various cylinders in connection. When using double pistons, corresponding double slots are provided for this purpose.
In the accompanying drawing is an imple mentation of the invention and a De tail variant, for example, brought ge for illustration.
Fig. 1 shows. a vertical longitudinal section through a fluid machine according to the invention He.
Fig. 2 shows a plan view, partly in section.
FIG. 3 shows in the upper half a section along line E-F of FIG. 2 and in the lower half a section along line C-D of FIG.
FIG. 4 shows a section along line A-B of FIG. 1.
5 shows, on a larger scale, a section through a modified embodiment of the rotatable shaft with the supply line and the discharge line. 1 and 2, 4 denotes a housing which has the shape of a trough which is made ver closable by a lid 5 by means of screws 6. In ball bearings 7 and 8, a shaft 11 is rotatably mounted using flange sockets 9 and 10, wel che on its left part (Fig. 1) is formed as a hollow shaft 1la and which can be driven mechanically or electrically in an appropriate manner.
On this shaft 11 a generally designated 12 cylinder housing is attached, which has a plurality of cylinder bores 13 (Fig. 4), which are each divided by a mitt sized partition in the form of a bearing bush 14 in two halves. In each cylinder half a piston 15 or 16 ge superimposed, of which one, 15, with a mitt sized rod 17 and the other, 16, is provided with a bush 18 into which the rod 17 of the piston 15 is fitted. (If necessary, a spring can be switched between the part 17 or 18 and the piston 16 or 15, respectively.
On the trough-shaped housing, another housing 19 is attached, which carries a line to line 20 and a discharge line 21 or vice versa for a liquid or gaseous Ar working medium. The line 20 is connected to a line 22 of annular cross section, while the line 21 is connected to a tubular line 23. The lines 22 and 3 are formed in a fixed axis 24, which is inserted into the hollow part 11a of the shaft 11.
The lines 22 and 23 protrude via slots 25 and 26 respectively formed in the shaft 11 and the wall of the cylinder 12. the cylinder spaces 29 and 30 or 29a, 30a, etc. in lei tender connection. The lines 22 and 23 are alternately beitskreislaufes with the Schlit zen 25 and 26 brought to cover the working fluid '1.11- and away when the cylinder housing 12 and the shaft 11 are rotated in the rhythm of the Ar.
The pistons 15 and 16 or 15a and 16a have socket-like supports 31 and 32 or 31a and 32a etc., in which actuating rods 33 and 34 or 33a and 34a etc. with their ball heads 35 and 36 or 35a and 36u etc. can intervene. The Stan conditions 33 and 34 or 33a and 34a etc. have ball heads 37 and 38 or 37a and 38a etc. which engage in corresponding spherical recesses 39 and 40 or 39a and 40a etc. at their opposite ends .
These spherical recesses are formed in socket bodies 41 and 42, which form abutments for the pistons or their actuation rods, and are provided in a corresponding number of cylinders. The socket bodies 41 and 42 are supported on bearing bodies by means of ball bearings 43 and 44, which generally have the reference numerals 45 and 46. This bearing body 45 and 46 are each provided with pins 47 and 48 which are rotatably mounted in corresponding bearings 49 and 50 of the trough-shaped housing. The bearing bodies 45 and 46 are generally designated by 51, 52 and 53, 54 joints and in their length z. B. by thread and nuts adjustable face connecting rods 55 and 56 mitein other in connection.
There are a total of four such double joint connections with four connecting rods between the Lagerkör pern 45 and 46 are provided.
The pin 48 is led out of the housing 4, 5 and carries an adjusting lever 57 with handle 58. As can be seen from Fig. 1, the axes of rotation of the bearing bodies 45 and 46 are each in the connecting plane of the pivot points of the ball heads 37 and 37a or 38 and 38a of the rods 33, 34 and 33a, 34a and pass through the central axis of rotation of the orbiting cylinders.
To obtain an inevitable rotary movement of the socket bodies 41 and 42 with which the cylinder housing 12 circling, two lugs 59 and 60 are provided on the cylinder 12 (FIG. 4) which have bores 61, 62 extending parallel to the center of the cylinder , 63 and 64. Through these cylindrical bores 61 to 64, cylindrical rods 65, 66, 65a and 66a (FIGS. 2 and 3) are passed, which are each half cut away at their ends, as indicated at 67 and 68 in FIG.
The transverse to the rods limiting surfaces of the cutouts 67 and 68 attack each on a cylindrical slide block 69 and 70, which is superimposed on the pan body 41 and 42 ge in the manner of a cardan kes. As a result, the socket bodies 41 and 42 are inevitably mitgenom men from the cylinder housing 12 during its rotational movement; at the same time, due to the articulated and sliding connection formed by means of the parts 69 and 70 between the rods 65 and 66 and the socket bodies 41 and 42, their ability to pivot about the axis of the pivot pins 47, 48 is guaranteed.
According to FIG. 5, which reproduces the arrangement of the rotating cylinder housing and its position and the shaft 11, adjustability between the rotating shaft 11 and the stationary axis 24 is provided. In this embodiment, a conical socket 75 is inserted into the heads 11, while the stationary hollow axle 24 is correspondingly conical at its end. The conical part is labeled 76.
In within the end of the conical part 76 of the fixed axis 24, a double ball bearing 77, 78 is provided, the inner running surfaces are formed by a disk 79 which is attached to an axis 80. This axle 80 is provided at its left end part with thread 81 which carries a nut 82. The axle 80 is passed through a bore 83 of the shaft 11 and carries an adjusting nut 85 and a square head 86 at its outer end provided with a thread 84.
The parts 7.5, 76, the shaft 1'1 and the cylinder 12 are each with. Provided slots which correspond to the slots 25 and 26 of the Aius- guide shape of FIG. Inner half of the axis 2-1 is the supply line or from line, which is shown here as a special tube 23a for reasons of simplicity, eccentrically with respect to the axis of the shaft 11 and the tube 24 on one side of this axis and ends at the opposite side on the line 24 at a slot 88 which leads from the line 23a into the cylinder space 30a.
The same line 23a opens out through a slot marked 89 in the cylinder chamber 29. The part of the fixed axis 24 not occupied by the line 23a forms the supply line or discharge line 22a, which passes through a slot 90 or 91 in the cylinder chamber 30 or 29a. ends. Due to the eccentric mounting of the supply line or discharge line 23a, cross-sectional reductions and thus flow losses of the working medium are avoided, which depending on the position of the setting lever 57, 58 is either fed through line 22a and discharged through line 23a or vice versa.
Due to the conical design of the end 76 of the fixed axis 24 in the manner of a cock plug, it is possible to adjust this axis with respect to the conical, rotating with the shaft 11 part 75, so that a most accurate setting of the two parts in the event of wear to keep each other. This setting is made by twisting the axis 80 by means of a tool to be placed on the square head 86, whereby the disc 79 ver sehoben and thus the axial position of the stationary hollow axis 24 is changed. The fluid machine explained works as follows: When the shaft 11 is driven by a suitable mechanical or electrical drive, the cylinder block 12 with the cylinder chambers 13 located therein is rotated about the central longitudinal axis of the shaft 11.
The pistons 15, 16, 15a, 16a, etc. and their operating rods 33, 34, 33a, 34a, etc., and due to the direct drive from the cylinder block 12, also those on the bearing bodies 45 and 46 take part in this circular movement of the individual cylinders 13 rotatably mounted pan body 41, 42 part. As a result of the inclined position of the Lagerkör by 45 and 46 and thus the socket body 41 and 42 with respect to the axis of rotation of the shaft 11, the socket body perform a rotary movement in a plane inclined to the axis of the shaft 11 from.
As a result of this movement, the individual pistons 15, 16, 15a, 16a etc. are inevitably moved to and fro by the rods 33, 34, 33a, 34a etc. in the associated cylinders 13, 13a, the size of the movement of the piston and thus. the stroke volume depends on the size of the angle which the socket bodies 41 and 42 rotating with the cylinder block 12 form with the axis of the shaft 11. As a result of the rotary movement of the cylinder block 12 with its cylinders around the axis of the shaft 11, the in the fixed supply lines or discharge lines 22, 23 or
23a, 22a provided slots alternately with the slots in the shaft 11 and in the cylinder block to cover, and the individual cylinders are charged with a corresponding liquid or gaseous working medium, or the cylinder chambers who depending on the movement of the piston each filled and emptied and the pressurized agent, e.g. B. Oil, used for work purposes.
The stroke of the pistons 15 and 16 or 15a and 16a etc. can be changed in the following way by adjusting the pan bodies 41 and 42: By pivoting the handle 58 of the lever 57, the bearing body 46 is moved around the axis of the bearing pin 47 and 48 pivoted. At the same time the opposite bearing body 45 is inevitably pivoted via the joints 51 to 54 and the adjustable Stan gene 55 and 56,
so that the angular position of the socket body 41 with respect to .the axis of rotation of the shaft 11 is changed accordingly in the same direction. As a result of the above-mentioned, formed by means of the parts 69 and 70 joint and sliding connection, the rods 65 and 66 or 65a and 66a can slide in the bores 61 to 64 of the shoulders 59 and 60 of the cylinder block 12 without thereby: the direct drive connection between the cylinder block 12 and the socket bodies 41 and 4 'is interrupted.
The pivoting of the socket bodies 41 and 42 with their bearing bodies 45 and 46 can be continued up to a zero position, which is indicated in Fig. 2, in which the connecting planes through the center points of the steering heads facing away from the piston Ge of the individual actuating rods 33, 33c , 34, 34c etc. are at right angles to the axis of the shaft 11. In this position, the rotating cylinder and the piston and their control means 41, 42 are rotated, but piston movement does not take place.
Further pivoting of the lever 57, 58 reverses the direction of flow of the working medium through the machine while maintaining the previous direction of rotation of the rotating parts, so that if, for example, when working forward, the slots 25 for supplying a working medium and the slots 26 for Serve deriving the working medium, the working medium works in reverse in the reverse position of the control device, in that the slots 26 are used for supplying the work medium and the slots 25 are used for discharging the working medium.
The illustrated machine is z. B. conceived as a pump for continuously variable transmission ge, in which the supplied and pressurized working fluid, z. B. oil is used to drive an output part (engine). However, the machine can be used with the same advantage as a compressor for a wide variety of purposes, in which, for example, a gaseous pressure medium, e.g. B. air, compressed by the machine and a ge desired work purpose, z. B, the compressor of an internal combustion engine, is zeage- directed.
The machine according to the invention is suitable for use on stationary as well as on mobile units, in particular also with appropriate training for driving motor vehicles, in which the pressure force generated by a Masehine according to the invention to directly drive the wheels of a motor vehicle ver can be turned, for example by providing corresponding output parts on the axles of the wheels.
With the appropriate training, such a design would have the particular advantage that the driving speed of the motor vehicle can be continuously regulated within any limits by a single control lever and any mechanical transmission means from the drive shaft to the driven wheels, such as cardan shaft, differential etc., completely eliminated.
