Elastic device for bumper bearings of clockwork mobiles. (? n knows bumper bearings for mobile timepieces, in which a pierced stone is kept centered by an elastic device comprising a turn or portion. of turn originating inside a crown used for fixing the this elastic device, by clamping its periphery between parts of the bearing.
Given the small dimensions of these bearings and the necessary diameter of the pierced stone in which the mobile turns, the. coil is necessarily short and it takes a lot of care to achieve a sufficiently sensitive bumper as is required today.
The object of the present invention is to increase the. sensitivity -d'un elastic device of the aforementioned type without increasing the bulk. To achieve this, we have understood, in the springy parts of this elastic device, at least one segment of which was hitherto the. fixing ring, segment, of less width than the rest of the ring, having complete freedom to follow the movements that the shocks undergoes the part where the mobile is mounted impart to the latter.
The bumper according to the invention is therefore characterized in that its elastic device comprises a flat crown having at least one solution of continuity and formed of at least one part comprising two segments, one of which is used for. the fixing of the device to the bearing body, while the other, of smaller outer diameter, is connected by an arm to the central part in which the pierced stone is mounted, said arms and second segment constituting parts making res out .
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, two embodiments of the elastic device for a bumper bearing according to the invention.
Fig. 1 shows, in diametral section and in elevation, a bearing in which the elastic device is mounted.
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the device alone.
Fig. 3 is a plan of a second embodiment.
In the example of fig. 1 and 2, 10 denotes the. plate of the rooster of a clock movement. The bearing body 11, which at the same time forms a jack for the racket 12, is introduced into an opening of this cock board, the opening of which the center is exactly in the axis of the mobile to be protected 13, the pivot 14 of which passes through a pierced stone 15. This pierced stone is driven into an eye 16 which forms the. end part of the elastic device.
The latter further comprises a flat crown having two segments 17 and 18 and a solution of continuity 19. The segment 17 has a larger outer diameter than the segment 18 and is used alone for fixing the device. This takes place by means of a ring 20, supported by a spring. 21, and through the intermediary of the counter-pivot 22, on the outer edge of the segment 17. The segment 18, which is therefore completely free and spring, is connected by means of an arm 23, of more accentuated curvature than that of the segment 18, with the eye 16 which carries the pierced stone.
It follows from this arrangement that the elastic positive as described and shown will be much more sensitive than it could be in the known constructions and this without the bulk at all. has increased.
In the device according to FIG. 3, there are two solutions of continuity 19, two elastic segments 18 and two attachment segments 17. The segments 18 are connected to the eye 16 by means of arms 24 which have two sinuosities. As in the previous example, the segments 17 are used for fixing the positive device, while the length of the parts 18 increases the elasticity of the whole.
