Trennschalter in Säulenbauart.
Disconnector in column design. In the construction of Rocha voltage switchgear, efforts have always been made to limit the size of the system as far as possible, both in terms of area and height. It is known: that this goal can only be achieved if busbar disconnectors are available that essentially have the shape of a single column.
In this case it is possible to lay the phases of the busbars and lines with the spacing of the pitch and manage with two levels for the line routing. The construction of an isolating switch. in the form of a column, however, there are great difficulties: the bridging of the isolating distance by an insulator is not permitted.
For fastening the upper contact piece. Rather, two insulators with an intermediate link at ground potential are required on the column. The raising of the earth potential is only possible through a duct located inside the column. In addition, the switching arms must have a distance corresponding to the throw distance from this grounded intermediate piece during their entire movement. Despite the great expense of ISO:
So the desired goal is not achieved in this way.
According to the invention, therefore, a high-voltage emergency disconnector in column design is built in such a way that: the isolating distance bridged by the switching arm in the switched-on state lies in the direction of the axis of the supporting isolator and the fixed mating contact piece on
such as forms part of the disconnector to be attached to the busbar that is permanently installed on its own insulators. Expediently: the switching arm is attached to: the cap .the support insulator ,. Of course, two switch arms can also be used.
In order to constructively develop this inventive idea, it would be obvious to build a push-pull disconnector in which a switching pin guided in the axial direction is the connection to the S:
ehaltstüek on the busbar. In the switched-off state, however, this switching arm would have to disappear in the interior of the susceptor, and its length would have to be considerably greater than that of a post insulator of the relevant series voltage. In the case of the invention:
therefore preferably, pivotable switching arms used, in particular collapsible, which consist of at least two articulated Tei len, the one 'part. a pure rotary movement and the other also performs a pushing movement.
Due to the foldability of the switch arms, you can also take into account the requirement that the arms always maintain the required distance from the neighboring busbar ladders when they move,
then the busbar conductors can be laid approximately at a distance of the single pitch. Furthermore, two switching arms that can be pivoted in opposite directions can be used, which grip the fixed contact piece like pliers.
The contact pressures of the two arms then cancel each other out, so that the busbar remains pressure-relieved. In association of the aforementioned features, the pair of arms can be formed as scissors.
An advantage of the scissors, the use of which is already known for circuit breakers of other types, is that the free lever lengths of the switching arms are considerably shorter than the isolating distance, so that the torque required for a given contact pressure is very low.
The use of two switching arms, possibly approximately or exactly parallel in the switched-on state, also leads to the attracting forces of a short-circuit current increasing the contact pressure and thus counteracting contact separation.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the figures. 1 and 2 shown. Fig. 1 shows the basic, corrosive structure of a vertical switching column. On the drive housing G with the rotation-guided drive shaft W sits a post insulator S. Its cap K carries two cable clamps L for fastening a continuous connection,
which is required for systems with several rail systems. A fixed shaft for the drive -the switching arms A of the scissors P leads through the cap K.
When the pantograph is stretched, the upper pivot point D moves up to the fixed contact piece F, which is encompassed by the extended levers of the switching arms like a zaagen. This so-stroke movement allows
to enclose the fixed contact piece almost on all sides by a spherical or cylindrical protective cap. In Fig. 1 the scissors are also shown in their lower position.
The envelope curve h is the limit of the area that is swept by the switching arms during their movement. As the figure shows, this envelope curve lies entirely outside of one area, the adjacent busbar Sch,
drawn old man with the Sühlag width a as the radius. It is therefore easily possible to fly the two adjacent busbars Sch 1 and Sch at the smallest possible distance from one another.
The switching arms can be driven in the usual way by an actuating isolator next to the supporting isolator. For open-air systems, however, it is also possible, in a manner known per se, to use a high post insulator, while a smooth actuating insulator is raised inside.
So that not only the collecting rails, but also the outgoing lines can be laid with the smallest possible phase spacing, the Leitwugs connections L are located in the movement plane of the switching arms. When the isolating holder is switched off, the switching arms can then be approximately parallel to the lines.
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment for. The fixed contact piece F, which is attached to a tubular busbar Sch. Especially with a rope-shaped conductor, it may be necessary to use the contact piece F:
to be attached to an associated cable carrier. Two adjustable stranded wires V in the contact piece or on the terminal device allow the correct height of the contact piece:
set it after the busbar has been laid. The gontaktstüek F extends in the direction of the busbars! Sch on both sides so far that longitudinal stretching? .of; Pipe does not affect the intervention in the event of temperature fluctuations. The.
Protective cap H he then holds the shape of a half cylinder with Ernd @ en in the form of quarter spheres.
Fig. 3 shows in plan the structure of a switchgear with isolating switches of the type described. The six. Rails Sch of a three-phase double busbar system are held in the usual way by a few support insulators SS (busbars, busbar supports).
The three-pole branch L contains two three-pole busbar disconnectors ST in column design. When the brackets are open, the switching arms A are in the direction of the line L, the actuating shafts W are rotated by approximately 4i5 with respect to the arms A.
To set this angle precisely, the foot mounts of the support insulators F are rotatably mounted on the drive housings G, which can be easily achieved, for example, by means of clamping rings. As FIG. 3 shows, the phases of the busbars and lines can now be attached at a distance corresponding to the pitch a. However, the prerequisite for this is
that the other switching devices in the course of a line L also comply with this: small spacing. In the case of circuit breakers of modern design, this support is generally met, but not in the case of rotary disconnectors. It would be obvious to use the column shape described for the LT line disconnectors as well.
However, this is not practical because there are no busbars for attaching the upper SehaItstizekes =. Preferably, therefore, such a system with line disconnectors will see ver, which have two post insulators and a horizontal separating distance, but Sehaltarm, e with pivoting in a perpendicular th plane.
One can take advantage of the fact that none of them do. connected, earthing at least one side is permitted when the switch is open.
It. Therefore, switches of a known type with a grounding contact can be used as line disconnectors. When they are switched off, a horizontal shaft arm hits downward and bridges one of the two supports.
Then the requirement is also fulfilled that the switching arm moves in the plane of the post insulators and of the line isolator LT .
so with no part of the switch going out of this level. Such a switchgear then contains two types of disconnectors, namely those in columnar form for the busbar connection and those with two insulators and with a ground contact in the train of the line branches.
