Description

Plancher.

Floor. The object of the present invention is. a floor, characterized in that it comprises reinforced concrete beams in the shape of a double T, the rod of which has a straight section that is narrower in its middle part than at its ends.

The appended drawing represents, by way of examples, two embodiments of the expensive plan forming the subject of the invention.

Fig. 1 is a cross section of the first embodiment.

Fig. 2 is a cross section of the second embodiment.

Fig. 3 is a vertical section through a double T-shaped beam, on an enlarged scale, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of one half of a mold used to prepare the bin of FIG. 3.

The floor shown in fig. 1 com takes a series of joists 10 arranged at a distance of 42 cm from each other. The beams 10 are in the shape of a double T with a lower flange 11 of 18 cm in width and an upper flange 12 of 10 cm in width. The rod connecting the two soles presents, in its middle part, a little closer to the lower sole 11 than to the upper sole 12, a straight section 13-13 of narrowed width. This width can be advantageously chosen around 4.4 cm for any beam height of 10 to 24 cm.

From section 13-13, the rod widens up and down, reaching, for example, 5 cm at section 14-14 to which the lower sole 11 and 6 cm connects to section 15-15 to which the upper flange is connected 12. The reinforcement of the joist, which may vary according to the load, consists of four longitudinal round bars of 4 mm, 16, 17, 18, 19, arranged in the lower sole 11, two longitudinal round bars of 4 mm, 20 and 21 arranged in the upper sole 12, and the usual connecting wires 22 of 2 mm in diameter, the ends of which emerge in a longitudinal groove 23 formed in the center of the upper sole 12.

This groove, for example 3 cm wide and 2.5 cm deep, makes it possible to lighten the joist and serves as an anchoring means for the concrete covering 25 which covers the upper terracotta shelves 24. The lower shelves 26 are also made of terracotta.

The beams 10 can be cast on the job in ordinary concrete or in lightweight concrete, for example slag concrete. For this, molds formed from two lateral sheet metal shells, such as the one shown in FIG. 4.

In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the beams 10 are juxtaposed. The lower 11 and upper 12 soles are of equal width.
