Process for producing horizontal boreholes for groundwater wells and drilling machine for carrying out the process. The present invention relates to a method for the production of Horizon talbohrungen for groundwater wells and to a drilling machine for performing this method. With such groundwater wells, a vertical shaft is dug into the ground and concreted in a watertight manner; From this shaft, horizontal bores are then driven into the ground in the form of rays.
For this purpose, a casing pipe closed at the front was previously pushed hydraulically into the ground and, after a filter pipe had been inserted into the casing pipe, it was pulled back again. A jacket pipe that was open at the front could also be driven into water-rich soil, with the earth core penetrating the pipe being dissolved and washed away by the available groundwater.
Furthermore, one already has that; for the water supply serving filter pipe itself with. a likewise perforated, designed as a hollow cone Isopfstüek and used to drive the same into the ground, with one inside the filter; pipe coaxially arranged, non-perforated pipe sand and water were discharged into the shaft while driving.
In all of these cases, however, the driving in of the pipes, which was carried out only by axial impact or pressure, was limited to a relatively short distance. It happens that after a few meters through an obstacle such as. a boulder, a tree trunk or a rock reef, further propulsion of the jacket pipe becomes impossible. As a result, the installable filter pipe length cannot be determined with certainty from the outset, and if there is insufficient water inflow due to the filter pipe length being too short, another shaft with pipes arranged radially to this must be built in order to achieve the required amount of water.
The present invention now makes it possible to carry out bores from the visual shaft which overcome any obstacles so that the horizontal bores can be carried out in a length necessary to capture the existing groundwater.
According to the invention for the production of horizontal boreholes for groundwater wells serving method. in that a casing pipe is pressed into the ground and at the same time axial movements are transmitted to a drill pipe that is rotatably mounted in the casing pipe, and that a water jet is also pressed between the casing pipe and the drill pipe up to the drill bit, which the drilled material washed away through the drill pipe, using interchangeable drill heads depending on the material to be drilled.
To carry out the inventive method, a drilling machine is used, which is pivotably mounted around the central axis of a circle in which the arbitrary radial advance directions of the bores intersect backwards and a guided in an extendable casing tube, both rotatable and axially displaceable bares and also has an extendable drill pipe, the cutting edge of which is intended to work at least approximately in the same plane when drilling with the head end of the foremost casing pipe,
Furthermore, a propulsion device that allows the drill pipe to be moved back and forth and a second propulsion device for the casing pipe to be driven in accordance with the advance of the drill pipe are provided, and finally, on the one hand, on the ring frame between the casing pipe and the drill pipe, a line for supplying the pressurized water and on the other hand, at the rear end of the drill pipe opposite the drill head, a line for draining the water is connected together with the drill core dissolved by this.
On the accompanying drawing is. an exemplary embodiment of a drilling machine according to the invention intended to carry out this method is explained as an exemplary application of the method according to the invention.
It shows: Fig. 1 the bottom of a lined shaft, in which the drill is set up and is connected to the pipe to be driven in connection, in side view of the machine with partially broken away parts and in section through the pipes, Fig. 2 is a plan view 1 and 3 show a section along the line I-1 in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 shows the region of the drill bit on a larger scale.
The shaft 1 is formed by a sole 2 and a jacket wall 3, which are concreted in a waterproof manner. In the jacket 3 as many casing pipes 4 are walled in as radial holes are easily seen in the ground. In the middle of the shaft bottom, a bolt 5 is walled in, around which the frame 6 of a drilling machine can be rotated all around. This frame has wheels 7 which enable the drilling machine to rotate and the pin 5, as well as screws 8 by means of which the machine can be held in the respectively desired position. The wheels 7 run on a running ring 9 inserted in the sole 2.
In bearings 11, 12 of the drilling machine, the drill pipe 13 is rotatably superimposed, which has a flange 14 at one end and is guided with your other end rotatably in a stuffing box 15, to which see a T-piece 1.5a connects. This T-piece can not be connected to the suction side by means of a hose 16.
The water pump shown 'connected to earth' in order to thereby support the washing away of the drilled earth core which has dissolved in the water. On the tube 13 sits displaceably, but secured against rotation with a wedge, a gear 17, which laterally with. Holders 18 counter-axial displacements is recorded. The gear 17 is in engagement with a gear 1.9 which is keyed on a shaft 20 extending parallel to the drilling tube 13. The shaft 20 is. stored in bearings 22, 23 and provided with a full and an empty belt disk 24 and 25, respectively.
A frame 27, which has two rows of pins 28, is also fastened to the frame 6. In the pin 28 two-armed levers 29, 30 are used on both sides, one end of which is provided with a handle 31, while the other end of the lever 33 in a pin 34 engages in the. T-piece 15c is attached, which Ehes out in the frame 27 and secured against twisting. is. By means of the levers 29, 30, the rotating tube 13 can thus be given an axial back and forth movement of a few centimeters each.
Is on the flange 4cc of the walled casing 4, a Sehiebergehäuse 42 be fastened, through which a standpipe 40 is lifted when the slide is removed .. This standpipe also has a flange 40a, which with. the flange of the valve housing 42 is firmly connected. On the other surface of the flange 40a a stuffing box 42 is attached, which serves to seal a ver sliding working tube 44, the rear end of which is closed with a cover 45 sen.
The cover 45 is connected to a stuffing sleeve 46 which seals against an extension piece 13a of the drill pipe 13 guided through the cover. On the cover 45 is. also connected a water supply pipe 47, which is in communication with the pressure side of a pump. At the rear end of the working tube 44 is immediately in front of the closure cover 45. a yoke 48 attached to which a screw with anchor 49 on the shaft wall 3 held rope, screw or chain hoist 50 acts. Instead of these pulling elements, hydraulic presses or other pressure devices can also be provided.
Due to the force exerted by this Vortriebsvorriehtung the working pipe 44 is pushed ver in the standpipe 40 in the drilling direction. In the working tube 44 a man telrohr 51 is used, which is supported against the inside of the cover 45 and when moving the working tube 44 is pressed together with this into the ground. The individual pipe sections of the Mantelroh res 51 are coupled to one another by rings 52. According to the respective total length of the casing pipe, the drill pipe 13 is also provided via the flanged pipe section 13a through connecting sleeves 53 with further extension pipe pieces 13b, 13c, etc.
At the free end of the foremost pipe section 13e , a drill head 55 with a toothed cutting edge is placed, the outer diameter of which is approximately, that is to say, at least 0.9 times as large as the inner casing diameter. To guide the drill pipe extensions 13b, 13c, etc. in the jacket pipe, roller bearings 56 are used. The stand pipe 40 is surrounded outside the wall 3 coaxially by a coil 57 which can be connected to a freezer system (not shown). The production of a hole with the machine described above is done as follows: The machine is mounted on the bottom of the shaft provided with several casing tubes 4 to rotate around the pin 5 so that the pipe 13 is directed radially towards the center of the shaft.
The slide housing 42 is now screwed to one of the casing tubes 4; then a standpipe 40 is driven through the bores of these two parts over a relatively short distance into the soil surrounding the shaft and attached to the flange of the valve housing. The working pipe 44 is then pushed through the bore in the standpipe 40 and sealed with the stuffing box 43. Then a jacket tube 51 is pushed into the tube 44 and the extensions 13a, 13b etc. of the drill tube are pushed into this, the drill head 55 being placed on the front end of the last tube section 13c.
The drill head tendon and the front end of the foremost casing tube 51 work at least approximately in the same plane when drilling, and indeed they are in the area of the shaft casing or only a little outside it before the start of the drilling work, as far as the soil resides here by driving the standpipe 40 has already been loosened sufficiently. The working pipe 44 and the jacket pipe 51 are now closed at their rear end with the flange cover 45; At the same time, the pipe section 13a of the drill pipe is sealed with the stuffing box 46.
After these preparatory measures, the pulling device 48 to 50 or a corresponding pressure device is allowed to act on the working pipe 44 and the jacket pipe 51 in the advance direction (ie to the left in FIGS. 1 and 2). At the same time the drilling pipe 13 is through a not shown, z. B. arranged on the side of the drill to drive motor on the pulley 24 and the gear reduction 19, 17 in circulation.
The rotating movement of the drill head 55, which is also pressed in the propulsion direction against the not yet drilled soil by means of the hand lever 29, 30 and is retracted a little in advance to prevent clogging when blockages or the like occur, refrains the propulsion of the jacket tube 51, which takes place simultaneously only through axial movement, so that a relatively low drive force for the latter.
enough. The arrangement of the rotating drill pipe is decisive for the planned production of the individual boreholes, however, when a large stone or other obstacle that is harder than normal ground creates such a strong resistance that further penetration of the drill pipe is created axially moving pipe alone would require an enormous expenditure of force or would no longer be possible at all.
In such cases, which cannot be foreseen, but which must always be reckoned with, the normal drill head can also be exchanged for another drill head, which by its shape and / or the nature of the - 'er @ z - The material from which it is made is particularly suitable for piercing the obstacle in question. If necessary, the rotational speed of the drill pipe can be increased or decreased. For the advancement of the drilling, the levers 29, 30 are moved from time to time to the next pair of pins 28. If you look at the last one, that is.
in Figs. 1 and? leftmost cones, are located and thus. When the drill pipe has reached its end position in this direction, the working pipe 44 and the casing pipe 51 are correspondingly displaced by the force exerted by the pulling elements 50 via the yoke or crinkled into the glass soil, so that the dome 45 in the end position 45n indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 1 has reached.
Now, after the drives have been switched off for all pipes, the cover 45 is removed from the pipe 44 and the socket connection 53 between the pipe stems 13n. and 1.3b solved. After pulling back the drill pipe 13 together with its first Vet @ län, #., Erungsstüek 13a,
of the stuffing sleeve 46 surrounding it and of the cover 45 in the initial position, a new extension piece of the same length for the drill pipe 13 -Lind the -lantelrolir 51 is inserted in the resulting space.
The extension of the drill pipe is coupled to the adjacent pipe pieces at both ends by sleeves 53, while the extension of the casing pipe is only coupled at its front end by a connecting ring 52, while the rear end of the new casing pipe extension is supported against the dome 45. This is then like the one with. connected to the retracted working tube 44.
The actual work can thus be continued and the drilling can be advanced again by a piece corresponding to the length of the pipe parts used. The same process is repeated until the intended length of the hole is reached.
During the Bolirarheit is connected to the cover 45 and its movement with the help of suitable connecting members participating in a suitable 47 in the annular space between the jacket tube 51 and the extension pieces of the drill pipe under pressure a jet of water that penetrates to the drill head, there the drill Bern dissolves and then. the drilled aluminum washes away through the inside of the drill pipe.
At the same time, the water jet cools. the drill head chord, which is particularly important when drilling through stones -Lind derglei- ehen. The task of the water jet can be supported by the suction effect of a pump, which is connected to the other end of the drill pipe at the tubular T-piece 15a on the closing line.
The working pipe 44 is not, like the drill pipe 13 and the casing pipe 51, lengthened as the drilling process progresses; it has. the only purpose is to achieve a niöglielist low frictional resistance with respect to the stuffing sleeve 43 during the axial movements of the entire pipe system.
In the event of a strong flow of groundwater, it may be necessary to activate the freezing pipe coil 57 to carry out the shielded pipe extensions or to change the drill head. Since the freezing and thawing of the earth alone takes about two days, it is advisable to turn the machine during this time and continue working with it at another drilling site until the relevant secondary work at the previous drilling site has been completed and this is ready for operation again.
After completing a hole, all extensions of the drill pipe including the roller guides and the drill head are removed. Then with the aid of the cover 45 as an abutment in the interior of the jacket tube, a filter tube is inserted, which is also composed of a corresponding number of individual pipe pieces.
After pushing the filter tube, which must not protrude further than the level of the flange 4a into the shaft, the jacket tube 51, the working tube 44 and the standpipe 40 are withdrawn so that the slide is inserted into the slide housing 42 and the flow of water through the filter pipe to the shaft. can be shut off or regulated as required.
