Elektrische Antriebsvorrichtung.
Electric drive device. The present invention relates to an electrical drive device designed as a peripheral apparatus for reciprocating a tool.
In a known, designed as an electric hand saw device, an intermittently excited solenoid is arranged to effect the reciprocating movement of the saw in the handle of the drive device, in which a plunger designed as a solenoid core is slidably mounted, the end of which is in front of a Saw blade. keep attacking the sled.
This type of drive and arrangement of the drive organs requires a structurally and for practice-unfavorable from education, since for sufficient performance the solenoid coil with core and the recoil spring must be relatively large or strong and the necessary interrupter elements easily cause malfunctions and are subject to wear are.
The trained as a handset electrical cal drive device is characterized according to the invention in that organs for converting a rotary motion into a reciprocating motion are arranged in a housing provided with a handle, the end protruding from the housing of an axially movable ge has stored ram means for exchangeable attachment of a tool. In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is shown game of the subject invention. Fig. 1 shows the device partly in side elevation and partly in vertical section.
Fig. 2 illustrates the device partly in plan with the drive motor lifted and partly in horizontal section along the line II-II in FIG.
The housing of the device accommodating the movement transmission organs is partly formed by a U-profile rail 1, which at both ends has a prismatic, the rail cross-section, fitted with sliding bushes 2 and 3 for the plunger 4, bearing bodies 5 and 6, respectively closed is. The front bearing body 5 is held by a screwed, with oil sealing members 7 for the Stösseldurchfüh tion provided plate 8 and the rear bearing body 6 by the non-pierced plate 10 which forms a unit with the handle 9 on the housing part 1 in a manner not shown.
Above the Vorrich device housing with a cover plate 12 see ver, which has a central opening 13 for the introduction of the drive motor shaft 14 and four threaded holes 15 for the screwing environment of the flange of the drive motor 16.
An eccentric 17 is keyed onto the end of the drive shaft 14 and is encompassed by the end of the connecting rod 18 which is extended. The other end of the connecting rod engages an upwardly protruding, with its flattened head 19 'on both sides in a slot 20 of the cover plate 12 guided journal 19 of the plunger 4, so that when the Ex center of the motor shaft end of the plunger is turned upwards and downwards is pushed backwards. That of the parts 1, 5, 6 and 1 'containing the organs of motion transmission? Ge formed housing has an oil filling, so that automatic lubrication of all bearing and sliding surfaces of these organs is always guaranteed.
The protruding, flattened end of the ram 4 has a keyway 1 and a screw 92, which form means for attaching a saw blade S in an exchangeable manner. For fastening other tools, e.g. a file, a chisel and the like. a., other or additional means can be provided.
The eccentric is advantageously dimensioned in such a way that a stroke of approx. 5 mm is imparted to the ram.
For the corresponding stroke rate control, a speed reduction gear for the motor shaft could be arranged, depending on the requirement.
The device, which is relatively simple and handy in its construction, has no sliding contacts or sensitive interrupter device for the circuit that are subject to Ver sehleiss, so that for the practical. Usage required insensitivity guaranteed and also the necessity. maintenance is eliminated, in contrast to the known, initially mentioned device.
