Feder mit Deckplatte, für Plakatschrift, mit Gelenkvorrichtung zur Erleichterung der Reinigung. Die vorliegende Erfindun- bezweckt eine Vervollkommnung der für Plakatschrift ver wendeten Federn mit Declzplatte, die unter dem Namen Federn für Beschriftung be kannt sind.
Das Kennzeichen des Gegenstandes der Erfindung bestellt darin, class die Deckplatte, die zusammen mit der Feder einen Aufnahme raum für Schreibflüssigkeit bildet, aufge klappt werden kann, was die Reinigung der Feder ermöglicht, ohne dass die Deckplatte weggenommen erden muss, was Zeiterspar nis bei der Beschriftungsarbeit bedeutet.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist auf der Zeiehniuib dar"estellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Feder mit Deckplatte, mit der C,lelenkvorrielitung, im Aufriss, wobei die Deckplatte niedergeklappt ist.
In dieser gleichen Figur ist. die Deckplatte in punktierter Linie in aufgeklappter Stel lung dargestellt, das heisst in\ Stellung zwecks Reinigung der Feder. Fig. 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 1. Fig. 3 ist eine perspektivische Darstellung des Ausführungsbeispiels gemäss Fig. 1.
Firi. 4 zeigt die einzelnen Teile, nämlich: Feder, Stützklammer und Deckplatte.
Fig. 5 stellt. in Perspektive die Gelenkvor richtung dar. Die Feder mit Deckplatte, mit Gelenkvor- richtung besteht gemäss Fig. 1 bis 3 aus der Stützklammer 1, die der Deckplatte 2 als Laber auf der Feder 3 dient. Die Klammer ist auf die Feder 3 aufgeschoben und besitzt zwei Löcher für zwei Bolzen der Deckplatte. Die Deckplatte ist mit einer Öffnung in der Mitte versehen und dient ausschliesslich dazu, zusammen mit der Feder 3 den Aufnahme raum für Tinte zu bilden.
Am hintern Teil der Deckplatte befinden sich die zwei Bolzen, die sieh als Gelenkachse der Deckplatte in der Stützklammer drehen können, sowie ein Blatt federchen, das durch zwei parallele Ein- sehnitte in der Deckplatte an dieser gebildet ist. Dieses Blattfederchen bewirkt, dass die auf die Feder niedergeklappte Deckplatte<B>9 -</B> an. die Feder gedrückt wird. Durch einen leichten Druck kann die Deckplatte aufge klappt -erden, wobei sie in der zur Feder ver tikalen. Stellung verharrt, wie dies in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist.
Wenn die DeelTlatte 2 aufgeklappt ist, kann die Feder gereinigt werden; für die Reiniaung muss also die Deckplatte nicht ab genommen werden. Nach der Reinigung kann die Deckplatte durch einen leichten Druck wieder in die normale La-e gebracht erden, in der sie an der Feder fest, anliegt, was ein gutes Funktionieren bei der Beschriftung ver- bürgt. Die Feder selbst ist zweckmässig aus einem Metallplättchen hergestellt.
