W armlult tile notes with heating insert. The subject matter of the present invention is a hot air tiled stove with a heating insert into which a smoke extraction element is connected.
This hot-air tiled stove is characterized by the fact that the smoke consists of a Bl.echgehäwse, the interior of which is divided into a central channel and two lateral channels by means of a U-shaped partition wall with downward-facing legs,
The middle channel is connected to a smoke extraction part and the side channels are connected to the smoke extraction part, of which smoke extraction parts the one is connected to: your heating element and the other to your chimney.
In the accompanying drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the object of the invention are illustrated.
1 is a vertical longitudinal section through a tiled stove according to the first form of ventilation.
Fig. 2 is a vertical cross section taken along the line A-B in Fig. 1, and Fil-. 3 is a vertical longitudinal section through a tiled stove according to the second Atisfülirungsform.
The tiled stove according to Fib. 1 and 2 has a new heating element 1 with a filling door and an ash door, .der has a casing la consisting of tiles. The heating insert 1 is connected on its rear side by means of a Rauehrohrstutzens 2 with a Raiichahzubselement. This Rauchab, Zugselement consists of a sheet metal housing 3, the interior of which is divided into a central channel 4 and two lateral channels 5 and 6 by means of a U-shaped partition wall 3a with downward facing legs.
The legs of the partition wall .3a do not extend all the way to .den the bottom of the sheet metal housing 3, whereby between the central channel 4 and. the lateral channels 5 and 6 a connection is established. The above-mentioned smoke pipe socket 2 opens into the upper part of the central channel 4. The two lateral channels 5 and 6 go into a common, the upper part of the housing 3 occupying plenum 3b, from which a smoke exhaust pipe 7 goes off, which in a chimney 9 opens.
In operation, the flue gases escaping through the flue gas nozzle 2 from the heating insert 1 are initially in the downward direction through the central channel; 3 and then in the upward direction through the lateral channels 5 and 6 after the smoke exhaust pipe 7 or after .dem chimney 9 diverted. In the transverse leg part of the partition wall 3a, a flap 11 is provided, which can be operated by a handle 11a through the intermediary of a rod.
When this flap 1 is opened, the exhaust path of the smoke base is shortened in that it reaches the exhaust pipe 7 directly from the Rau.chgasstutzen 2 in the upward direction. This flap is opened when the fire is fired or when the draft is poor. The sheath has la. louvre-like air inlet openings 12 in their lower part and similarly designed air outlet openings 13 in their upper part.
The air enters the space 10 through the openings 12 and is heated both on the heating insert and on the sheet metal housing 3 and. pulls through the openings 13 again.
In this way, there is constant air circulation during operation through the space 10 of the Kaehelofens and thus a warming of the room in which the tiled stove is placed.
The embodiment according to FIG. 3 differs from the tiled stove according to FIGS. 1 and 2 only in that the rough gas connection 2 extends from the top of the heating insert 1 instead of on the rear side thereof.
The main advantages of the kiln shown are that the flue gases do not get directly into the chimney, but are first passed through the descending and ascending puffs of the smoke extraction element, where they transfer their heat to the surrounding air through the sheet metal wall of the smoke extraction element submit.
