Description

  

  Scherkopf für Trockenrasierapparate.    Bei den bisherigen Scherköpfen für     Trok-          kenrasierapparate    mit einem auf der Haut  zu gleiten bestimmten scheibenförmigen,  ebenen und festen     Scherteil    und einem rotie  renden ein- oder mehrflügeligen Messer ist  der, feste     Scherteil    siebartig mit Öffnungen       versehen.    Werden die Öffnungen sehr fein ge  macht, so treten die Haare schlecht in diesel  ben ein, da zwischen den Löchern zu viele       Stegteile    sind, welche ein Umlegen der Haare  verursachen, wenn der     Seherkopf    längs der  Haut bewegt wird. Es dauert daher eine be  trächtliche Zeit, bis ein sauberes Rasieren er  folgt ist.

   Macht man die Öffnungen so gross,  dass das Eintreten der Haare in dieselben er  leichtert und die Rasierzeit abgekürzt wird,  so besteht die Gefahr, dass auch die Haut  vom Messer erfasst wird.  



  Um diesen Nachteil     zu    vermeiden und ein  gutes Eintreten der Haare zu     ermöglichen,     ist erfindungsgemäss der feste     Scherteil    als  gewölbte, mit länglichen Schlitzen     versehene     Platte ausgebildet. Zweckmässig sind benach  barte Schlitze zueinander geneigt angeordnet.  Die Schlitze können in Kränzen angeordnet       sein.    Die Schlitze benachbarter Kränze bilden       zweckmässig    zudem     Fisehgrätmuster.     



  Ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    des Erfindungs  gegenstandes ist auf beiliegender Zeichnung  in     Fig.    1 im senkrechten Schnitt und in       Fig.    2 in Draufsicht dargestellt.    Der     kalottenförmige    feste     Scherteil    1 ist  in einem Ring     \?    gefasst und innerhalb des  festen     Seherteils    rotiert das Messer, dessen       Sehneidkante    bei 3 strichpunktiert angedeu  tet ist, um die Achse     1-I    der Kalotte.

   Der  feste     Scherteil    ist mit     längliehen    Schlitzen 4  versehen, die in Kränzen 5 angeordnet sind,  wobei benachbarte Schlitze zueinander ge  neigt sind und     Fischgrätmuster    bilden.  Durch diese Ausbildung wird das Eintreten  der Haare in die Schlitze erleichtert.

  In order to avoid this disadvantage and to allow the hair to enter easily, according to the invention the fixed shear part is designed as a curved plate provided with elongated slots. Appropriately adjacent slots are arranged inclined to each other. The slots can be arranged in rings. The slots of adjacent wreaths also expediently form a herringbone pattern.



  An embodiment of the subject invention is shown on the accompanying drawing in Fig. 1 in vertical section and in Fig. 2 in plan view. The dome-shaped fixed shear part 1 is in a ring \? taken and within the fixed viewing part rotates the knife, whose cutting edge is indicated by dash-dotted lines at 3, around the axis 1-I of the dome.

   The fixed shear part is provided with elongated slots 4 which are arranged in wreaths 5, adjacent slots are inclined to each other and form herringbone pattern. This design makes it easier for the hair to enter the slots.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Scherkopf für Trockenrasierapparate mit einem scheibenförmigen, festen Scherteil und, einem rotierenden Messer, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass der feste Scherteil als mit länglichen Schlitzen versehene gewölbte Platte ausgebildet ist. UNTERANSPRüCHE 1. Scherkopf nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass benachbarte Schlitze zueinander geneigt angeordnet sind. 2. Scherkopf nach Patentansprzch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitze in Kränzen und die Schlitze benachbarter Kränze fisehgrätartig angeordnet sind.
