Apparatus for setting the teeth of saw blades. The present invention relates to an apparatus for setting the teeth of saw blades, in particular for gates and circular saw blades.
From known devices for Schrän ken of saw blades, the apparatus according to the invention differs by an arranged on a support, the to schrän kenden saw blade serving as an abutment stop plate, further through a guide of the support axially displaceable, transversely to the plane of the stop plate gerich ended Pressure bolt with adjustable stop device to limit the pressure stroke, also by a fixed measuring device for measuring the size of the twist with a button located opposite the pressure bolt above the stop plate, further by a height-adjustable bearing for supporting the saw blade to be crossed by a lever mechanism for the actuation of the pressure bolt, and one opposite the stop plate,
Clamping plate arranged below the pressure bolt and in operative connection with the lever mechanism for clamping the saw blade.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: Fig.1 shows the apparatus in a side view, Fig. 2 is a view of the apparatus in the direction of the arrow II shown in Fig. 1 and Fig.3 one of the Fig.1 corresponding side view of the apparatus with individual parts in a different position.
In the example shown, 1 designates an angle iron base plate intended for attachment to a worktop. A stop plate 2 is detachably fastened to your upright leg of the base plate 1 by means of screws 3. With a 4 with the base plate 1 rigidly connected support denotes net, which carries a Füh approximate eye 5 at the projecting end, in which a Druckbol zen 6 is axially displaceable, which is occupied transversely to the stop plate 2 plane. 7 with an angle lever is referred to, the kür Zerer leg is articulated at 8 on the pressure pin 6, while the axis of rotation 9 of the Win angle lever 7 is articulated by a tab 10 arranged on each side of the support 4 with your support.
A tension spring 11 acting at one end in the angle lever 7 and at the other end in the support 4 is striving to hold the angle lever 7 in the position shown in FIG. The pressure bolt 6 is provided at its end facing the hinge point 8 with a threaded pin 6a on which a threaded nut 12 runs. With a 13 opposite the stop plate 2 below the pressure pin 6 is designated clamping plate.
This is on two in the guide eye 5 of the support hori zontally displaceably mounted bolts, of which in Fig. 1 and 2 only one, 14, he is visible, hung pivotable. A compression spring 16 each strives to hold the clamping plate 13 in the position shown in FIG. 1, lifted from the stop plate 2. With 17 and 18 two articulated links are referred to, one of which, 17, on the longer leg of the angle lever 7 and the other on the guide eye 5 of the support is aasgelenken.
The link 18 is provided at one end with a cam 19 which is intended to interact with the clamping plate 13.
A measuring device 20 is arranged on the right-hand side of the apparatus (in FIGS. 1 and 2) and is firmly connected to the support 4. Ge compared to the pressure pin 6, above the stop plate 2, a button 21 is arranged, which is slidably mounted in the measuring device 20.
22 denotes a vertical guide column protruding downward from the base plate 1 and 23 a support running parallel to the column 22, which is connected to the column 22 at the bottom by a web 24. With a also vertical screw benspindel is referred to, which one end in the web 24 and the other end in the support 4 rotatable and secured against axial displacement ge is superimposed. The screw spindle 25 is equipped at the upper end with a crank 26 and carries a slide 27 by passing through a threaded hole in the latter.
This is guided on the column 22, thus secured against rotation and adjustable in height. A bearing for supporting the saw blade 28 to be set is attached to this carriage. This bearing has a roller 29 which is rotatably mounted in a fork piece 30 of 27 on a bolt.
With 31 (Fug. 2) a piece of a gate saw blade is referred to.
The handling and operation of the apparatus described above is as follows: If, for example, a circular saw blade 28 is to be set, the carriage 27 is first brought into a position remote from the base plate 1 by turning the crank 26, in which the blade 28 over the fork piece 30 pushed onto the roller 29 who can. The slide 27 is then brought into the position shown in the drawing, in which the teeth of the blade protrude above the stop plate 2 by a certain amount.
Now the longer leg of the angle lever 7 is pivoted in the direction of the arrow II shown in FIG. Here, the pressure pin 6 is moved towards the blade 28. At the same time, the links 17 and 18 are pivoted into the position shown in Figure 3, in which the cam 19 presses against the clamping plate 13 and this against the We effect of the coil springs 16 against the stop plate 2 serving as an abutment moves and thereby intermediate saw blade 28 clamped. At the end of the displacement path, the pressure pin 6 pushes against the tooth of the sheet 28 in its path of movement and bends it over the upper edge of the stop plate 2.
Here, the bent tooth hits the button 21, which transmits the displacement path atü the measuring device 20, on wel chem the degree of twist can be read on a scale. By Verstel len the nut 12, the size of the pressure stroke of the pressure pin 6 and there with the degree of entanglement can be regulated by moving the pressure pin 6, the nut 12 abuts the guide eye serving as a stop on the support.
After the interlocking of the tooth opposite the pressure pin, the lever 7 is pivoted back again, where the clamping plate 13 and pressure pin 6 are lifted from the blade 28. The blade 28 is now rotated through a certain angle depending on the type of its toothing. so that the next to be interlaced tooth of the Blat tes lies in front of the pressure pin mi, after which the lever 7 is pivoted again in the direction of arrow A, etc.
In the same way, the teeth of gang saw blades 31 are entangled. These are placed with their backs on the roller 29 and moved horizontally in the apparatus.
