Handstrickapparat.
Hand knitting machine. The subject matter of the present invention is a hand knitting apparatus each with a set of lockable needles and a set of movable brackets, which is characterized in that both sets are arranged one above the other in parallel planes.
The needles can advantageously be firmly connected to the housing, and locking pins that are slidably mounted in the vertical plane of the needles are expediently provided. It is also possible to provide the needle ends with a guide plate and the locking pin with a nose which slides over the guide plate when the needle closes. The guide plate is expediently triangular in shape, with a triangular tip pointing backwards and one side of the triangle pointing forward. In one embodiment, a slide can both.
control the bracket as well as the locking pins by moving not only the bracket into the working position and the locking pins into the closed position, but inevitably both the bracket and the locking pins are returned to the rest position.
In the Zeielinung a Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention is shown, namely Fig. 1 shows a vertical section and Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the control plate, the bracket and the needle set together with the locking pins.
In Fig. 1 is. the rest position fully extended, while the working or closed position is indicated by dash-dotted lines.
The embodiment of Figure 1 and 2 consists essentially of two Housing parts 1 and 2, one of which (1), of which a small piece is angled above, serves as a rear wall, while the other (2) forms the front wall. The upper piece of the Ge housing part 2 is also bent, this horizontally bent piece 3 firmly with. a hollow cuboid profile piece 4 is connected below. This profile piece 4 is used to support the needle pieces 5 and the corresponding locking pins 6.
The needle pieces 5 consist of the actual, fixed needles 8 connected to the housing, the U-shaped curved sleeves 9 with the front inclined surface and the slotted cylindrical bearing pieces 11 and 12, by means of which bearing pieces the needle pieces 5 are held in corresponding bores of the lower profile piece. Within each Schlit zes 13, the locking pin 6 is slidably disposed in the vertical plane of the needle 8.
The end of the needle has a triangular guide plate 37, one tip of the triangular guide plate looking back in the axis of the needle, while the front is formed by one of the triangular sides. The slidably mounted locking pins are provided with a locking nose 14 which, when the needle is closed, over the.
Guide plate 37 hinwel-slides, having a shoulder 38, the vertical gante of which comes to lie in front of the front triangle side of the guide plate 37 in the closed state of the needle. Fixed to the locking pins 6 are guide pins 39 which protrude through corresponding slots on the upper side of the profile piece 4 and the underside of the profile piece 21. At the upper end of the rear housing part 1, a flat iron 20 is connected by means of the hinge 19, to which the upper hollow cuboid profile piece 21 is welded.
This profile piece 21 serves to support the bracket 22 in a horizontal plane parallel to the plane of the needles 8. The angled ends 23 of the bracket 22 extend below the hori zontal level of the needles 8 down. The brackets 22 are slidably mounted in corresponding bores of the upper profile piece 21 and arranged above the gap between two needles 8 neighbors.
Each bracket is provided with a guide pin 40 against wel chen and the inner wall of the profile piece 21 is supported by a spring 26 wound around the bracket 22, which tries to keep the bracket in its retracted position. On its top, the Pro filstück 21 is slotted, which slot the slide 27 serves as a guide. The slide about 27 carries a control plate 28 on its underside, that is to say at the end of that part which enters the profile piece 21.
The control plate 28 contains two guide grooves 41 and 42 which are arranged at those points where they reach the edge of the control plate 28 that they correspond to the position of the guide pins 39 and 40. If this slide is moved, for example, in the direction of the arrow, so tre th all guide pins 39 and 40 one after another in their corresponding grooves 41 and 42 a Lund are moved forward and back again according to the shape of these guide grooves, whereupon they leave the Füh approximate grooves.
The two guide grooves are designed in such a way that the vertical distances between the two parts 43 and 44 or 45 and 46 that are parallel to the axis of the slide movement correspond to the paths that the bracket or the locking pins take from their rest position have to cover their working position or closed position.
Furthermore, the points of articulation of the guide groove 41 on the one hand and the guide groove 42 on the other hand are arranged relative to one another so that a locking pin is only moved forward when the next bracket has already reached its working position. With regard to the achievement of the rest position, the conditions are opposite, in that a bracket is only moved back when the locking pin following it has already reached the rest position.
This structural design results in the following mode of operation: Let us assume as a starting position that the first loops (at the beginning of a knitting work) or the last stitches 33 of a knitting work that has been caught are placed around the locking lugs 14, i.e. they are located in front of the Paragraphs 38 of the locking pins 6. Furthermore, the yarn reserve and the slide 27 are on the same side of the apparatus. The yarn reserve, not shown, is now changed over to the other side with the insertion of a new working yarn 34 in the open needles 8.
The slide 27 is then moved from the opposite side against the yarn reserve. Due to the interaction between tween the guide grooves 41 and 42 on the one hand and the guide pins 39 and 40 on the other hand, a first bracket is first moved forward, followed by the second bracket, whereby the zigzag 35 is formed with respect to these two brackets and the first needle . As soon as the second bracket is in its working position, the closing process of the first locking pin begins.
By this Sehliessvorgan- not only an eyelet is formed in which the working yarn 34 is caught, but it is also taken through the paragraph 38, the old stitch or first loop 33 forward ge.
This first loop or old loop is pushed over the triangular guide plate, which is possible thanks to its shape, through which the loop or loop is slightly expanded. As soon as the shoulder 38 has moved further forward than the broad front of the guide plate, the loop or loop pulls together again according to the weight of the knitting work, or attached weights when a work has just begun.
While the next following bracket and locking pins are being moved into their working or closed position. the first locking pin. back again. This backward movement can now not be part of the old loop or the first loop, which, as described, narrowed again behind the guide plate. Rather, it is held back by the front side of the wedge-shaped guide plate and stripped from the nose 14, whereby the new mesh 36 is tied.
As soon as this first locking pin has reached the rest position, move first. the first and then also the second bracket back, and the bent end 23 grips the uppermost loop connecting two new stitches and thus pulls the new loop over the inclined surface 10 of the relevant sleeve 9 onto the nose 14 in question.
It can be seen from this that, apart from the insertion of the yarn and the actuation of the slide, the entire knitting process takes place automatically and without further manual measures.
