Sesselliftanlage.
Chair lift system. Almost all of the causes leading to accidents on chairlifts on the route used can either not be noticed by the station staff, or usually not noticed in good time. The passenger has been exposed to these dangers in most cases.
The present invention now relates to a chair lift system. According to the invention, an emergency braking device is provided which can be triggered by a device on the armchairs of the passengers who can.
The chairlift system expediently has an emergency shift cable that is insulated parallel to the suspension and circulating cable, and a contact rod that can be brought into contact with the emergency switching cable by a manual release device operated by the passenger is linked to each chair of the system, with the carrying and circulating cable and The contact rods are connected to one pole via the mass of the chair and the emergency switching cable is connected to the other pole of a low-voltage source.
When the manual release device is actuated, the low-power circuit is closed by the contact rod falling on the emergency control cable and thereby the main switch for the high-power supply to the drive motor is switched off by means of a magnetic switching device and a magnetic brake for the said motor is actuated at the same time.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown. 1 shows a partial cross-section through the chair lift system, FIG. 2 shows the articulated arrangement of the contact rod, FIG. 3 shows a view of the hand release device for the contact rod, FIG. 4 shows a side view of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 shows a plan view Fig. 4, Fig. 6, the isolated arrangement of the emergency shift cable and Fig. 7 shows a detail of Fig. 6 in view.
On the supports 1 of the chair lift system 2 booms 3 with guide roller 4 are arranged on the one hand for the uphill and on the other hand for the downhill strand of an endless supporting and circulating cable. 5 are the armchairs mounted on the suspension and circulating cable for the reception of the passengers. On the supports 1 are also on the one hand for the Füh tion of the uphill and on the other hand for the guidance of the running downhill strand of an endless, parallel to the support and circulating rope 6 carrier 7 insulated attached. On the backrest of each armchair 5, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a contact rod 10 is articulated on a horizontal axis 8 of a bearing fork 9 screwed tightly to the backrest.
The contact rod 10 is held by a two-legged leaf spring clip 11 in the upright position. A release lever 14 is articulated about an axis 12 (FIG. 4) of a bracket 13 attached to the chair, which by means of a finger 14 'behind the contact groove 10 engages between the legs of the leaf spring clip 11 and gripped with one pull 15 is provided, which is articulated on the upwardly projecting end of the release lever. On the lever 14 an eyelet 16 is seen before, by means of which the release handle 15 is sealed.
The emergency shift cable 6 is held in an insulating sleeve 17 between the clamping jaws 7 'of the carrier 7 (FIG. 6), which are held together by screws 18 with nuts 18'. The flange-shaped ends of the carrier 7 are fastened to the support 1 by screws 19 with nuts 19 '.
The beams are also insulated from the supports 1, namely by insulating sleeves 20 encasing the screws 19 and washers 21 made of insulating material that isolate the screws from the support and the support, and also by insulating washers 22 inserted between the support and the support.
The suspension and circulating cable 2, the chair 5, the contact rod 10 and the drive machine frame are in mutually solid metallic contact.
The system generally has the installations and facilities used in chairlifts and similar systems.
If there is a risk of an accident by a passenger from the chair, the emergency brake is actuated by pulling down the handle 15, the contact rod 10 of the chair in question falls on the emergency cable and thereby closes the weak circuit. As a result, the magnetic switching device comes into operation, which interrupts the Starkstromzufüh tion to the motor due to the main switch connected to it. As a result of this power interruption, the motor magnetic brake is activated immediately and brakes the drive motor immediately.
In the invention described, for. B. at the moment when there is a risk of an accident from the armchairs, an emergency braking can be triggered by the passengers, which expediently leads to the immediate shutdown of the chairlift. Existing chair lifts can also be used in this. Senses are expanded.
