Unterhaltungsspiel.

Ein Fin gergriff 26 ist seitlich ausserhalb des linken Endes des Schlitzes 25 an der Wand 2 be festigt, welcher zur Schwenkung des Armes 22 beispielsweise mit dem Daumen der Hand erfasst wird, während der Zeigfinger das ge genüber dem Rand 2 nach aussen hervorste hende Ende des Armes 22 erfasst;
Entertainment game. The subject of this invention is an entertainment game of the kind in which a game plan is on a disc which is arranged below a transparent plate serving to set up game figures, with disc and plate being rotatable relative to one another.
This entertainment game is gekennzeich net by a device for issuing a rotation impulse to the disc carrying the game plan and by means to bring the disc to a standstill after issuing a rotational movement in one or the other of a plurality of predetermined positions, which means two opposing positions Tooth groups with radially directed teeth arranged along a circle, of which one group is rotatable with the disk, while the teeth of both groups are provided with interacting surfaces directed at an angle to the plane of movement of the rotatable group of teeth,
and the two groups of teeth can move away from each other in the direction of the axis of rotation of the rotatable group and approach each other, the whole thing in such a way that when a rotational impulse is applied to the disk, the cooperating inclined surfaces of the groups of teeth cause an axial displacement of one group of teeth and the disk with the rotatable group of teeth can rotate in relation to the other group of teeth until after the kinetic energy inherent in the disc has been consumed, the groups of teeth approach each other and the disc comes to a standstill through mutual engagement of the teeth.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the entertainment game according to the invention is shown, for example.
Fig.1 is a top view of the game. Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of Fig.l.
Fig. 3 is a top plan view of the game with the game board broken away.
Fig. -1 is a detailed view on a larger scale and shows the drive mechanism for imparting a rotary motion to a turntable of the game.
Fig. 5 is a view similar to Fig. 4 and shows the drive mechanism in an inoperative position.
Fig. 6 is a section along the line VI-VI of Fig. 3 on a larger scale. Figure 7 is a top plan view of the forehead; end of a pin on which the plate carrying the game board is rotatably mounted. FIG. 8 is a section along the line VIII-V, III of FIG.
F'ig. 9 is a section in the area of the bearing sleeve of the disc carrying the game board. 10 and 11 show the bearing sleeve and the pin on which the sleeve is mounted while the game board is being rotated or when the game board is stationary. The game shown has a hurried circular base plate 1 with a cylindrical edge 2 on which a transparent cover plate 4 is attached by means of a ring 3.
In the middle of the base plate a vertical Zap fen 5 is attached, the free front end with arranged on a circle, radially gerich ended, inclined teeth 6 is provided (Fig.7 and 8). A sleeve 8, which is provided with external teeth 10, is mounted displaceably and rotatably on the pin 5. The upper end of the sleeve 8 carries a flange 9 to which a washer 12 is attached by means of screws 11. On the disc 12 lies a disc 13 forming the game plan.
A pin 14 located in the axis of rotation of this disk engages the upper end of the sleeve 8 and is also fastened to the disk 12 by means of a flange by the screws 11. The lower front end of the pin 14 is hen with radially directed teeth 15 of the same shape as the opposing teeth 6 of the pin 5 verses.
When the disk 12 is stationary, the teeth 6 and 15 mesh with one another, while when the disk 12 is rotated, the pin 14 is lifted by the cooperating inclined surfaces of the teeth 6 and 15, which are directed at an angle to the plane of movement of the teeth 15, so that the disk 12 in slightly elevated position rotates, the sleeve 8 with the toothing 10 -am is shifted a small amount axially upwards.
The drive mechanism for rotating the disk 12 with the game plan 13 has a gear 16 which meshes with the teeth 10 of the sleeve 8. The wheel 16 is carried by a journal 17 which is slidable transversely ver in slots 18 of a forked, from the base plate 1 carried support bearing 20.
The slots 18 are aligned in such a way that in the position of the journal 17 at one end of the slot, the wheel 16 engages the toothing 10 (Fig. 4), while in the position of the journal 17 at the other end of the slot, the wheel 16 is outside Engagement with the toothing 10 is (Fig. 5). To drive the wheel 16, a toothed segment 21 is provided which is carried by an actuating arm 22 which is pivotable about the axis 23 attached to the plate 1.
The axis 23 lies in the center of the circular arc-shaped toothed segment 21 and laterally with respect to the longitudinal axis of the slots 18, so that the toothed segment 21 can remain in continuous engagement with the gearwheel 16 in both end positions of the journal 17. The actuating arm 22 penetrates through a slot 25 in the wall 2 of the base plate 1. A spring 27 acting on the toothed segment 21 endeavors to keep the arm 22 constantly resting against the right end of the slot 25 in FIG.
A finger grip 26 is laterally outside the left end of the slot 25 on the wall 2 be fastened, which is captured for pivoting the arm 22, for example with the thumb of the hand, while the index finger protrudes from the end of the ge compared to the edge 2 outward Arm 22 captured;
by pressing the two fingers together, the arm 22 is then pivoted against the finger grip 26. Due to the corresponding pivoting movement of the segment 21, the axis 7.7 of the gear 16 is guided against the right end of the slot 18 in Fig. 4, so that the wheel 16 engages the toothing 10, while the wheel 16 is given a rapid rotational movement which is set in rotation via the toothing 10 and the sleeve 8, the disc 12 with the game plan 13 lying thereon.
The pivoting movement of the actuating arm is limited in both directions by the ends of the slot 25, so that the toothed segment 21 cannot disengage from your toothed wheel 16. After a swiveling movement of the lever 22 in the direction of the arrow in Fig. 3, by which the disc 12 is set in rotation, the rotational movement of the disc is maintained for a certain period of time due to its inertia,
and the further rotation of the sleeve 8 finite the toothing 10, the gear 16 is rolled abge on the toothed segment 21 and pushed in the slots 18 backwards and out of engagement with the toothing 10. The mass of the disk 12 is chosen so large that the displacement of the gear wheel 16 with the pin 17 to the left in the slots 18 on the speed of rotation of the disk has hardly any noticeable influence. On the linde of the pivoting movement of the arm 22 for actuating the Zahnseg Mentes 21, the arm is released so that it can pivot back into its rest position under the action of the spring 27.
If it is desired, the actuating arm can be pivoted several times in succession in the drive sense in order to give the disc 12 several drive pulses.
As FIG. 3 shows, the disk 12 has radial arms 29 which have ends 28 bent in a hook-shaped manner. The game board 13 is preferably made of flexible material, such as cardboard, and is brought into position by pushing its edge under the hook-shaped bends 28. This allows the game board to be easily exchanged and differently designed game boards to be used.
The diameter of the central Achszap fens 5 is relatively small in comparison to the rotating mass of the disk 12, and as a result, the teeth 6 of the end face of the pin 5 result in only a slight resistance to the rotational movement of the disk, so that after one or more drive pulses have been issued With the help of the loading arm 22, the disc 12 rotates with your game plan 13 for a certain period of time. When the disc 1.2 comes to a standstill, the teeth 15 of the upper pin 14 engage between the teeth 6 of the pin 5 with a simultaneous slight axial displacement of the sleeve 8 downwards (FIG. 11).
There are so many different, before certain rest positions of the disc 12 possible, please include as teeth 6 or 15 are present; the pins 5 and 14 each have twelve teeth, for example, and the disc 12 and the game board 13 are each stopped in one of twelve different angular positions in relation to the fixed transparent cover plate 4 on which the game figures 30 are placed.
For playing z. B. certain, each assigned to the player game figures 30 placed on the transparent Deekplatte 4 over the game plan in question at interpreted starting positions. The game plans are designed according to the principle that a number of possible positions for the pieces are always on concentric circles, and connections from one circle to the other are provided along which the pieces can be moved. The game board then becomes 13. by actuating the arm 22 in Dre hung while the game pieces remain on the cover plate.
If the game board comes to a standstill, the markings on the game board below the pieces mean the result for the player in question, who can move his game piece accordingly on the cover plate 4 into a new position with respect to the game board.
