Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 264602.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Verfah  ren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstof-          fes    und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       diazotiertes    Anilin mit dem     Acetylaminoazo-          farbstoff,    den man durch saure Kupplung von       diazotierter        Anilin-2,5-disulfonsäure    mit     2,

  8-          Aminonaphthol    - 6 -     sulf        onsäure    und nachfol  gende     Acetylierung    erhält, vereinigt und das  erhaltene Kupplungsprodukt zwecks Versei  fung der     Aeetylaminogruppe    mit     verseifenden     Mitteln behandelt.  



  Im Beispiel bedeuten Teile Gewichtsteile.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  61,6 Teile des     Acetylaminoazofarbstoffes,     den man durch saure Kupplung von     diazotier-          ter        Anilin-2,5-disulfonsäure    mit     2,8-A.mino-          naphthol-6-sulfonsäure    und nachfolgende     Ace-          tylierung    erhält, werden in 250 Teilen Wasser  gelöst. Diese Lösung wird mit 20 Teilen     cale.     Soda deutlich alkalisch gestellt und hierauf  unter gutem Rühren mit der     Diazoverbindung     von 9,3 Teilen Anilin bei 0 bis 101 vereinigt.

    Sobald keine     Diazoverbindung    mehr nach  gewiesen werden kann, ist die Kupplung be  endet. Man salzt aus und filtriert den aus-    geschiedenen Farbstoff ab. Zur     Verseifung     der     Acetylaminogruppe    wird der Farbstoff  während etwa einer Stunde in 10     o/oiger    Soda  lösung auf 900 erwärmt. Nach Beendigung der       Verseifung    wird der gebildete Farbstoff aus  gesalzen, filtriert und getrocknet.  



  Der neue Farbstoff, ein rotbraunes Pulver,  färbt, Wolle aus saurem Bade in     rotstichig     braunen Tönen von guter Licht-, Wasch- und  Schweissechtheit.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes Anilin mit dem Acetylamino- azofarbst.off, den man durch saure Kupplung von diazotierter Anilin-2,5-disulfonsäure mit 2,8-Aminonaphthol-6-sulfonsäure und nachfol gende Acetylierung erhält, vereinigt und das erhaltene Kupplungsprodukt zwecks Versei fung der Acetylaminogruppe mit verseifenden Mitteln behandelt.
