EMI0003.0025
Remote control receiver. The invention relates to a remote control with a shaft driven by a ', #; cneliron- inotor, which receiver is characterized by the fact that the shaft has a cam for actuating an Iiontakteinrieli- device lying in the circuit of the synchronous motor driving the shaft and on the other hand, at least one adjustable dial for activating an assigned,
iiii circuit of at least one toggle relay lying contact device carries.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention is shown schematically.
It means and b two conductors of a low-voltage network, on which audio-frequency control voltages are superimposed. A series resonance circuit consisting of a capacitor 1 and a coil 2 is connected between the conductors a and b. The latter is designed as a resonance relay and, together with the capacitor 1, is tuned to the transmission frequency. The resonance relay has, see abge from the other parts not shown in the drawing, such as iron core, armature, bearings, etc., a contact 3, which via an external contact 4 and a means contact 5 of a switch 6 in series with. a Synehronniotor 7 is located between the two power lines.
The second outside contact. 8 of the switch 6 is directly connected to the power line. The synchronous motor 7 drives an axis 10 via a (gear 9) on which a motor cam 11 made of insulating material for the actuation of the center contact 5 of the switch 6 is permanently arranged and various dials 1.2, 13 also made of insulating material , 1.4 for the operation of the center contacts of changeover switches 15, 16, 17 are arranged twistable and lockable bar.
All Mittelkon contacts the switch 15, 16, 1.7 are on the contact. 3 of the receiving resonance relay connected to the power line a, while the external contacts of each switch are connected to the upper end of one of two coils of a toggle relay 18, 19, 20, the lower ends of which are connected to the power line b. The contacts of the toggle relays 18 to 20 can assume two different positions in a manner known per se by alternating, brief energization of one or the other relay coil, in which they remain until the next energization of the correct relay coil.
The contacts of the toggle relays can be used to switch consumers 21, 22, 23 to the network cr, b and to disconnect them again if necessary.
The dials 12 to 14 are rotatably mounted on the shaft 10 and are each fixed to one on the shaft 10 by a three-armed spring 24, as indicated for the dial 14. arranged, not shown covenant pressed.
Each dial has a ring of conical elevations 25, on the tips of which the widened ends of two of the three spring arms rest, while the third arm, in the drawing the spring arm pointing to the right, is shaped at its free end in such a way that it between two adjacent, conical elevations collapses. It is easy to see that, with the arrangement described, each dial, starting from a zero position, can be rotated by certain angular amounts and fixed in these new positions.
In a preferred embodiment, each dial 12 to 14 has an elevation 26 on its circumference and then a depression 27. As can easily be seen from the drawing voltage, with each revolution of the shaft 10 or the dials fixed on it by the three-armed springs in certain positions, the extensions of the center contacts of the order sehalter 15 to 17 when it hits the He Elevation 26 on the extensions deflected to the right, such that the right contacts of the relevant changeover switch are closed and shortly thereafter (with a shaft 10 rotating in the direction of arrow P),
When the central contact extensions collapse into the depressions 27 and the resulting deflection of the central contact extensions to the left, the left contacts of the respective changeover switches are closed. In contrast to the described dial, in which the switch-on and switch-off positions follow each other directly, it would also be possible to provide a certain distance between the two positions.
However, the embodiment described has the advantage that the setting of the dial is easier to see.
In a further embodiment of the dials, only one elevation is provided on their circumference, and the division for the conical elevations 25 is only half that of the first embodiment.
The operation of the described device is now as follows: If a tone-frequency remote control signal occurs in the network a, b, the receiving resonance relay 2, 3 responds, and the synchronous motor 7 begins to run, as shown in the drawing Zero position of the Mo tornoeken 11 keeps the changeover switch q closed. As a result of the rotation of the shaft 10 in the counterclockwise direction P, the extension of the center contact 5 falls away from the motor cam 11, and the reversing switch contact 8 is closed.
As a result, the synchronous motor 7 continues to receive mains voltage even if contact 3 opens after the remote control signal has ceased. At the end of the revolution, the motor cam 1.1 interrupts the contact 8 and closes the contact 9- again. Since the contact 3 is now open, the synchronous motor stops, that is, it is through this device it is enough that the shaft 10, by the action of a start signal, performs exactly one rotation.
During this full rotation of the shaft 10 control commands can now arrive which, if they are not intended for the receiving device in question, cause the receiving resonance relay to respond, but otherwise remain ineffective, since in this case see the middle contact springs of the switch 15 to 17 are in the drawn central position.
A command transmission is only possible if the control commands arrive just at the moment in which at least one of the center contact extensions the switch 15 to 17 is deflected by one of the elevations 26 to the right or by one of the depressions 27 to the left. This energizes the associated toggle relay and switches the corresponding consumer on or off.
Since both the shafts 10 of the transmitter and the receiver rotate synchronously with each control, it is easy to see that the circumference can be divided into sections, for example into 25 sections, which then each have an on-off command or a so-called double command assigned. The second embodiment of the dials is used for reception according to the well-known system of combination selection. These dials allow single instead of double commands to be set.
The number of tapered elevations is therefore twice as large as with the usual dials. In two cases, there is a choice between direct dialing using ordinary double commands and indirect dialing, in which there are multiple toggle relays in the circuit of the contact device operated by the dial,
made a suitable division. For example, 40 dialer positions for 20 double commands (for street lighting, boiler, tariff devices ... ) and only 10 dialer contacts for the combination selection. (for all sorts of call signs, control of pumps, track switches, large electric boilers, etc.).
With u = 10, that is, ten selector contacts available for combination selection, and r = 2, that is. every two ZV counter positions per command, results because the number Z of the individual operations that can be achieved through combination selection according to the rules of combination theory is pale the number of possible combinations without repetition,
EMI0003.0025
that means -i :) Single operations or around 22 double commands. In this case, in addition to the 20 double commands of direct choice, 22 double commands by combination choice, i.e. a total of -12, can instead. only 25, can be obtained.
However, by increasing the number of toggle relays provided in the receiver, that is to say by assigning more than two voter positions for each control command, the double commands transmitted by combination selection can be almost eliminated. increase at will, with relatively little effort.
The remote control receiver described can of course also be operated directly via a control wire instead of by means of audio frequency signals superimposed on a high voltage network. The audio frequency input circuit, consisting of the capacitor 1. and the resonance relay 2, would then be omitted and the contact 3 relocated to the transmission point would be actuated directly.
