Description

Isolator.

Insulator. The fastening of insulators on their n , base without cement has hitherto been carried out by means of rings, claws, tabs and the like. Fastening with rings ZDU C requires precisely sanded insulators and great care when tightening the screws; e nevertheless, one-sided loading of the very sensitive ceramic insulators cannot be avoided. As a result, the isolators are very often destroyed both during assembly and in operation.

Grinding the holator feet is also a significant increase in price. In this respect, it is better to use multiple claws. However, it requires stud bolts that are firmly screwed into the base, which must be connected to one another by loops or rings in order to avoid discomfort. The lasehas as well as the rings must be executed very precisely if they are to perform their task properly. They often also performed support of the claws on the base requires a larger space.

When using this type of fastening au n kn high voltage insulators very often glow discharges occur on the many edges and tips; -To avoid this, a rounded, smooth shield must be placed over the entire arrangement.

These disadvantages can be avoided by the present invention, which consists in the fact that ring segments are arranged to fasten the insulator on a base, which press the base by means of screws and are held together by an adjustable clamp.

III Fig. 1 is an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in section; FIG. 2 shows a section along the line A-A of FIG. 1

In 1 are the ring segments which are pressed by screws 2 onto the foot 3 of the insulator 4 and against the base 5 < / B> be pulled. In order to avoid bending stresses on the visual hoods 2, the rings, elements 1 are held together by a clamp 7 which can be adjusted by means of the screw 6 . The bracket 7 is fastened by screws 8 to at least two rings 1 , which causes the bracket 7 </ B to slide off > is prevented.

The clamp can also be attached to the ring segments with pins. Another possibility for fastening the clamp 7 is shown in the variant according to FIG. 3. It consists in the ring segments 1 having a groove 9 , which also prevents the Bride 7 from sliding down. In this simple way you can leave unshielded insulators on your base without Kit-Jung, e.g. B. other insulators, fasten conditions, whereby a uniform mechanical loading of the insulator is achieved.

Due to the smooth surface of the ring segments, the electrical field at the fastening point of the insulator is also given a favorable shape, so that no special measures are necessary.
