Device for the suction of broken yarns and fibers on a spinning machine. The invention relates to a device for the suction of broken threads and fibers on a spinning machine and consists in dlass at the end of the suction line for the sucked off broken thread and the fibers a collection system is provided, which from time to time the discharge of the accumulated mate rials without noticeable interruption of the suction process at the nozzles and without stopping the spinning machine.
An embodiment of the subject invention is on the drawing provides Darge. The figures show: FIG. 1 a diagram of a spinning machine with a pneumatic suction device, FIG. 2 a section through the collecting system with a fan in the Jung suction work station, FIG. 3 a section corresponding to FIG. 2, but in the discharge working position, FIG a cross-section through a previous design of the suction system, FIG. 5 a longitudinal view according to FIG. 4, FIG. 6 a longitudinal view of the suction device according to FIG. 1 in the area of the thread drawing units, FIG. 7 a section from FIG. 6, FIG 8 shows an enlarged section. c-d according to Fig. 6.
According to the scheme of FIG. 1, the thread to be spun runs from the raw yarn bobbin 1 via the drafting system 2 to the bobbin 3. Below half of the creel over the entire length of the spinning machine is the main suction channel 4, of which a suction head 5 for each spindle system branches off. Each suction head has a corresponding number of suction nozzles 6, which are arranged just behind the running off roving 7 of each drafting device. At the end of the machine, the main channel 4 opens into a filter box which is subject to the suction effect of a fan and which is not shown in the diagram of FIG.
The thread breakage and falling fibers are immediately captured by the air suction and drawn off into the suction channel, so that no flock formation occurs. The spinner can take hold of the broken thread very comfortably and feed it back to the bobbin.
According to FIGS. 2 and 3, the collecting system of the suction device consists of the inlet connection 8 for the connection of the main channel 4, the filter housing 9 with the filter 10, the fan 11 located behind it, the suction connection 12 with the fan housing 13 The filter box 9 is seated in the lower area, the emptying flap 74, and the fan housing 11 has the suction air outlet flap 15.
The filter 10 also has a passage opening 16 and the fan housing 13 has the inlet opening 17. Finally, a slide 18 is provided for closing the fan intake connection 12.
The flaps 14 and 15, the slide 18 and the door for the opening 17 are positively coupled to one another in a known manner such that when the desired working position is set, they are jointly closed or opened.
In the case of normal suction operation according to FIG. 2, the air flows in the direction of arrow 19 from the main channel 4 via the filter 10 through the fan 11 into the open. The thread breakage and other fibers collect in the collecting box 9. As soon as this is filled or after an adjustable time in a known manner, the flaps and doors 14, 15, 17, 18 are automatically actuated briefly, causing the suction air to be ejected of the accumulated fibers in the main collecting box 20.
This switching takes place according to FIG. 3 as follows. While the flap 14 opens, the flap 15 closes. At the same time, the slide 18 falls in front of the Ven tilatorsaugstutzen 12, whereby the opening 16 is released at the same time. Furthermore, the door 17 is opened at the same time. In this position of the control elements, the air flows according to the arrow 21 out of the opening 17 through the fan 11 and the passage 16 into the filter housing 9, whereby the fibers 22 collected there according to the now In the absence of the bottom flap 14, it can be blown into the main collecting box 20.
This process takes only a very short time, and the positively coupled opening and closing organs go back into the position shown in Figure 2. A noticeable disturbance or even interruption of the spinning m aise run and the suction at the nozzles does not occur.
The air control process takes place so quickly that the drop in suction power in the area of the nozzles 6 is practically not noticeable. During this short time, however, the full fan output acts as a pressure output for the expulsion of the fibers collected in the filter housing 9.
The flaps and slides are positively coupled with a number of known means, and these coupling members are in turn connected to the well-th control organs, not shown in the drawing to ensure a better overview. The control elements can be designed purely mechanically or can be actuated electrically, whereby the time intervals at which the actuation takes place can be adjustable on a timer. The electrical control element could, however, also respond depending on the back pressure in the filter housing. For mechanical actuation, an engine can be provided that works at adjustable time intervals.
According to FIG. 4, the suction heads 5 are so far connected to the main channel 4 via connecting roll tubes 30 rela tively small diameter. According to FIG. 5, the pipe sections 30 are each located at one end of the suction heads 5 in the previous embodiments, so that the suction pipe and connecting pipe form an L. This causes strong air turbulence and congestion. The lack of flow-technically perfect transitions also increases these adverse effects.
Particularly unpleasant is the fact that the pipe section 30 is only inserted into a connecting piece 31 of the main channel 4, so that it happens again and again that the pipe 30 slips out of the nozzle 31, whereby the spinning operation is interrupted.
According to FIG. 6, in the illustrated embodiment of the invention, each suction pipe of a suction head is connected in the middle to the connecting pipe piece 30, for example by the weld 32. Air congestion is avoided here, as indicated by arrows 33. It is also important that the cross-sections 34 of the suction pipe and the pipe section 30 are of the same size.
The pipe section 30 is connected to the main channel 4 by a shoe-shaped sleeve 35 made of rubber, which is shown in more detail in FIG. 7 according to the section ci @ -b and in FIG. 8 according to the section c - d of FIG is shown.
The inlet opening 36 in the main channel 4 is oval, so that a shoe-cap-like bulge 37 can be formed in the sleeve 35 in the interest of vortex-free air guidance according to the arrow part 38. The shoe cap 37 is therefore connected in the suction direction to the main channel at the front, that is to say in front of the other part of the sleeve 35.
The connection of the sleeve 35 to the channel 4 is made by overlapping the opening edge 39 by the double bead 40, the outer bead nestling into the annular space of the inlet 39, which is won by flanging. This creates a completely free cross-section in the channel 4 with a wall-free, that is to say airtight and immovable fastening of the connecting sleeve to the channel 4.
For the same purpose, the pipe section 30 is held by an annular bulge 41 in the shoe sleeve 35. If the connecting pipe section 30 can be made flexible, for example also made of rubber, it is recommended that the connection of the pipe section 30 of the Sangkopf 5 to the suction pipe also be effected by a sleeve. The pipe piece 30 and the two bluffers then consist of one piece.
The flaps 14, 15, 17, 18 are therefore coupled to one another in such a way that when switching from suction to fiber ejection, the ventilator outflow nozzle is closed and the filter collection bag is opened.
This process is achieved in that, on the one hand, a door coupled to the flaps for the fan nozzle and the collecting pocket is provided in the fan housing for connection to the outside air and, on the other hand, the fan suction opening in the event that the fan housing door is opened with simultaneous closure of the fan outlet nozzle and Opening of the collecting pocket flap is closable.
It is advisable to provide an electrically controlled actuator, for example an electron-magnetized relay, for actuating the flaps and doors that are coupled to one another. It is useful here to design the device so that the elec trical actuator is connected to a Zeitmes water that automatically triggers the actuator at arbitrarily adjustable times. A mechanical control element can also be provided for actuating the flaps and doors that are coupled to one another, which, as a function of a time control, effects the mutual opening and closing of the flaps and doors.
It is advisable to design the device so that the mechanical control element consists of an engine, for example a spindle with retractable and extendable cams, which acts on the flap and door coupling mechanism in an arbitrarily selectable time sequence.
It is known to work in spinning machines with pneumatic suction of thread breakage and fibers that arise during the spinning process. For this purpose, a suction channel is provided below the creel over the entire length of the spinning machine, from which a suction head branches off for each spindle system. In this suction head suction nozzles are provided, which are arranged just behind the running roving of each spindle. The Absaugkana.l opens into a filter box under the suction effect of a ventila tor, including an-, @@ eordered. Collection box.
In spinning machines equipped in this way, every thread break is drawn into the suction channel so that the spinning machine does not become matted or fouled. In addition, the spinner can grasp the broken thread very comfortably and without the use of auxiliary equipment and feed it back to the bobbin.
Even though these guidelines have already brought progress in the spinning operation, they still have the clutches that when the filter box is filled, the spinning machine must be shut down and the box emptied. It can also very easily happen that the box is not emptied in time and the effect of the pneumatic suction is lost because the fan suction has to overcome excessive resistance.
However, apart from keeping the machine clean and avoiding damage to the health of the people working in the spinning room, the collection of the broken thread in a collecting box should be strived for in any case for economic reasons, since the broken thread and the fibers dissolve collect in the filter box and can be used again immediately. A special thread picker is also unnecessary.
The device shown provides a remedy in a simple and operationally reliable manner. Through them, a constant thread breakage and fiber suction and discharge without stopping the spinning machine is sufficient that the suction device can be reversed both on the one hand for the usual thread breakage suction and on the other hand for the ejection of the collected thread breakage wool and fibers. This reversal also takes place automatically.
It is very beneficial if the suction nozzle provided with tubular, a group of spindles comprehensive suction head in its center has the same diameter as the connec tion pipe 30 to the main suction channel. Here, the branch pipe is connected to the main exhaust duct by a shoe-like rubber sleeve.
This sleeve is provided with a double bead enclosing an annular groove at the connection end. The main channel in the connection opening area is advantageously flanged outwards by the thickness of the outer bead of the connection gun shoe, so that the double bead clasps the edge of the channel inlet opening and the outer bead does not narrow the free cross-section of the main channel.
It should be ensured that the shoe cap 17 is connected to the main channel in the suction direction. Here, the cross-section of the main channel opening and the shoe socket is expediently oval or elliptical in shape. Furthermore, the protruding into the shaft of the shoe socket end of the connec tion pipe from the suction funnel to the main channel have an annular bulge, such that the socket shaft experiences a similar bulge firmly clasping the connecting pipe end piece.
If the connecting pipe section is flexible and the suction funnel has its own storage, there is the possibility of connecting the pipe section to the suction funnel with a shoe-like sleeve corresponding to the connection to the main channel. In this case, the connecting pipe and the two sleeves can consist of one piece.
So far, the connection of the suction heads to the main channel was done in such a way that at one end of each suction head there is a rush connection tube, the diameter of which is not insignificantly smaller than that of the suction head and which is only pushed into a corresponding connection piece of the main channel. The result is, on the one hand, considerable suction congestion caused by strong air turbulence and, on the other hand, a slight, highly undesirable, slipping out of the connecting pipe section from the connecting piece of the main channel, which interrupts the spinning operation.
Due to the previous right-angled connections, there are also considerable air turbulences that greatly reduce the efficiency of the suction system.
The device shown eliminates the deficiencies indicated. To achieve the overall success, the curved transition forms from the suction heads via the intermediate pipe pieces to the main channel, the shoe-like design of the connecting sleeves, their manufacture from rubber, the ring-shaped bulge in the connecting part of the connecting pipe piece and the double-bead design that enables the main channel inlet opening to be clasped on both sides help Bottom part of the shoe-like
Connection sleeve and finally the avoidance of projections that narrow the cross-sections.
