Nulleiterelement.
Neutral element. In power distribution networks with a neutral conductor, neutral conductor elements with a detachable neutral conductor rail are required at power distribution points. These serve the purpose of being able to carry out insulation measurements on the connected electrical installations at any time without having to loosen wires.
The subject of the present invention is a neutral conductor element, which is characterized in that it has a detachable neutral conductor rail, which is connected to a locking member, through which the rail is actively locked in one of its open positions and can be unlocked by hand .
In the drawing, a preferred embodiment of the subject invention is shown.
FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section along the line 1-I in FIG. 2 through the neutral conductor element with the neutral conductor rail in the closed position, the open position of this rail being indicated.
FIG. 2 illustrates the element with closed neutral conductor rail in plan view, and FIG. 3 shows the element with open neutral conductor rail in plan view.
On an insulating base 1 of the element, two contact pieces 2, 3, which have contact surfaces 2a and 3a are fastened by means of screws 4 and 5. The contact pieces 2, 3 are provided with connection terminals 6 and 7 , in which incoming and outgoing conductors 8 </ B > (Fig. 1, right).
A neutral conductor rail 9 of U-shaped cross-section is captive and rotatable on the neutral conductor rail 9 through a single very screw nut 10 which, due to a depression 10a at the lower end and can be screwed onto the protruding fastening tube 4 of the one contact piece 2,
can be pressed against the two Kontaktiläehen 2a and 3a. At one end, the contact rail 9 is pivotably mounted in a hinge, which consists of the hinge axis 11 and two hinged lugs attached to the contact piece 3 12 and 13 is formed.
On the same hinge axis 11 there is also a locking bolt 14, which has two tabs 15 and 16 bent at right angles, which have a web 17 < / B> encompass the contact rail 9 , so that when the neutral conductor rail 9 is pivoted, the bolt 14 must inevitably rotate. A helical spring 18, , wound around the hinge pin 11 and subjected to an au ± -torsion, of which one end is in the contact piece 3 and the other end attacks the bolt 14, strives
to lift the contact bar 9 away from the contact surfaces 2a and 3a as soon as the very screw nut 10 is loosened. The visor spring 18 is also subjected to pressure in such a way that it presses the latch 14 with the end faces of the two tabs 15 and 16 against the hinged lug 12,
the latch 14 against the pressure of the spring 18 a slight sliding movement on the axis 11 transversely to the longitudinal line of the rail 9 in the direction of the Pleils P (Fig. 3) can perform. The latch 14 has a lever attachment 19.
An insulating sleeve 20 seated on the screw nut 10 and surrounding it enables the neutral conductor rail to be opened and closed without having to touch metal parts. The insulating base 1 carrying the contact pieces 2 and 3 also has a dovetail-shaped guide 21 in addition to a flat support surface la; it can therefore be screwed onto a flat surface or pushed onto a profile rail.
The mode of operation of the moving parts of the described neutral conductor element is as follows: The screw member 18 , which is subject to torsion and pressure, first strives to pivot the bolt 14 in such a way that the bolt moves with it through the bolt tabs B> 15 and 16 motion-linked neutral conductor bar 9 opens as soon as the screw nut 10 is loosened.
Since the spring 18 constantly presses the latch against one hinge tab 12, the tabs 15, 16 slide after a 900 pivoting of the neutral conductor 9 the pivoting of the bolt 14 down from the hinge bracket 12 and encompass this after a displacement of the bolt 14 on the axis 11 transversely to the pivoting movement of the rail 9 Neutral conductor rail 9 is locked in this open, clearly visible position and cannot be closed again until the locking bolt 14 is pressed by pressing on the attachment 19, e.g.
B. by means of a screwdriver is pivoted slightly inward, whereby the unlocking takes place and the rail 9 swiveled back by touching the insulating piece 20 in the closed position and then tightened by means of a screwdriver who can. As a result, the neutral conductor rail is pressed against the two contact surfaces 2a and 3a and the electrical connection of the contact pieces 2, 3 is restored.
The advantage achieved by the described design of the neutral conductor element is that the neutral conductor section can be opened and closed in a number of ways and that the rail cannot be unintentionally closed again in the open state.
Furthermore, the contact rail jumps open like a switching knife when it is opened, the opening position being clearly marked by the vertically protruding contact rail. Finally, the vertical position of the opened rail can be used to ensure that appropriately designed cover devices of rows of clamps or security groups etc. cannot be closed as long as the neutral rail is open.
According to a variant not shown, the neutral conductor element could also be provided with two springs instead of a single spring 18, one for opening the neutral conductor rail 9 and the other for since Union shifting the bolt 14 on the pivot axis 11 is used. While the latter spring is preferably a screw pressure leather, the spring used to open the rail could be a leaf leather.
