Baukasten. Diesen Baukasten haften je doch Mängel an.
Construction kit. In an effort to create a construction kit that allows a construction method that is as natural as possible, construction kits were produced that contain, for example, scaled-down bricks in normal format proportions and a mortar ride. However, there are defects in this kit.
On the one hand, bricks without holes are too similar to the well-known toy building blocks, and you don't have the feeling that you are building with real building blocks. On the other hand, bricks with perforations cannot be used on edge, i.e. with one broad side facing outwards.
Furthermore, the usual mortar is either a putty that binds the stones insoluble so that they cannot be used a second time, or it is water-soluble, so that the structure must be immersed in water when the stones are removed wants to regain what is uncomfortable, or it is an adhesive that loses so much volume when it dries that the joint corresponding to the mortar joint almost completely disappears, which. no realistic building allowed.
The present invention relates to a construction kit with various building materials, in which bricks of proportionally reduced dimensions compared to the normal format are provided, which have non-continuous recesses on one broad side.
The enclosed 7th calibration relates to an exemplary embodiment of the modular system according to the invention, namely shows: FIG. 1 a plan view of bricks proportionally reduced compared to the normal format, FIG. 2 in a section along the line II-II of FIG.
the Fig.3 to 7 plan views of building stones of different formats.
Fig. 8 shows a building material made from 'corrugation'. Fig. 9 is a section of Fig. 8, transverse to the corrugation of the cardboard.
As aurs Fsg. 1 and 2, the brick 10 has holes 11 on one broad side, which do not go all the way through, so that the other broad side is closed. With regard to the putty to be used, the brick is expediently made of a porous mass so that it can absorb water, for example from plaster of paris.
FIG. 3 shows a building block in normal format proportions, as in FIG. 1, but two groups of five holes each are provided only near its ends. In FIG. 4, a module of 3/4 length of the module according to FIG. 1 is shown and in FIG. 5 a module of 1/4 length with only two holes.
6 and 7 represent building blocks of half the size of that shown in Fig. 1, namely Fig. 6 is half-width with four holes and Fig. 7 is half-length with five holes.
For the construction kit, a cement material made of a dispersion of a fusible organic substance, for example resin, in an aqueous medium, to which an insoluble powdery mass, for example stone powder, is added, is provided. If you cement the bricks with this putty, water is sucked off immediately,
where the putty adheres immediately and, thanks to the powder admixture, no longer loses much of its volume when it hardens in the building, so that the production of putty joints that mimic the mortar joints is possible.
If the stones are to be separated again later, heating is sufficient to soften the putty because the finely distributed organic substances melt.
Another building material of the kit are bows of corrugated cardboard, as shown in, @ Fig. 8 and 9 on the upper half, which can share for example for the production of roof and imitation of brick-covered surfaces can be used. The world box can be colored accordingly.
On the lower half of FIGS. 8 and 9, the corrugations 12 of the world cardboard are at equal intervals at an angle to the corrugations 12 along straight lines: 13 impressed.
With this, world cardboard, a deceptive imitation of a tile-covered roof surface can be produced, since a slight curve is formed on each wave between two furrows 13. The indentations can be made with an angular instrument.
There can of course be building materials in the construction kit for the formation of windows and doors as well as for the representation of gardens from the whole, where- for example for fences, or trees, the bricks with their perforation as a base can serve.
Different colored crepe paper can also be used for recreating gardens and decorating buildings etc.
The world carton can of course also be used for parts other than roof parts.
