So :soll z.

Electric control device for a textile machine. It is often necessary for certain work machines in the textile industry. directly the one treated in the machine. To scan goods by means of a button. So: should z. B. [, cotton cards, combing machines, drafting machines, etc., in which the goods leave the machine as a loose fuse, an electrical contact switches off the drive motor if the fuse breaks for any reason.
In the case of stenter frames and similar machines, the loose length of fabric runs into the machine in an outer-width condition between two endless chains that are provided with clips or needles that hold the fabric. In the part of the machine where the.
When fabric is inserted, the chains are mounted on swiveling arms so that the distance between the chains is gradually increased, and in this way the fabric web is stretched to the normal width before it runs into the drying room., whereupon the chains run parallel. Each arm eats at the insertion end on a screw spindle that is operated by an electric motor via a reversing holder and an insertion guard. becomes.
The insertion guard consists of a contact arrangement which is actuated by means of a button that presses on the material web and automatically means; of the motor sets the arm in such a position that the edge of the fabric web can be grasped by the clips or needles. In all of the cases described above, the pressure that may be exerted on the goods by the sensing organ, the button, is so small that sufficient contact pressure cannot be obtained.
The invention relates to. Now an electrical control device for a textile machine with a button that directly scans the goods being treated in the machine, when electrical contacts are actuated, and is characterized by the fact that between the contacts and the button a rotating with the button permanent magnet is provided, which actuates the contacts when the button is activated.
An embodiment of the invention is described in more detail with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows in FIG. 1 in a perspective view the basic design of the insertion guard. and in Fig. \? the contact arrangement seen from above.
In the case of stenter frames, it is desirable that the possible latitude for the lateral displacement of the product strip is fully utilized, so that the number of resetting impulses is reduced as far as possible. The intensity of actuation of the insertion guards of a clamping frame often rises to about. 100 times an hour or more, which places great demands on the motor and actuator.
This problem is solved in the illustrated embodiment ge by providing between the contacts 11, 12 and the button 3 a rotating with the button, the contacts actuating, permanent magnet 6 is provided. It makes the actuating force of the contacts independent of the force with which the button presses the goods 5 and their insensitivity range, which corresponds to the angle of rotation.
which is written on by the magnet to actuate the contacts can easily be adapted to the latitude of the lateral displacement of the goods bar.
The insertion guard consists of a shaft 1 which is rotatably mounted in a frame 2. That: one end of the shaft carries the button 3, which is pressed by the spring 4 against the edge of the fabric web 5, which is moving in the direction of the arrow Rich. On the other end of the shaft 1 sits a permanent disk magnet 6, the cylindrical outer surface of which has an all-round recess 7. The edges 8 of the disc magnet in this recess 7 form the poles of the magnet. On a certain part of its circumference the disc magnet has a reduced radius.
On the drawing the upper part of the disk magnet has a smaller radius than on the lower part. The transition points where the disc magnet changes from the large to the small radius are denoted by 9, 10.
In the embodiment shown in the drawing, two contact arrangements are arranged on each side of the disk magnet. Each contact arrangement consists of a fixed contact 11 and a movable contact 12 which can be pressed by a spring 13 against the fixed contact. The spring 13 is provided with an armature 14 which is attracted by the disc magnet when the part of the circumference of the disc magnet. the the. has a larger radius, is just in front of the anchor. This opens the contacts 11, 12.
If, on the other hand, the part of the circumference of the disc magnet which has the smaller radius is just in front of the armature, the spring force of the spring 13 dominates, and the contacts 11, 12 are closed.
So that the armature 14 does not come into contact with the disc magnet and prevents it from moving, the armature is provided with a stop, as can be seen in more detail in FIG.
The movable contact is equipped with a contact head 12 and a narrower part 15 which is united with the spring 13. The 7 fixed stop 16 is arranged between the contact head 12 and the spring 13. The narrower part 15 of the contact passes freely through a hole 17 in this stop 16.
When the armature 14 is attracted to the disc magnet 6, is the rear part of the contact head 12? against the stop 16, which is arranged so that an air gap is always formed between the armature 14 and the ganten 8 of the disc magnet.
In the drawing, Fig. 1, the transition points 9, 10 of the disc magnet 5 are just in front of the armature 14. In this position, the contacts 11, 12 of the two contact arrangements are open. Case. the fabric web 5 is not running straight, but shifts to the left by the angle α, the button 3 follows this movement. The shaft 1 and the disc magnet 6 are thereby rotated by the same angle, so that the smaller radius of the magnet comes in front of the armature 14 of the right-hand contact arrangement.
The contacts of this Kontaktanord voltage are closed because the spring force of the spring 13 do miniert in this position. As a result, the drive motor of the regulating device of the fabric web is started in such a direction that the fabric web is moved to the right until the button 3, the shaft 1 and the disc magnet 6 are exactly rotated into their starting position, in which position the armature 14 of the right Contact arrangement is tightened again and their contacts 11,
12 are opened, whereby the regulating arrangement of the fabric is stopped.
