Fig. 10-10 a zeigen in Draufsieht bzw.
Beim A Lisifiliriin2,%sl)eispiel naeh Figr.
Device on two telescoping parts, for locking these parts in any lengthwise adjustment position. The present invention relates to a device on two telescopically displaceable parts, e.g. B. Skistöeken, tripod legs and similar Gebrauelis items, to fix these parts in any lengthwise adjustment position, with a blocking element housed in the interior of the parts.
According to the present invention, the blocking element consists of at least two mutually adjustable elements that complement each other to form a cylindrical body, and means are provided which exert pressure on the blocking element when the parts are rotated against each other, the whole in such a way that its elements exert a radial pressure exercise on the outer part.
The blocking element is expediently divided into two elements by a surface extending obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the parts.
Exemplary embodiments of the inventive counterpart are shown in the accompanying drawing, in which FIG. 1 shows a ski pole consisting of three parts that can be telescoped into one another, 2 to 4 show three embodiments in partial axial section, and FIGS. 2a to 4a show associated blocking elements in plan;
Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment example iiii Xxialselinitt; FIG. 5a shows the blocking element according to FIG. 5 in a plan view; Fin-. 6 to 9 show further embodiments in partial axial section, and FIGS. 6a to 9a show the associated blocking elements in a plan view;
Fig. 10-10 a show in plan view or axial section an embodiment of a nut for generating the axial pressure on the blocking element, and Fig. 11 and 12 or 11 and 12a show other embodiments of such nuts in the same representation.
The ski pole shown in FIG. 1 has three parts 1, 2 and 3 , of which two telescopic parts each --- can be moved one inside the other. 4 and 5 denote locking devices.
The locking device according to FIGS. 2 and 2 (t, which is connected between the outer tube part 6 and the inner tube part 7 that can be displaced in it, has one of two to one Cylindrical body see additional blocking element, which exists after a surface 8 running obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the tube parts 8 and 10 a circumferential groove of the elements 9 and 10 rests an annular spring 11,
which the two elements. presses against each other and seeks to separate their A-Lissen surfaces from contact with the outer pipe part 6 and brings them into their ineffective position in which the pipe parts can be shifted.
In order to exert a pressure acting radially outward by means of the bloekieror # rane, means are provided which, when the parts 6 -Lind 7 rotate against one another, exert an axial pressure exercise the blocking element so that the two elements 9 and 10 move axially on the inclined surface before 8 and move outwards against the pipe part < B> 6 be pushed.
These means have a visible pin 12 inserted into the end of the tubular member 7 , which is inserted through a central bore 13 in the elements 9 and 10 in addition, there is a nut 14 sitting on the Schra.1-ibenbolzen 12, which is attached by a ring 15 to a material with a high coefficient of friction, e.g. B. made of felt durehsetztem with emery or a Brenis lining material in frictional connection with the outer tubular part 6 .
If the two tube parts 6 and 7 are rotated against each other, the friction of the ring 15 causes the nut 14 to join in the rotation and open the bolt 12 unscrews and the necessary axial pressure on the elements 9 and 1.0 of the blocking organ, exerts, whereby the same are pressed radially outward into the blocking position.
If the pipe parts 6, 7 are rotated against one another in the opposite direction of rotation, then the nut 14 unscrews from the element 9 and the ring members 11 screw in Remove element 9 from element 10 and loosen the bloekier-ling. If the axial load exerted on the pipe part 6 is increased, while the elements 9 and 10 are in the blocking position, this is increased see the radial pressure.
The exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 3a differs from the example described above according to FIGS. 2 and 2a only in that instead of the annular spring, two axially arranged very helical springs 16 are provided, which strive to release the blockage.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 4a, the elements 9 ' and 10' of the blocking element are made of a material with a high coefficient of friction, e.g. B. made of brake lining material, in order to obtain a strong frictional effect against the outer pipe part 6 in the blocking position.
To facilitate the axial displacement, the diagonal kn ir fläe, heii- and the Eiiclfj, äelieii. dareh - # viiilzelför-: some bleeh strips 17 covered. The release springs are not shown.
In the example of implementation according to FIGS. 5 and 5a, the Bloelz-.ieror-iiii consists of four elements 1-8 complementing each other to form a hollow cylinder-shaped body, each of which has one on both end faces Have conical savings P .
In the lower recess paf - it the conically designed part 20 of the visual bolt 12 and in the upper recess 19 a through-drilled cone 21 is inserted.
When the parts 6, 7 are rotated, these means 12, 14, 15, 20, 21 generate a pressure on the blocking element and the two cones 20 and 21 push the elements 18 of the blocking organ apart. To release the blockage, a ring spring 11 is again provided, which endeavors to pull the four elements 18 together.
The exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 6 C and 6a differs from that according to FIG. 5 and 5, that for spreading the elements 18 only the lower cone 20 is retained.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 7a, the two elements 22 of the blocking element have viewing surfaces 230 that are honored to one another, and instead of the cones a wedge-shaped extension 24 is one Disc 25 seen, which works with the viewing surfaces '23 zListiiii-
in order to force the eleiiieii, te22 into the bloel # ierstell.uii, - together when the pipe parts 6 and 7 are twisted against each other. To release the blockage, as in FIGS. 2 and 3 a ″, two very helical springs 16 are provided.
For A Lisifiliriin2,% sl) example according to Fig. S, wid Sa, the Bloel # ieroi! ---, on two elements 26, which each have two recesses 27 < / B>, in which very straight struts 28 are inserted.
With axial pressure exerted by the means 12, 14, 15 , the elements are offset with respect to one another in such a way that the angle between the struts 218 and the axis of the blocking element is increased, and thereby the elements 26 are pushed apart into the blocking position.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 9 and 9a, the elements 29 of the blocking element have facing edges 30, between which rolling teeth 31 31 / B> are inserted, which at a caused by the pressure of the means 12, 14, 15 axial. Displacement of the elements 29 have the effect that they are pushed apart in the blocking position.
In FIGS. 10 and 10a, instead of the nut 14 with friction ring used in the other examples, a nut 32 is shown which has a has an annular part 33 which is slotted and bears resiliently against the pipe part 6 in order to provide the necessary friction with the pipe for screwing the nut on and off the screw bolt 6 .
In FIGS. 11 and 11a, a nut 34 is shown, in which the frictional effect is achieved by a non-rotatable in a with 35 the nut a '</ B > (-, a ring spring 36 is generated, which is to be applied to the inner wall of the outer tube part 6 with pressure.
In FIGS. 12 and 12a, instead of an annular spring 36 , the friction is generated by a flael member 38 firmly connected to the nut 37 . The nuts 34 or 37 with a spring 36 or 38 can be used anywhere instead of a nut 14 with a friction ring 15 </ B > are used.
