Fig. 6).
Wall wall composed of structural elements and method for their manufacture. The present invention relates to a wall composed of structural elements and a method for their produc- tion.
The wall wall is characterized by the fact that the assembled construction elements delimit spaces which are filled with filling compound. The individual elements can preferably have cavities and guides on one another.
The method for producing the wall is characterized by the fact that building elements with guide parts and cavities are used and the components are joined by means of their guide parts in such a way that their cavities correspond to one another and finally the cavities are filled with concrete.
The accompanying drawing illustrates, for example, an embodiment of the wall and Ausführungsbeispkle of used to produce the wall, construction elements.
Fig. 1 shows in side view and Fig. 2 in plan view of an embodiment of a component.
Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment form of a component, in side view, while Fig. 4 shows the plan view and Fig. 5 shows the front view of the Bauelemen th according to FIG.
FIG. 6 shows a wall from above and FIG. 7 shows a section of another wall in side view.
The bricks according to FIGS. 1 and 2 have two plastering, side surfaces 1 and 2 of rectangular shape, between wel chen different cavities are arranged, which all run parallel to the planes of the side walls. The cavity 3 is located in the middle of the brick and forms a channel with a round cross-section going from top to bottom. Furthermore, a cavity 4 and 5 that is continuous from top to bottom, but is open at the side, is also provided. The cavities 3-5 run vertically.
At right angles to the cavities 3-5, two further cavities 6 and 7 are arranged, which run parallel to the longitudinal and i-side edges, that is, horizontally and from them. the cavity 6 is arranged at the top and open at the top and the cavity 7 is open at the bottom and at the bottom.
The laterally open cavities 4, 5, 6 and 7 are designed and arranged so that they form closed, continuous channels when bricking the stones, with the corresponding cavities of the placed or laterally attached components communicate like this, e.g. B. from Fig. 6 for the top to bottom, can be seen through continuous cavities.
The top and bottom horizontal channels or the vertical channels at the ends of the wall can be closed by special, non-fenced.Closure = structural elements.
The components according to FIGS. 1 and 2 are equipped with guide parts in order to be able to assemble them properly in a simple manner and without the aid of special tools and gauges. The guide parts are through external resp.
Forms inner paragraphs 8, 9, 10 and 11 on the ganten ge, whereby the paragraphs of the one component correspond to paragraphs of the neighboring component, and vice versa, so that the elements are guided mutually when they are joined together (see. Fig. 6).
3, 4 and 5, a component is shown which is intended for the formation of wall corners. Except .den the two sides of wall parts 1 and 2, the element also has a wall side 12 adjoining wall part 2 at right angles. In addition, this element also has horizontal cavities 6 and 7 and vertical cavities 4 and 5, but no central cavity 3.
How this element fits into the wall structure can be seen clearly from FIG.
The method for producing the wall by means of the structural elements described can be carried out as follows: The structural elements are joined to one another by means of their guide parts in the manner shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in one, two or more layers depending on the circumstances.
The intercommunicating cavities are then filled with filler concrete, which ensures a solid connection between the individual components.
The process can also be carried out for the production of reinforced walls, in which, after the components have been joined, either in the vertical or in the horizontal,
Continuous cavities iron bars or iron bars are inserted and the remaining spaces are filled with cement. The main advantage of the invention is that
that reinforced or unreinforced concrete walls can be produced in the proposed way without cladding, since the cladding is formed by the structural elements.
