Description

  Faltschachtel.

Fig. 1 in flach ausgebreitetem Zustand.

Fig. estellt eine zusammellgesetzte Stossfuge dar, und

  Folding box.

Known Faltseliachtein, which are used for packing confectionery goods, have between the parts forming the side walls and Deekblätter these connecting folds that jump into the interior of the box at the four corners of the base. To assemble these boxes one uses a tray similar to the one used by the photographer for developing. However, this shell has re-entrant edges in the corners in order to form the folds between the side parts. As a result of these re-entrant folds, however, several boxes cannot be pushed into one another to save space. This means that a large number of boxes prepared in this way take up a large amount of space for storage.

The present invention is intended to obviate these disadvantages iii. It relates to a folding box with a truncated pyramid-shaped cross-section widened to the top, which is characterized in that the side parts that meet at the butt joints have organs that are bent and interlocking in pairs, in such a way that there are no parts protruding into the interior at the side edges formed thereby.

The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely in
Fig. 1 in a flat spread out state.

Fig. Represents a composite butt joint, and
Figure 3 is a perspective view of an assembled and closed box.

In Fig. 1 and 2, the knee edges are indicated by dashed lines.

On the rectangular bottom 1, sheets 3 are bent on the Sehmal sides 2 as crease edges, which serve to be bent partly as side parts and partly as cover over the contents of the box.

The closing flaps 5 are bent on the long sides 4 of the base 1, also forming knee edges, before they are provided with lugs 6 which serve to close the box 1 over the leaves 3, as can be seen from FIG. The edges 7 and 8 of the sheets 3 and of the closing flaps 5 extending from the corners of the base 1 are straight as far as they correspond to the height of the Sebachtel intended for the content. These edges 7 and 8 are also directed towards the boundary lines 2 and 4 of the base 1 in such a way that when they are joined together they enclose a space that widens upward like a truncated pgram.

At the outer ends of the straight edge pieces 7 on both sides of the leaves 3, strips 9 are bent which have a crease line 10; The end 11 of this strip 9 directed towards the floor 1 is separated from the edge 7 so that it can be bent over. The straight edge pieces 8 on both sides of the closure flaps 5 also have bent tabs 12, the outer ends of which with respect to the base 1 are free from the edges 8. The length of the bend of this lobe 12, i. H. the connection of the same from the corner of the base 1, as great as the distance from this corner to the knee pawl 10 of the strip 9.

There are no parts protruding into the interior at the side edges thus formed.

In order to assemble the box, the free ends 11 of the strips 9 are minkled so that these two parts come to rest on one another. Then these parts between tween the outer end of the tab 12 and the edge 8 are durchgesteclrt and the end 11 is dropped towards the bottom 1. Thus, the connection of two adjacent edges 7 and 8 is completed as side edges, as illustrated in Fig. 2 qst In the same way, the other edges 7 and 8 are joined together, whereby the box is ready for use.

Since the ends 11 of the strips 9 can be bent down until they lie flat against the lower parts of the closure flaps and thereby the connection at the butt joints between the two side parts, consisting of the leaves 3 and the Versehtuliklappen 5, becomes even closer A large number of such assembled, but unsealed boxes can be pushed into one another without any significant Ramub stress, wherein the upper, inserted into the lower box, presses the ends 11 of the lower flat against the sealing flaps 5. There is also no need to use any auxiliary device to assemble the boxes.

PATENT A NSPRIJC: Folding box with a truncated pyramid-shaped cross-section widened to the top, characterized in that the side parts meeting at the butt joints have organs that are bent and interlocking in pairs, such that there are no parts protruding into the interior at the side edges formed thereby.
