wirkun- des innern Sehwingungsgebildes auf das äussere in sta bilisierendem Sinne erfolgt. Während das äussere Sehwingungsgebilde bei 11 verhältnis mässig fest. mit den zu seiner Erregung die nenden Mitteln gekoppelt und daher in gewis sem Masse von diesen abhängig ist, ist die Kopplung des innern Schwingungsgebildes mit diesen selben Mitteln nur sehr lose, -Lind zwar über das erste Sehwin;
ungsgebilde.
Unrest on engines, especially for clocks. The present invention relates to a turbulence on engines, in particular for clocks. It is characterized by two moveable slides, one of which is adversely affected by an elastic organ with a fixed point and receives its vibration excitation from the engine,
while its all- <lere is connected to the first via an elastic organ and therefore receives its oscillation excitation from it, the whole thing in such a way that the first oscillation structure acts on the tang of the engine and the second oscillation structure acts on the course of the first influenced in a regulatory sense.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the attached FIG. It shows: FIG. 1 a first embodiment of the unrest, partly in axial section, FIG. 2 a second embodiment of the unrest in a view, and FIG. 3 the oscillation curve of the two centrifugal masses for both examples.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a roller bearing 2 is in bearings 1 by means of axle journals. 3 a flywheel 4 rotatably mounted. This flywheel 4 is designed like a housing and houses a second flywheel 5 inside.
With the help of axle journals 6 is rotatably mounted in thrust bearings 7, which are all-order concentrically to the Aelisza.pfen 3 on the outer flywheel 4. A coil spring 8 is anchored to one end of all a fixed point 9, in the drawn example of the frame 2. and attached to the flywheel 4 at the other end at 10.
The flywheel 4, together with the spring 8, forms an oscillation structure which receives its excitation from the engine at 11, for example by means of a gear mechanism in a mechanical manner or with the aid of a contact device in an electromagnetic manner. The flywheel 4 thereby regulates the speed of the engine , e.g. B. that of a clock, as is known per se.
A second spiral spring 12 is located inside the outer flywheel 4 and is. connected at one end at 13 to the inner flywheel 5 and at the other end at 14 to the outer flywheel 4. This spiral spring 12 forms, together with the inner flywheel 5, a second oscillation structure that receives its excitation from the first ..
The period of oscillation of the second visual oscillation structure is correct. approximately coincide with the desired period of oscillation of the entire unrest. Furthermore, the conditions are such that the period of oscillation of the imaginary oscillating system composed of the spring 8 on the one hand and that of the oscillating weight 4, the spring 12 and the oscillating weight 5 combined (pale, on the other hand, existing visual swing system is in the order of magnitude of the desired oscillation duration of the entire unrest is.
In order to bring about the described unrest in (Tang, the two centrifugal masses 4 and 5 are activated simultaneously in the same sense. The vibration excitation of the outer mass 4 is subsequently maintained by the engine at 11, while the inner centrifugal mass 5 is vibrating subsequently only obtained from the external crowd.
When the outer mass arrives at a turning point, the inner pale 5 still has kinetic energy - Lind swings a little further under tension of the spring 12, while the first mass 4 is already moving backwards, which reverses the movement of the inner mass 5 advances in time. Conversely, the further swinging of the inner mass 5 beyond the reversal point of the outer mass 4 also causes a delay in the reversal of the outer mass 4 due to the tension of the spring 12.
When the unrest has reached the steady state of oscillation, the temporal Sehwingungsv he run of the two masses 4 and 5 with respect to the stationary frame 2 is approximately as shown in FIG. Curve a illustrates the movement of the outer mass 4 and curve b that of the inner mass 5, the oscillation amplitude of which is considerably greater than that of the others, as can be explained from the above by the overshoot of the inner mass.
It can be seen from FIG. 3 that the oscillation of the inner mass 5 always lags slightly behind the outer mass 4 and that the inversion of the latter is extended compared to the sinusoidal course of the oscillation, which means that the mass in each case takes a longer period of time lingers in the area of the turning points.
Practical tests have shown that the period of oscillation of the outer mass 4 is considerably more constant with the described restlessness than with the previous, simple restlessness with only one visual mass. This looks particularly favorable for the gear control of an engine when the force used for Sehwingungserr egung, the z.
B. comes from a mainspring, not during the entire term. of the engine is constant. The regulating effect of the internal oscillation structure can be explained by the fact that it differs from the excitation of the external mass. is less dependent than the external visual structure itself, there. there is a relatively loose coupling via the spring 12, while there is still a slight rage:
The effect of the inner visual oscillation on the outer takes place in a stabilizing sense. While the outer visual oscillation structure at 11 is relatively solid. with which the means used to stimulate it is coupled and therefore dependent on them to a certain extent, the coupling of the internal oscillation structure with these same means is only very loosely, -Lind over the first Sehwin;
formation. The inner visual oscillation structure can therefore oscillate practically freely and undamped, from which the higher stability of its oscillation results.
A certain dependence of the visual oscillation duration of the inner visual oscillation on the exterior is of course still present, otherwise, conversely, there could be no stabilizing effect on the exterior.
This is based on the fact that the visual oscillation duration of the entire system can be made within strict limits by moving the fixed point 9 of the spring 8 assigned to the outer flywheel 4, similar to what happened with the unrest that has hitherto been used the case is..
According to Fig. 2, the two Schwung- xnassen are arranged side by side in the axial direction, namely in the lead axis c. The spiral spring - again elastically connects the mass 4 to the stationary frame 2, while the spiral spring 12 is used to couple the mass 5 to the mass 4. The @Virl:
This design is exactly the same as was described in relation to the first exemplary embodiment.
Likewise, the mode of operation would be the same for an embodiment not shown, in which the two floating masses do not rotate around a common axis, but can somehow move differently in the same direction. The spiral springs are then replaced by initially elastic organs, one of which couples the two masses with one another and the other of which also couples the one mass. a fixed point. connects.
