Description
<B>Klemmvorrichtung für Bolzen.</B> Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Klemm vorrichtung zum Festhalten von Bolzen, bei der den festzuklemmenden Bolzen zu umfas sen bestimmte Mittel vorgesehen sind, von denen das eine um eine zur Aufnahmebohrung für den Bolzen des andern exzentrisch lie gende Achse gegenüber diesem Mittel drehbar angeordnet ist, so dass durch Verdrehung der Mittel gegeneinander eine Klemmung des von ihnen umfassten Bolzens rechtwinklig zur Bol- zenachse herbeigeführt werden kann.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung in zwei beispielsweisen Ausfüh rungsformen dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt in einem Schnitt einen mittels der Mittel nach der ersten Ausführungsform festgeklemmten Bolzen.
Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie A-A der Fig.1.
Fig. 3 zeigt in einem Schnitt einen Bolzen mit zwei auf ihm festgeklemmten, ineinander greifenden Klemmscheiben gemäss dem zwei ten Ausführungsbeispiel.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Stirnansicht zu Fig. 3. Der festzuklemmende Bolzen 1 beim Aus führungsbeispiel gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 besitzt an seinem obern Ende einen Sechskantkopf 2 und an seinem untern Ende einen exzentrisch zur Bolzenachse angeordneten Zapfen 3. Auf dem exzentrischen Zapfen 3 ist eine Hülse 4 mit entsprechend exzentrischer Bohrung 5 an gebracht. Der Bolzen 1 sowohl als die exzen trische Hülse 4 sind in der gleichen Bohrung 6 eines nicht weiter dargestellten Teils angeord net, wobei die Hülse in die Bohrung 6 passt.
Wird der Bolzen 1 mittels des Sechskantkop- fes um seine Achse gedreht, so wird durch die Exzentrizität zwischen ihm und dem Zapfen 3 die Hülse 4 bezüglich ihrer Bohrungsachse exzentrisch in der Bohrung 6 gedreht und klemmt den Bolzen senkrecht zu seiner Achse in der Bohrung 6 fest, so dass er axial nicht mehr verschiebbar ist. Um einen gleitenden Sitz der exzentrischen Hülse 4 in der Boh rung 6 zu erhalten, kann die Hülse 4 an einer Stelle auf ihrer Länge aufgeschnitten sein.
Nach der zweiten Ausführungsform (Fig. 3 und 4) sind auf dem Bolzen 1 zwei mittels eines vorstehenden bzw. eines ausgesparten Teils ineinandergreifende Ringe 7 und 8 an geordnet. Die vom vorstehenden Teil des Rin ges 7 gebildete Nabe ist exzentrisch zur Ring bohrung 10 angeordnet, durch die der Bolzen 1. hindurchgesteckt ist. In gleicher Weise ist die Bohrung des ausgesparten Teils 9 des. Rin ges 8 mit gleicher Exzentrizität zu dessen Ringbohrung 10 ausgeführt, so dass in einer neutralen Stellung die gleich dimensionierten Bohrungen 10 der beiden Ringe 7 und 8 über einstimmen.
Werden nun zum Festhalten des Bolzens 1 die Ringe 7 und 8 gegeneinander ,.-erdreht, so klemmen sie sich zufolge der Ex zentrizität ihrer ineinandergreifenden Teile bezüglich der Bohrungen 10 rechtwinklig zur Bolzenachse auf dem Bolzen 1 fest, so dass sie auf diesem in axialer Richtung festgehalten sind.

4 shows an end view of FIG. 3. The bolt 1 to be clamped in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a hexagonal head 2 at its upper end and a pin 3 arranged eccentrically to the pin axis at its lower end. On the eccentric pin 3 is a sleeve 4 with a corresponding eccentric bore 5 is brought to. The bolt 1 as well as the eccentric sleeve 4 are net angeord in the same bore 6 of a part not shown, the sleeve fits into the bore 6.
If the bolt 1 is rotated about its axis by means of the hexagon head, the eccentricity between it and the pin 3 causes the sleeve 4 to be rotated eccentrically in the bore 6 with respect to its bore axis and clamps the bolt in the bore 6 perpendicular to its axis so that it can no longer be moved axially. In order to obtain a sliding fit of the eccentric sleeve 4 in the Boh tion 6, the sleeve 4 can be cut open at one point along its length.
According to the second embodiment (Fig. 3 and 4) on the bolt 1 two by means of a protruding or a recessed part interlocking rings 7 and 8 are arranged on. The hub formed by the protruding part of the Rin ges 7 is eccentric to the ring bore 10, through which the bolt 1. is inserted. In the same way, the bore of the recessed part 9 of the ring 8 is executed with the same eccentricity to its ring bore 10, so that in a neutral position the equally dimensioned bores 10 of the two rings 7 and 8 match.
If the rings 7 and 8 are now rotated against each other to hold the bolt 1, they are clamped on the bolt 1 at right angles to the bolt axis due to the eccentricity of their interlocking parts with respect to the bores 10, so that they are on this in the axial direction are held.
