Bleehdosenversehluli.

The present invention relates to a further embodiment of the tin can closure according to the claim of the main patent, in which the intermediate layer inserted between the flanging of the jacket of the tin can and the flanging on the upper edge of the press-in lid inserted into this consists of a cylindrical ring which is attached to the cylindrical part of the Push-in cover is attached,
The sheet metal edge of the indentation cover above the lower end of the ring forming the intermediate layer is indented into the latter in a direction approximately perpendicular to its axis, and the soldering compound, which completely tightly connects the flanging of the jacket and the flanging of the indentation cover, overdeects and borders between these borders The tear-off wire clamped in the jacket and the press-in cover rests on the part of the ring forming the intermediate layer that protrudes below the border of the press-in cover.
The cylindrical rings used here as an intermediate layer on which the tear-off wire rests have the main advantages over flat rings that they can be cut off pipes with practically no loss of material and that, because they are much more stable than flat rings, they are much easier to attach to the push-in cover can be applied. Furthermore, since the sheet metal edge of the press-in lid, which is not tinned, is impressed into the material of the ring serving as the intermediate layer, it cannot come into contact with the goods contained in the tin can.
The drawing shows part of a section through an embodiment, for example, of a tin can closure according to the invention.
1 with the jacket of a tin can is referred to, which at its upper edge a l. mbördelung 2 has. A push-in cover 3 is pressed into this jacket 1, which has a border 4 on its upper edge, which has a larger diameter than the border 2 and thus protrudes over the latter, so that the push-in cover 3 can be gripped well. On the cylindrical part of the Eindriiekdeckels 3 is a cylindrical ring 5 made of non-solderable, heat-resistant material, for. B.
Cardboard, lifted up, which abuts on the inside against the flange 4 above. The sheet metal edge of the at least approximately semicircular profile 4 is pressed above the lower end of the ring 5 in an approximately perpendicular direction to its axis, in such a way that the ring 5 protrudes slightly downward beyond the flange 4. This protruding part of the ring 5, the thickness of which is not entirely, but approximately corresponds to the radius of the border 2, sits on the latter.
The part of the ring 5 protruding over it keeps the flange 4 at a distance from the flange 2 and into the space between the legs
