Control valve for molding machine. The present invention relates to a control valve for a molding machine with pneumatic actuation, which has a vibrating piston, a pressing piston and a lifting device, which is connected to the vibrating cylinder, the pressing cylinder and the lifting device by each </ B> a line is to be connected and which is designed in such a way that
(Let successive actuations of the vibrating piston, the pressing piston and the lifting device be effected by partial rotations of the control element.
In known molding machines, the control elements consist of multi-way taps or gate valves, and most of these actuating elements are subject to heavy wear on the sliding surfaces, and the operation often requires considerable effort.
The control valve according to the present invention differs from known designs in that, in order to relieve the valve disc of the control element from the contact pressure, a counter-pressure chamber is arranged on the side opposite the pressure chamber of the valve disc, which is connected to the pressure chamber by a connecting line. The air pressure can thus act on the valve disc in both directions.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the control valve, FIG. 2 shows a section through line II-II in FIG. 1, B> Fig. 3 a section through the line III-III of Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 an example embodiment of the molding machine in vertical section with a schematic arrangement of the control valve and the compressed air lines.
In FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, 1 and 2 show the walls of a molding machine stand. In wall 2, the valve body is located B> 3 installed, in which the axis 4 is rotatably mounted. The cover 5 with the hand lever 6 and the connecting element 7 with the cover 5 sit rotatably at one end of the axis 4 Connected latch levers 8. The washer 9 and the screw 10 are used to attach parts 5, 8 </ B > and 14 held axially. The spring 11 is held on the one hand in the cover 5 and on the other hand in a web 38 which is fastened with two screws 43 in the valve body 3 .
It is used to return the hand lever 6 to its starting position after each switching operation.
In the pawl lever 8, the pawl 13 is rotatably mounted on the pivot pin 12 and is pressed by the spring 42 against the ratchet wheel 14, which has twelve teeth. The ratchet wheel 14 is prevented from rotating on the axis 4 by the wedge 15 . There are two stops 40 on the ratchet lever 8, and a stop screw 41 fits in the valve body 3 and fits between the stops 40. The ratchet wheel 14 has twelve notches on the underside 19 into which the ball 17 is pressed by the compression spring 18 in every switching position.
The feed line 20 opens into the valve body; the ball 22 of the air inlet valve is pressed against the valve seat 21 by the compression spring 23. A hexagon 24 is connected to the axis 4, which can lift the Ku gel 22 of the air inlet valve from its seat 21. When the axis 4 is rotated, the valve disc 26 is rotated by the coupling 25 . The valve plate 27 contains compressed air line connections that are necessary for the programming of a molding machine. In FIG. 4, these are the lines 61, 62, 63-Lind 64.
The ring 30 with the guide 31 and the cover 32 with the membrane are on the stand wall 1 33 attached. A mushroom-shaped piece is held in the guide 31 , which consists of the rod 35 and the relief disc 36 . The rod 35 rests loosely on the valve disc 26 . In the present embodiment of the control valve, the pressure chamber 65 of the valve disk 26 in the valve body 3 is arranged separately from the counter-pressure chamber 66 </ B > the relief disc 36 , which is formed by the cover 32 and the membrane 33 .
The two pressure chambers 65 and 66 are connected to one another by line 34. FIG. 4 shows a vertical section through a. Embodiment of a molding machine, with a schematic representation of the control valve and the pipelines. - In the press cylinder 50 the press piston 51 slides tightly guided, and the vibrating piston 52 is slidingly guided in a sealing manner in the cylindrical bore of the plunger.
The molding machine table 53 with the molding plate 54, the model 55 and the molding box 56 sit on your shaking flask 52 . </ B>
On the fixed lifting piston 57 there is the lifting cylinder 58 with the forked lifting arm 59 attached and the lifting pins attached to it, pointing upwards 60 sealing and sliding. The lower end of the press cylinder 50 is connected to the valve plate 27 of the control valve body 3 by a line 61 .
A second line 62 leads from the valve plate 27 of the control valve body 3 to the inner cavity of the vibrating piston 52. A third line 63 leads from the valve plate 27 of the control valve body 3 to the upper end of the lift-off cylinder filled with oil B> 58. The compressed air feed line 20 and the outlet line 64 are also connected to the control valve body 3 .
In the case of program switching on molding machines, the following control impulses are required in the order listed, which are created by turning the control valve lever 6 by 300 : 1 . Putting the shaking flask 52 into operation by connecting line 62 to feed line 20.
2. Shut down the shaking piston 52 by connecting the line 62 to the outlet line 64. - 3. Start up of the plunger 51 by connecting the line 61 to the feed line 20.
4. Lowering of the plunger 51 by connecting the line 61 to the outlet line 64.
5. Putting the lifting cylinder 58 into operation by connecting the line 63 to the feed line -20.
6. Lowering of the lifting cylinder 58 by connecting the guide cable 63 to the outlet line 64.
The mode of operation of the control valve shown is as follows: Compressed air reaches the ball 22 of the air inlet valve through the compressed air feed line 20, which in the position shown in FIG. 1 is depicted by the pressure leather 23 < / B> is pressed onto its valve seat 21, so that the entry of air from the line 20r is prevented. The control valve is in one of the rest positions which correspond to the control pulses 2, 4, 6 . These rest positions are between the work positions that correspond to the control pulses 1, 3, 5 .
In the rest positions of the control valve, the air can flow from one of the lines 61, 62 or 63 through the channel 39 under the valve disc 26 < / B> and escape through the outlet line 64 to the outside.
If the hand lever 6 is rotated by 300 , which corresponds to the path between the two stops 40 with respect to the stop tube 41, one of the circuits in the operating program sequence is thereby created. The cover. 5 , the ratchet lever 8 with the ratchet 13, the ratchet wheel 14, the axle 4 with the hexagon 24 and the coupling 25 also rotates the valve disc 26 by the same angle, which corresponds to a tooth pitch on the ratchet wheel 14 (12 teeth). The ratchet lever 8 is then in the position shown in Fig. 2 with interrupted lines.
When the hand lever 6 is released, the axle 4 with the hexagon 24 and the valve disc 26 stops because the new position is set by the detent 19 the ball 17 and the compression spring 18 is blocked. The hand lever 6 with the cover 5 and the ratchet lever 8 with the pawl 13 is activated by the action of the spring < B> 11 is returned to its starting position, the pawl 13 continuing to grip the stationary ratchet wheel 14 by one tooth and being held in place by the spring 42.
The axis 4 with the hexagon 24 now assumes the position shown in FIG. 3, where the air inlet valve ball 22 is lifted from the valve seat 21 against the pressure of the spring 23. Compressed air thus first reaches the pressure chamber 65 and onto the valve disc 26 when this is required by the operation to be carried out.
From the pressure chamber 65 above the valve disc 26 , air passes through the opening 37 that has now been released into the channel 39 of the valve plate 27. From this valve plate 27 , the compressed air is distributed according to the operating program sequence; For example, line 62 to the vibrating piston, or line 61 to the plunger or line 63 to the lifting device.
At the same time, however, compressed air also reaches the pressure chamber 65 via the valve disc 26 through the line 34 into the counter-pressure chamber 66, formed from the cover 32 and the membrane 33, whereby the relief disc 36 with the rod 35 of the mushroom against the valve disc 26 is pressed.
This leads to a relief of the valve disk 26 from the pressure of the compressed air, which means that the actuation of the control valve is made much easier and the wear on the surfaces sliding on one another is greatly reduced.
By further turning the hand lever 6 by 300 , a new circuit is created in the operating program sequence of the molding machine. This is again one of the rest positions (control pulses 2, 4, 6), where the hexagon 24 assumes the position shown in FIG. 1, that is, the pressing Air supply from the feed line 20 is blocked by the compressed air inlet valve 22. The air from one of the lines 61, 62 or 63 can pass through one of the channels 39 in the valve plate 27 and escape through line 64 to the outside.
The actuation of the control valve described requires only a fraction of the force that was necessary in earlier Ausffnrungsformen, and when operating a molding machine, the circuits can be carried out more quickly. Furthermore, the lower friction leads to a greater life of the parts of the control valve that are subject to wear.
Since, as a result of unavoidable leaks, compressed air losses occur in the lines, in the control valve and in the molding machine, the combination of the hexagon 24 connected to the axis 4 of the control valve with the air inlet valve 22 results in a substantial saving in air consumption because compressed air is only used in the valve body 3 enters when the operation to be performed so requires.
