<B>Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Gegenständen an Wänden.</B> Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sieh auf eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Gegenständen an \Fänden, insbesondere elek trischen, sanitären oder ähnlichen Artikeln.
Zu dem genannten Zweck wurden bis jetzt meistens Holz- oder 'Metalldübel gebraucht. Die Holzdübel haben den Nachteil, dass sie meist zu gross sind und demgemäss ein grosses Loeh in der Wand bedingen. Ausserdem be steht noch die Gefahr, dass Holzdübel in der Wand aufschwellen und dadurch den Verputz beschädigen.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung zeieh- net sich dadurch aus, dass dieselbe einen zur Aufnahme von Montageteilen ausgebildeten Dübel aus Kunststoff aufweist.
In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbei spiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes und Detail varianten dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1. den Dübel des Beispiels in Seiten ansicht, Fig. 2 denselben in Frontalansicht, Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt durch den Dübel nach Fig. 1, Fig. 4 einen lösbar am Dübel zu befesti genden Montageflansch im axialen Schnitt, Fig. 5 den Montageflansch in Vorderan sicht, Fig. 6 einen Teil des Dübels mit einer daran befestigten Bride in Seitenansicht, Fig. 7 die Bride in Vorderansicht,
Fig. 8 eine am Dübel zu befestigende Mon tageplatte für einen elektrischen Schalter in Vorderansicht, Fig. 9 die Montageplatte im Querschnitt., Fig. 10 die Montageplatte in Seitenansicht und Fig. 11 eine am Dübel zu befestigende Hakenschraube.
Der in den Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte, in eine Wand einzulassende Teil der Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Dübel 1 und einem darin eingesetzten Gewindenippel 11. Der Dübel 1 ist aus einem Kunststoff, z. B. durch Pressen, hergestellt und kann somit zweckmässig aus einem Isolierpressstoff, z. B. Bakelit, bestehen. Der Dübel 1 weist eine sich verjüngende Mehr kantform auf und ist mit einer Ausnehmung versehen. Der vorzugsweise vierkantig ausge bildete Dübel 1 besitzt auf jeder Seitenfläche lca eine längsverlaufende Rippe 2, die sich nicht ganz bis zum verjüngten Ende des Dübels erstreckt.
Die Rippen 2 dienen als Verstär kung und verhindern zugleich mit der Mehr kantform des Dübels 1 ein Verdrehen oder Herausfallen des Dübels.
An dem dem verjüngten Ende entgegen gesetzten Ende ist der Dübel 1 mit einem radial vorspringenden Flansch 3 versehen, welcher in das Innere der zur Aufnahme des Dübels vorgesehenen Öffnung H der Mauer zu liegen kommt; der Hohlraum H wird zur Befestigung des Dübels mit Gips oder der gleichen ausgefüllt. Durch die beschriebene, besondere Aussenform des Dübels wird ein eventuelles Herausfallen oder Lockern des Dübels unter allen Umständen vermieden.
Die teilweise, d. h. in Fig. 3 im rechten Teil, im Querschnitt mehrkantige, mit einer Absetzung 10a versehene Ausnehmung 1.0 des Dübels 1 dient zur Aufnahme eines Gewinde ; nippels 11, welcher mit einem entsprechenden Mehrkantkopf 12 eingesetzt und somit gegen Verdrehung gesichert ist. Durch die Ausneh- mung ist. der Dübel zur Aufnahme von Mon tageteilen ausgebildet.
Der Kopf des Nippels ist vom verjüngten Ende des Dübels abge kehrt und das dem Kopf entgegengesetzte Nippelende ist mit der Kante 4 des verjüng ten Dübelendes verbördelt, so dass der Nippel 11 auch gegen axiale Verschiebung gesichert ist.
Mittels des Gewindenippels 11 ist ein Mon tageteil lösbar am Dübel 1 befestigt. Es ist. durch eine einzige zentrale Schraube\ ein in den Fig. 4 und 5 im Querschnitt und in Ansicht dargestellter Flansch 5 an ihm befestigt. Es könnte aber auch die in den Fig. 8 bis 10 ver anschaulichte Montageplatte 7 für einen elek trischen Schalter auf diese Weise auf dem Dübel montiert sein. In der Fig. 7.1 ist eine Hakenschraube 8 dargestellt, die eben falls im Dübel durch Einschrauben in den Nippel 11 befestigbar ist und an welcher be liebige Gegenstände, wie z.
B. auch Bilder mit schweren Rahmen und dergleichen, aufgehängt. werden können. Eine in den Fig. 6 und 7 dargestellte Rohrbride 6, 6a kann ebenfalls direkt an dem Dübel mittels Schraube und Nippel 11 befestigt sein, wobei am Rohr- bridenteil 6 das entsprechende Gegenstück 6a befestigt ist. Der Bridenteil 6a kann ferner z. B. auch auf dem Flansch 5 der Montage platte 7 (Fig. 8) mittels Verschraubung in den Gewindelöchern 5a befestigt sein.
Um die Montageteile 5 (Fig. 4 und 5), 6 (Fig. 6 und 7) oder 7 (Fig. 8 bis 10), die durch die zentrale Schraube direkt auf dem Dübel befestigt sind, gegen Verdrehung zu sichern, besitzen sie mindestens zwei durch Ausstanzungen erzeugte Vorsprünge 5 b (Fig.4) bzw. 6b (Fig. 6 und 7) bzw. 7a (Fig. 8), mit denen sie den verjüngten Mehr kantteil des Dübels knapp umgreifen. Die Vorsprünge sind nur so hoch, dass sie leicht in den Verputz H der Wand eindringen können.
Die Montageplatte oder der runde Flansch können auch anders als beschrieben und dar gestellt ausgebildet. sein und dienen zur Mon tage von Steckdosen, Schaltern, Gegenständen der sanitären Branche usw.
Die beschriebene Befestigungsvorrichtung ist insbesondere für Mauerwerke aus gebrann ten Steinen mit Verputz und für sogenannte leichte @'4 ände aus Schlacken, Bims oder Ton platten vorteilhaft verwendbar.
<B> Device for attaching objects to walls. </B> The present invention relates to a device for attaching objects to walls, in particular electrical, sanitary or similar articles.
Up to now, wooden or metal dowels have mostly been used for this purpose. The wooden dowels have the disadvantage that they are usually too big and consequently require a large hole in the wall. There is also the risk that wooden dowels swell in the wall and damage the plaster.
The device according to the invention is distinguished in that it has a plastic dowel designed to accommodate assembly parts.

The illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, to be let into a wall part of the device consists of a dowel 1 and a threaded nipple 11 inserted therein. The dowel 1 is made of a plastic, e.g. B. by pressing, and can thus expediently made of a pressed insulating material, for. B. Bakelite exist. The dowel 1 has a tapered polygonal shape and is provided with a recess. The preferably square out formed dowel 1 has on each side surface lca a longitudinal rib 2 which does not extend all the way to the tapered end of the dowel.
The ribs 2 serve as a reinforcement effect and at the same time prevent twisting or falling out of the anchor with the multi-edge shape of the anchor 1.
At the end opposite the tapered end, the dowel 1 is provided with a radially projecting flange 3 which comes to lie in the interior of the opening H of the wall provided for receiving the dowel; the cavity H is filled with plaster of paris or the like for fastening the dowel. Due to the special external shape of the anchor described, a possible falling out or loosening of the anchor is avoided under all circumstances.

In Fig. 3 in the right part, in cross-section polygonal, provided with a step 10a recess 1.0 of the anchor 1 is used to receive a thread; nipple 11, which is used with a corresponding polygonal head 12 and thus secured against rotation. Through the recess is. the dowel designed to accommodate parts of Mon days.
The head of the nipple is reversed from the tapered end of the dowel and the nipple end opposite the head is crimped with the edge 4 of the verjüng th dowel end, so that the nipple 11 is also secured against axial displacement.
By means of the threaded nipple 11 a Mon part of the day is releasably attached to the anchor 1. It is. by a single central screw \ a flange 5 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 in cross-section and in view is attached to it. A pipe clamp 6, 6a shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 can also be fastened directly to the dowel by means of a screw and nipple 11, the corresponding counterpart 6a being fastened to the pipe clamp part 6. The Bridenteil 6a can also, for. B. be attached to the flange 5 of the mounting plate 7 (Fig. 8) by means of screws in the threaded holes 5a.
In order to secure the assembly parts 5 (Fig. 4 and 5), 6 (Fig. 6 and 7) or 7 (Fig. 8 to 10), which are attached directly to the dowel by the central screw, against rotation, they have at least two projections 5 b (Fig. 4) or 6b (Fig. 6 and 7) or 7a (Fig. 8), produced by punching, with which they just encompass the tapered polygonal part of the dowel. The protrusions are only so high that they can easily penetrate the plaster H of the wall.
The mounting plate or the round flange can also be designed differently than described and is provided. be and serve to assemble sockets, switches, objects of the sanitary industry, etc.
The fastening device described is particularly useful for masonry made of brrann th stones with plaster and for so-called light @ '4 ands of slag, pumice or clay plates advantageously.
