Fig. 5 zeigt eine vierte Einrichtung.
Fig. 6 zeigt eine ähnliche Einrichtung wie Fig. 2.
Fig. 7 zeigt eine weitere Einrichtung.
Fig. 4 zeigteineDraufsichtaufeine Entladeeinrichtung ähnlich der in Fig. 1, 2 gezeigten Einrichtung.
Eaken 21 in Fig. 1.
Device for unloading ships.
For loading and unloading of barges or seagoing ships, slewing cranes are mostly used, which, if it is general cargo, grab the loads individually and set them down at the loading point.
Unloading devices with continuous conveyors are often used to reload bulk goods such as coal, grain and the like. B. pneumatic suction or pressure systems, elevators, bucket elevators or chain conveyors demanding in a continuous flow.
Sehiittgut can also be unloaded by cranes, but not continuously, but in individual gripper fillings, which is not economical. In contrast, the facilities with continuous demands that have been used up to now are not set up for reloading piece goods.
Since a sea ship is often loaded with piece goods and bulk goods at the same time, two different devices are required for unloading or reloading, namely a crane system for piece goods and a continuous conveyor system for bulk goods.
The present invention relates to a device for unloading ships, which is set up both for the handling of piece goods and for the transport of bulk goods in a continuous conveying manner.
According to the invention, the device has a crane which has at least one device for the continuous conveyance of bulk goods and a lifting device for piece goods.
The device for the continuous conveyance of bulk material is, for example, a chain conveyor which expediently has a conveying trough made of two articulated conveyor trough sections.
This chain conveyor can be assigned individual feed conveyor units which, when unloading ships, can bring the bulk goods in the ship's hold into the area of the inlet on the conveyor trough of the chain conveyor. These feed conveyor elements can be formed, for example, by chain conveyor elements which operate independently of the chain conveyor and are provided with individual drives. The lifting device for reloading piece goods preferably has a lifting mechanism with load hooks, the rope or chain of which is guided over guide rollers on the conveyor trough of the chain conveyor. The crane can have a horizontally and vertically pivotable boom which carries the conveyor trough of the chain conveyor.
The lifting device for reloading piece goods can also have only one means for fastening individual loads that can be attached to a liftable and pivotable conveyor trough of the chain conveyor.
The drawing shows a schematic representation of some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
1 shows a front view of a device with a crane that can be moved along an unloading quay and has two slewing gear when reloading piece goods.
Figure 2 is a side view of this device and shows the unloading of bulk material from a ship.
Fig. 3 shows a floating unloader for ships.
Fig. 4 is a plan view of a device which is drivable along a pier.
Fig. 5 shows a fourth device.
FIG. 6 shows a device similar to FIG. 2.
Fig. 7 shows another device.
The device shown in Fig. 1 and 2 has an Eran which has a tower 1 which can be moved along an unloading quay and on which two horizontal rotating mechanisms 2 and 3 are arranged. Each slewing mechanism carries a boom 4 or 5, which can be pivoted up and down about a horizontal axis 6 or 7. The two arms each serve as a carrier for a part of the trough of a chain conveyor, for example a Redler conveyor (German patent specification No. 717567).
This trough section 8 of each boom 4 or 5 is connected by means of an articulated bend 9 to a vertically hanging trough section 10 - shown on the left in Fig. 1 only at the boom - which at its lower end contains the receiving mouth 11 intended to be immersed in the bulk cargo wearing.
The trough section 10 is releasably attached to the articulated bend 9 in a manner not shown. Inside the trough, the endless conveyor chain provided with crossbars moves, which automatically grips the bulk material at the receiving mouth submerged in the material and in an uninterrupted flow Conveys trough to the outlet, which is provided at the end of the trough part 8 in the rotating mechanism 2 and 3, respectively. Each trough part 8 or 10 has a conveyor shaft part in which the bulk material is transported, and an idle shaft part in which the idle run of the conveyor chain wanders back to the receiving foot.
In addition to these devices for the continuous conveyance of bulk material, the device has lifting devices for lifting individual loads. In the slewing gear
2 and 3 lifting works with cable drums 12, not shown in detail, are provided. As shown on the right in Fig. 1, a hoist rope 13 leads from the cable drum 12 in the casual 5 below the trough part 8 - it could also be guided next to the trough part 8 in the boom - over a guide roller 14 at the outer end of the boom to a loose Roller 15, which carries a load hook 16, and from this back to the bend 9.
In the same way leads from a cable drum (not shown) in the rotating mechanism 2, a hoisting cable in the boom 4 via a cable arranged on the outside of the joint bend 9
Guide roller 17, the hook 18 carries a load at the end.
The drive for the hoist rope, for the
Conveyor chain, for lifting and lowering the
The boom and for the pivoting movement of the slewing gear can take place from a common drive station arranged in the corresponding slewing gear, or each of the movable elements can be provided with an individual drive. The rear end 19 of the boom 4 or 5 is expediently designed as a counterweight to compensate for the weight of the boom and the getten caller in whole or in part: for raising and lowering the boom, as shown in FIG. 2, an Eetten- train 20.
Another load hook 21 is on one
Receiving mouth 11 of the trough sections 10 attached (in Fig. 1 left). In this case, no cable pull is required to lift individual loads, but the load is reloaded by raising and lowering the boom.
At the load hook 16 and 21 Tragflä surfaces 22 are attached. There could also be nets or others on hooks 16, 18 and 21
Means for lifting piece goods are attached.
The cables attached to the booms for lifting single cells. Most do not require any reinforcement of the construction of the boom, which must be dimensioned to carry the chain conveyor at full load, provided that the load-bearing capacity of the cables is limited accordingly, as can be seen from the following explanation. Of course, if the lifting device is also to lift larger individual loads, the booms can be dimensioned accordingly.
In one embodiment of the device according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the empty weight of the trough section 10 with receiving mouth 11 and associated conveyor chain part is approximately 3200 kg, while at full load, i.e. when the chain conveyor is working with the trough part 10 filled with bulk material, the weight is approximately 4700 kg; the difference between weight at full load and empty weight is 1500 kg. The trough part 8 in the boom weighs about 6000 kg at full load and its empty weight is about 3500 kg. The difference between the weight at full load and the empty weight is therefore 2500 kg. The empty weight of the entire conveyor trough is therefore 4 t less than the weight of the filled trough while the chain conveyor is working.
When reloading piece goods with the load hook 21 (FIG. 1) attached directly to the receiving mouth 11, a single load of around 2.9 t can be lifted without the boom being more heavily stressed than with the full conveying load of the chain conveyor - those.
A lift. of larger individual loads is possible if that at the joint manifold 9lösba. r attached trough section 10 is removed and the part of the conveyor chain 23 protruding towards the articulated bend 9 is suspended, as is shown in FIG. 1 for the boom 5. In this case, the boom is relieved of the weight of the trough part 10 with the associated conveyor chain part and receiving mouth 11, and a weight of about 6.1 t can be lifted on the load hook 16 with the same load on the boom 5 as during the work of the Chain conveyor. In this case, the boom does not need to be moved in order to lift a load suspended from the hook 16, only the hoist rope 13.
A further cable pull 24, which engages the load bearing surface 22, can pull the load lifted up from the hold onto the quay to the side (FIG. I right).
Since the load hook 18 hangs outside the trough section 10, when lifting smaller loads with this hook, the trough section 10 does not need to be released from the articulated bend 9, but it can simply be detached with the help of a rope, as shown in phantom on the left in FIG is to be pulled out of the path of the hook 18 against the tower 1 in order not to hinder the lifting of loads with the hook 18.
The device shown in Fig. 1 and 2 for unloading ships also has Zufhrf¯rderelemente 25 (Fig. 2), the z. B. as in Switzerland. U.S. Patent No. 251563. These feed conveyor elements can be flat or redler conveyors. They work with their own drive motor independently of the crane's chain conveyor and are used to feed the bulk goods from the sides of the ship's hold to the receiving mouth 11 of the crane chain conveyor, which cannot get into the corners and up to the side walls of the hold.
These feed conveyor elements 25 are expediently lowered into the ship's hold with the crane, for example by being attached to the load hook 18 or to the hook 21 on the receiving mouth 11 of the trough part 10, or to other devices not shown on the trough or on the boom specially provided for this purpose. You can remain suspended on the crane during operation, or as shown in Fig. 2, with its end 26 z. B. be tied by means of ropes or chains 28 on the hull, while their receiving mouth 27 in there. The bulk material is immersed along the side walls of the loading space in order to bring the material located there into the area of the receiving mouth 11 of the chain conveyor 8, 9, 10.
They can also be connected one behind the other for the demand of bulk goods from the ship's space independent of the chain conveyor. When the unloading is complete, these feed conveyor elements are pulled out of the loading area again with the aid of the crane. It is expedient to use so many supply conveyor elements per chain conveyor of the crane that the sum of the conveying capacity of the elements is at least half the conveying capacity of the crane chain conveyor, but it can also be greater than the conveying capacity of the last one.
The advantages of the ship unloading device described are:
By combining devices for the continuous conveyance of bulk goods and lifting devices for unloading individual loads, bulk goods and general cargo can be unloaded from a ship with the same lÇran. The unloading work is done faster than before, where first an unloading device for bulk goods and then a crane for unloading bulk goods had to be brought to the ship. By arranging two slewing gears 2 and 3 on a tower 1, for example in the case of a mixed shipload, one slewing gear can be used to unload the bulk goods and at the same time the other slewing gear can be used to unload the pieces.
The waiting periods for ship unloading are thereby shortened. Even if ships with only bulk cargo are to be unloaded, the device described is advantageous in that the devices for lifting individual loads can be used for s introducing feed conveyor elements 25 into the hold, relocating them and lifting them out after the cargo has been unloaded; These feed conveyor elements are indispensable for the rapid and economical unloading of bulk goods from ship holds.
The unloading device shown in FIG. 3 is constructed similarly to the device according to FIGS. 1 and 2, only the crane is designed as a floating crane in that the tower 1 is mounted on a hull 29. The unloading device can thus be brought up to a ship to be unloaded without the ship being tied to a harbor quay. On the tower 1, two slewing gears are again arranged, each having a boom 4 and 5, respectively.
As in the previous example, the booms each carry a conveyor trough of two chain conveyors, each with two trough sections connected by an articulated bend 9. In addition, cables are ge with rollers 15 and load hooks on the booms; 16 arranged for leveling individual loads.
In order to unload bulk material, feed conveyor elements 25 are again provided, which guide the bulk material from the sides of the loading space to the receiving mouth 11 of the conveyor trough part 10. These feed conveyor elements are by means of ropes or chains 28 on; Articulated elbow 9 of the conveyor trough suspended.
FIG. 4 shows a top view of an unloader similar to the one shown in FIGS. The crane can be moved along a pier 30, on both sides of which ships can dock for unloading. The tower 1 again carries two slewing gears 2 and 3, the swivel range of which is approximately 270. Two ships berthing on both sides of the pier 30 can therefore be unloaded without changing the position of the tower 1. The two ships can be unloaded one after the other or at the same time, in that both slewing mechanisms work on the same side of the pier, or the slewing gear 2 operates on one side and the slewing gear 3 operates on the other side of the pier 30.
5 shows a device in which a B: ran boom 31 is pivotable up and down about a horizontal axis 32, which axis is mounted in a frame 33 which can pivot about a vertical axis 34. The frame 33 is supported by a chassis 35 which can be displaced along an unloading quay. But it could also be fixed on the quay. The lifting and lowering of the boom 31 is carried out by a cable pull 36 which carries the outer end of the boom. The device for the continuous conveyance of bulk material again consists of a chain conveyor, e.g. B. a Redler conveyor, with two conveyor trough sections connected to one another by an articulated elbow 9.
There. the outer end of the boom 31 is carried by the cable pull 36, the construction of the boom does not need to be as strong as in the examples according to FIGS. 1 to 3. The boom is formed by the rear section of the conveyor trough itself. The freely hanging trough part 10 with receiving mouth 11 is lowered into the hold of a ship and individual conveying elements 25 lead there, bulk goods from the sides of the loading space into the area of the receiving mouth 11.
The outlet ends of the individual delivery elements are suspended from the articulated bend 9.
To lift individual loads, a load hook 16 is arranged on the outside of the boom 31 on a cable pull (not shown) by means of a loose roller 15. The cable pull is guided on the boom 31 via guide rollers (not shown). For example, the hoist strand of the cable pull could be accommodated in the idle shaft of the conveyor trough, together with the conveyor chain part that runs back empty. The conveyor trough part 1Q can be releasably connected to the articulated elbow 9 so that it can be removed for lifting larger single-cell loads.
The load hook 16 could also be provided on a trolley that can be displaced along the boom 31, so that the boom does not need to be lifted or pivoted even when unloading piece goods in order to move the loads onto the discharge quay.
Instead of the cable pull with load hook 16, means for suspending a load hook could also be provided on the receiving mouth 11, similar to that. Eaken 21 in FIG. 1.
The device according to FIG. 6 has a mobile tower 1 with two slewing gears which carry arms 4 and 5, respectively, similar to the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2. The device for unloading bulk material again consists of two conveyors, e.g. . B. Redlerkettenförder cken with articulated trough parts. For unloading piece goods, cable pulls (not shown) with load hooks 16 are provided in the booms. The ropes can be guided around rollers on the trough sections arranged in the arms.
The device also includes conveying elements 25, 25 ', 25 "of the same type. In the phase of the unloading process shown, these are held one behind the other in order to unload bulk goods from the hull in addition to being conveyed by a redler conveyor of the crane and independently of this Elements 25 are suspended from ship cranes 37 and the outlet 26 of one element conveys material to the inlet 27 of the next element, while the last element 25 ″ calls into a downpipe 38 which guides the material onto a conveyor belt 39.
The goods conveyed through the trough of the redler conveyor are likewise guided onto the conveyor belt 39 through a downpipe 40.
By using the conveying elements 25, 25 ', 25 "next to the redler conveyor in this way, the unloading work proceeds more quickly. When the unloading process has progressed so far that the receiving mouth 11 of the redler conveyor can no longer grasp bulk material, the conveying elements - Elements 25, 25 ', 25 "laid in the cargo area of the ship in order to convey the goods still remaining along the walls and in the corners of the room as feed conveying elements into the area of the receiving mouth 11 of the redler conveyor.
In the device according to FIG. 7, the trough part 8 is e.g. B. a Redlerkettenförderer arranged on a mobile tower 41 about a horizontal axis 42 pivotable up and down, and this axis 42 is carried by a frame 43 which is pivotable about a vertical axis 44 on the tower.
The trough part 8 is connected to the freely hanging trough part 10 via the articulated bend 9. A crane boom 45 is articulated on the frame 43, the other end of which is suspended from the tower 41 by means of a rope 46.
The conveyor trough 8, 9, 10 is suspended by means of a support cable 47 which is guided over a roller 48 of the boom 45. The hoisting rope of a load hook 18 runs over a roller 17 on the joint elbow 9 and is in a manner not shown, for. B. outside the trough 8 or in the idle shaft of the trough to a cable drum, not shown, in the tower 41. Are in the hold of the ship. two feed conveyor elements 25 connected one behind the other and suspended on the hull or on the conveyor trough of the conveyor conveyor in order to bring the bulk material from the parts of the hold inaccessible to the receiving mouth 11 of the trough into the region of the receiving mouth.
To lift piece goods, means for attaching a load hook could also be provided on the receiving jaw 11. There. The bulk goods required from the conveyor trough 8, 9, 10 can be loaded directly into the car through an outlet line 49 or fed to other transport elements.
