Raquetterie.
Snowshoeing. The object of the present invention is. a racket intended to facilitate the setting in the father of the balance.
This racket comprises, on the one hand, an upper racket, carrying the pin and the key and used to adjust the rate, and, on the other hand, a lower racket sup carrying the peak and being used for setting the father, the upper racquet being supported by the lower racquet in such a way that the movement of the lower racquet follows that of the upper racquet, but not vice versa.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the racket according to the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan, seen from above.
The fi, -. 2 is a section taken along line A-C-D of FIG. 1, and fig. 3 a section along line 13-C-E of FIG. 1.
Referring to the drawing, 1 designates the board of the rooster, 2 the cockerel fixed to the cock by screws 3. The lower racket 4 is hand held by the cockerel in the usual way and supports the peak 5. On the lower racket 4 is mounted with greasy friction, by means of a conical drop, the upper racket 6, carrying the pin 7 and the key 8, in such a way that the movement of the lower racket causes that of the upper racket, but not vice versa . The two racquets 4, 6 are split and tighten their support similarly to the normal racquet.
In the board of the rooster 1 is pivoted a star washer 9 integral with a pinion 10 by interlocking with a toothing 11 of the lower rack 4.
Likewise, in the lower racket 4 is pivoted a star washer 12 integral with a pinion 13 meshing with a toothing 14 of the upper racket 6.
The star washer of each pinion is used to keep it in height and allows it to be actuated by inserting a point in one of the notches.
The hairspring 11 presses strongly against the pin 7, the racket key 8 only serving to prevent it from leaving the pin 7 during an impact.
The rooster's ear is removed and the stud 5 is held in the ear of the lower racket 4 by a spring 12 which it suffices to move away from its position to release the stud 5.
The operation of the racket described is as follows: If we actuate the star washer 12 embedded in the lower racket 4, we move the upper racket 6, fitted with the pin 7 and the key 8, which causes the delay or advance of the watch.
If, on the other hand, the star washer 9 embedded in the cock 1 is actuated, the two rackets are moved simultaneously, which modifies the reference without changing the setting. It can be seen that the invention allows rapid setting-up, without the aid of special tools and without requiring the disassembly of the bearing from the balance. In addition, any dresser will easily understand the operation of this rack, as soon as he has activated the star washers.
