  Confiserieverpackung mit Henkelgriff.



   Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine   Confiserieverpackung    mit   Henkelgriff,    bestehend aus einem einzigen Pappestüek mit einein viereekigen Bodenfeld und an dessen Seiten ansehliessenden Seitenwandlappen, von welchen Lappen zwei einander   gegenüberlie-    gende an den Enden als Henkelgriff ausgebildet und die beiden andern mit Längsschlitzen zum Durchsteeken der   aufreeht    an  einandergelegten    Henkelgriffe versehen sind, wobei gemäss dem   Patentansprueh    des Hauptpatentes die   Henkelgriffe    an den Enden Einschnitte zum Einhängen der Enden der geschlitzten Lappen aufweisen.



   Es hat sich erwiesen, dass bei stark gefüllter Verpackung je naeh   Besehaffenheit    der verwendeten   Verpaekung    die Gefahr des Aufreissens der gesehlit. zten Lappen und des Auseinanderspreizens der Seitenwandlappen an den Ecken der Packung besteht.



   Die zusätzliche Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe   gestellt, diesen Übelstand zu beheben,    und zwar   cladureh,    dass die mit   Henkelgriffen    versehenen Seitenwandlappen unmittelbar unter den bei geschlossener Verpackung die Ecken bildenden Stellen und die mit Schlitzen versehenen Seitenwandlappen an den die Seitenkanten der geschlossenen Verpackung bildenden Stellen Verbindungsteile besitzen, die übereinandergreifen und die Verpackung formschlüssig zusammenhalten können.



   Auf der beigefügten Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der zusatzlichen Erfindung dargestellt.

   An das quadratische Bodenfeld 1 schlie ssen sich unten und oben die   Seitenwand-    lappen 2 mit den Henkelgriffen 4 und seitwärts die Seitenwandlappen 3 an, welche die zum Durchstecken der   Henkelgriffteile    dienenden Längssehlitze 5 aufweisen. Die bei geschlossener Verpackung zusammen eine Seitenkante bildenden Stellen der Lappen 2 und 3 sind mit Eckenschliesslappen 8 bzw. 9 versehen.

   Die Eekensehliesslappen 8 sitzen bei geschlossener   Verpaekung unmittelbar vmter    den die Eeken bildenden Stellen der Lap   pen 2 und sind hakenförmig ausgebildet, da-    mit sie in   Einselinitte 9ca    der an den die Sei  tenkanten    der gesehlossenen   Verpaekung    bil  denden    Stellen der Lappen 3 angeordneten   Eckenschliesslappen    9 eingelegt werden können, wenn die Lappen 2 und 3 zweeks Sehlie  ssens der Packung aufwärtsgeklappt    sind (Fig. 3). Die Lappen 2 und 3 sind dann durch die Schliesslappen 8 und 9 formschlüssig zusammengehalten, und die   Verpak-      kung    ist zum Einfüllen offen. Es ist   möglieh,    eine anzahl.

   Verpackungen zum Füllen vorbereitet, ineinanderzustellen, ohne dass seitwärts mehr Platz als für eine Verpackung beansprucht, anderseits aber eine raschere Bedienung ermöglicht wird. Ein Auseinanderspreizen der zusammen eine Ecke bildenden   Seitenwandlappen 2 und    3 wird bei gefüllter Verpackimg verhindert, weil die Lappen 8 und 9 einen Teil des durch den Inhalt der Verpackung auf deren   Seitenwände ausgeüb-    ten Druckes aufnehmen.



   Auch besteht bei gefüllter, geschlossener Verpackung bei dem im Hauptpatent   be-    schriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel die Gefahr des Aufreissens der Lappen 3 in der Verlän  gerung    der Schlitze 5 nach aussen. Um dieser Gefahr zu begegnen und das   Schlie#en    der gefüllten Verpackimg zu vereinfachen, ist in dem in Fig.   1    lmteren Seitenwandlappen 2 unmittelbar über dem Henkelgriff 4 ein   pilzformiger      Verbindmngslappen    10 und am obern Seitenwandlappen 2 im Henkelgriff 4 auf der innern Seite eine Aussparung 11 ausgeschnitten, die unten an beiden Seiten durch Einsehnitte 12 verbreitert ist.

   Beim Schliessen der gefüllten Verpackung wird der   Verbindungslappen    10 durch den andern   Henkelgriffteil    gesteckt und mit seinem Hals in die Aussparung 11 gelegt, wobei der Kopf des Lappens   10    seitwärts über die Einschnitte 12 hinausgreift. Der Kopf des Lappens 10 bildet dann eine formsehlüssige   Verbindlmg    der beiden Lappen 2, welche die letzteren zu  sammenhält,    bevor die Lappen 3 über die Griffteile gelegt werden und den auf dieselben seitwärts ausgeübten Zug aufnehmen.



  Die Gefahr des   Aufreissens der    Lappen 3 durch den auf die Lappen 2 ausgeübten Zug des   Packnngsinhaltes    ist damit beseitigt. Bei der beschriebenen   und dargestellten Verpak-      kung findet    eine Versteifung der   geschlosse-    nen Verpackung statt, so dass deren Inhalt vor dem Zerdrüektwerden durch einen Druck von oben besser geschiitzt ist.

   It has been shown that with heavily filled packaging, depending on the nature of the packaging used, there is a risk of the sides tearing open. zten tabs and the spreading apart of the side wall tabs at the corners of the pack.



   The additional invention has set itself the task of remedying this drawback, namely that the side wall tabs provided with handle handles are connecting parts immediately below the points forming the corners when the packaging is closed and the side wall tabs provided with slits at the points forming the side edges of the closed packaging that can overlap and hold the packaging together in a form-fitting manner.



   An exemplary embodiment of the additional invention is shown in the accompanying drawing.

   The side panel tabs 2 with the handle handles 4 adjoin the square bottom panel 1 at the bottom and top, and the side panel tabs 3 to the side, which have the longitudinal braids 5 used to insert the handle handle parts. The points of the tabs 2 and 3 which together form a side edge when the packaging is closed are provided with corner closing tabs 8 and 9, respectively.

The side wall tabs 2 and 3, which together form a corner, are prevented from spreading apart when the packaging is filled because the tabs 8 and 9 absorb part of the pressure exerted on the side walls by the contents of the packaging.



   In the case of the embodiment described in the main patent, when the packaging is filled and closed, there is also the risk of the tabs 3 tearing open as the slots 5 extend outwards. In order to counter this danger and to simplify the closing of the filled packaging, there is a mushroom-shaped connecting tab 10 in the inner side panel flap 2 in FIG. 1 directly above the handle 4 and a recess 11 on the upper side panel flap 2 in the handle 4 on the inside cut out, which is widened at the bottom on both sides by Einehnitte 12.

   When the filled packaging is closed, the connecting tab 10 is inserted through the other part of the handle and placed with its neck in the recess 11, the head of the tab 10 reaching out sideways over the incisions 12. The head of the flap 10 then forms a form-fitting connection of the two flaps 2, which holds the latter together before the flaps 3 are placed over the handle parts and absorb the sideways pull exerted on them.



  The risk of the flaps 3 being torn open by the pull of the contents of the package exerted on the flaps 2 is thus eliminated. In the packaging described and illustrated, the closed packaging is stiffened so that its contents are better protected by pressure from above before being crushed.
