Description
In diesem.
Preparation for setting and waterproofing cement mortar and process for making the same. The present invention relates to a preparation for the hardening and waterproofing of cement mortar and a method for producing the same.
As is known, the various types of mortar are generally composed of a mixture of sand with a binding agent and water, while the hardening time depends on the active substances used during production.
If cement is used in the preparation of the mixture, the resulting conglomerate takes on the name cement mortar, which is used in structures where the stresses reach a certain level and therefore where increased resistance is required of the mixture.
As is also already known, mortars with the highest coefficient of resistance are obtained with plastic mixtures, while drier mixtures are more earthy and less compact.
In many cases it is therefore extremely important to use a mixture that is suitable for rapid hardening and making the mortar impermeable to water. This problem is to be solved by the preparation according to the invention, which contains calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and what water.
After long and numerous experiments it has been found that a satisfactory result is obtained if the individual components are combined in the following percentages CaCl, about 25% MgCl, about 10% H.10 about 65%, the individual components Components are mixed in such a way that one obtains a density that varies between 24 and 260 B6.
In order to obtain the above mixture, you can proceed as follows: First you mix the chlorinated lime in equal parts with water, then you add the magnesium chloride, and after the dissolution of the latter you add water until the solution has reached the desired density, in relation to the season. The density should preferably be between 24 and 26 Be. In this. At the moment the mixture is filtered and the resulting product is ready for packaging and shipping. Galvanized containers should preferably be used for packaging the product.
