Description

  

  <B>Verfahren zur Herstellung eines</B>     Oxyacylaminoazofarbatoffes.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Oxyacetyl-          aminoazofarbstoffes    und ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet,     class    man den     Monoazofarbstoff,     den man durch Vereinigen von     diazotiertem          Methyl-[2-amino-phenyl]-sulfon    mit     2-Amino-          8-oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure    in saurem Me  dium erhält,

   mit     Acetylierungsmitteln    behan  delt und hierauf den bei dieser Behandlung       mitentstandenen    Anteil an     N.0-Acetylprodukt     durch Einwirkung von     Verseifungsmitteln    in  den     Oxyacetylaniinoazofarbstoff    überführt.  



  Im Beispiel bedeuten Teile Gewichtsteile.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  39 Teile des     Monoazofarbstoffes,    den  man durch Vereinigen von     Methyl-[2-Amino-          phenyl]-sulfon    mit     2-Amino-8-oxynaphthalin-          6-sulfonsäure    in saurem Medium erhält, wer  den bei Zimmertemperatur in 50 Teilen       Schwefelsäuremonohydrat    gelöst. Hierauf lässt  man unter Kühlung 100 bis 150 Teile Essig  säureanhydrid zufliessen und rührt mehrere  Stunden, bis keine freie     Aminogruppe    mehr  nachgewiesen werden kann.

   Dann giesst man  auf Eis, filtriert und verrührt die zurückge  bliebene gelbe     Acetylverbindung    zwecks Ab  spaltung des in die     Hydroxylgruppe    einge-         tretenen        Acetylrestes    während kurzer Zeit bei  Raumtemperatur in 10prozentiger Natron  lauge. Hierauf wird neutralisiert,     ausgesalzen,     filtriert und getrocknet. Der entstandene  Farbstoff, ein dunkelbraunes Pulver, färbt  Wolle in     braunstichig    roten Tönen und kup  pelt gut mit     Diazoverbindungen.    Er löst sich  in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter,  der Ausgangsfarbstoff dagegen mit roter  Farbe.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Oxyacetylaminoazofarbstoffes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man den Monoazofarbstoff, den man durch Vereinigen von diazotiertem Methyl-[2-aminophenyl]sulfon mit 2-Amino- 8-oxynaplithalin-6-sulfonsäure in saurem Me dium erhält, mit Acetylierungsmitteln behan delt und hierauf den bei dieser Behandlung mitentstandenen Anteil au N.0-Acetylprodukt durch Einwirkung von Verseifungsmitteln in den. Oxyacetylaminoazofarbstoff überführt.
