Description
Fadenbremse. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Fadenbremse für Textilmaschinen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist in beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht des Erfindungsgegenstandes, Fig. 2 die beiden zusammengebauten Ösen träger in Stirnansicht., Fig. 3 einen Osenträger in Ansicht, Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach der Linie IV-IV der Fig. 2, Fig. 5 und 6 einen Fadenführungsstein in Ansicht und im Schnitt.
Die dargestellte Fadenbremse weist zwei vorzugsweise aus elektrolytisch oxydiertem Leichtmetall bestehende Osenträger 1, 2 auf,. welche durch eine Achse 3 gelenkig mitein ander verbunden sind. An jedem der Träger 1, 2 ist eine Mehrzahl von Stegen 4 bzw. 5 fest angebracht. Diese Stege ragen gegenein ander und sind so angeordnet, dass abwech selnd nach einem Steg 4 des Trägers 1 ein Steg 5 des Trägers 2 folgt usw. Jeder der Stege ragt in einen Schlitz 6 des gegenüber liegenden Trägers.
Jn jedem Steg 4 und 5 ist. ein als Öse dienender Führungsstein 8 befestigt, der einen Schlitz 9 zum Einführen des Fadens F aufweist. Die Führungssteine bestehen vor- zugsweise aus synthetischem Saphir von der Härte 9. Dadurch ist selbst bei Verwendung von feinsten und härtesten Garnen eine Ab nützung der Steine praktisch nicht möglich. Die Führungssteine sind in den Stegen 4, 5 gefasst und können nicht herausfallen.
Die Vielzahl der Führungssteine 8 ermöglicht eine äusserst feine Regulierung der Brem sung. Zum Einführen des Fadens werden die beiden Ösenträger 1, 2 geöffnet. Ein zum Beispiel an den Armen 10 angehängtes Ge wicht gestattet, den Faden unter einer zum voraus bestimmbaren konstanten Spannung zu halten.

An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the accompanying drawing. 1 shows a perspective view of the subject matter of the invention, FIG. 2 shows the two assembled eyelet supports in a front view. FIG. 3 shows an eyelet support, FIG. 4 shows a section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 2, FIG. 5 and 6 a thread guide stone in view and in section.
The thread brake shown has two osseous carriers 1, 2, preferably made of electrolytically oxidized light metal. which are articulated mitein other by an axis 3. A plurality of webs 4 and 5 are fixedly attached to each of the carriers 1, 2. These webs protrude against one another and are arranged in such a way that a web 5 of the carrier 2 follows alternately after a web 4 of the carrier 1, etc. Each of the webs protrudes into a slot 6 of the opposite carrier.
There are 4 and 5 in each web. a guide stone 8 which serves as an eyelet and which has a slot 9 for inserting the thread F is attached. The guide stones are preferably made of synthetic sapphire with a hardness of 9. This means that even when using the finest and hardest yarns, wear and tear on the stones is practically impossible. The guide stones are set in the webs 4, 5 and cannot fall out.
The large number of guide blocks 8 enables extremely fine regulation of the braking. To insert the thread, the two eyelet carriers 1, 2 are opened. A weight attached to the arms 10, for example, allows the thread to be kept under a predetermined constant tension.
