Drehbank.
Die Steuerkante 19 wird geschlossen und der Flüssigkeitsdruck im Druckraum 13 steigt an. Der Werkzeug schlitten 3. wird angehoben, bis der Taster 16 .die Schablone 27 \berührt. Die Schablone 27 verschiebt über den Taster 16, .das Steuer organ 15 gegen den Druck,der Feder 1S und öffnet die Steuerkante 19 so weit;
Fig,
Lathe. The present invention relates to an improvement of the lathe according to: the claim of the main patent. The copier work of the lathe according to the patent claim of the main patent is limited to workpieces. Graduations that include an angle of at most G0 against the axis of rotation.
For copying right-angled gradations of a workpiece, an additional patent No. 243! 519 to the same main patent shows an embodiment in which a tool slide is available that can be displaced at an angle to the path of movement of the longitudinal slide, whereby a maximum of 30 'taper angle to the diameter reduction Axis can be copied.
If the right-angled gradations on the workpiece are to be copied in ascending and descending order on the template, the copying work must be carried out in two stages, whereby the tool slide is positioned at an angle to the right during the first longitudinal feed, the ascending gradations are copied and when the longitudinal slide returns, placed obliquely to the left, the, descending gradations reshapes.
In the case of the arrangement of two mutually opposite longitudinal slides, each with a tool slide that can be adjusted at an angle, any right-angled gradation can be copied in the additional patent No. 2,43519 shown. Such a lathe works according to two separate templates.
However, by doubling the longitudinal slide, the tool slide including the hydraulic feed device, a heavy and expensive machine tool is created with a relatively high level of effort, only for the purpose of being able to copy ascending and descending, right-angled gradations in both directions of advance of the longitudinal slide.
In contrast, the lathe according to the present invention requires less constructive effort. The invention makes it possible to achieve the same goal, namely the copying of ascending and descending, rectangular gradations on a workpiece.
It consists in that two tools are connected to the tool slide, which is slidable to the movement cock of the longitudinal slide, which can be delivered in the opposite direction and can be adjusted in this way by means of a hydraulic delivery device that acts in both directions of the tools that the workpiece can be reshaped after two additional templates attached to the machine stand. It can be copied inside or outside.
In special cases, a workpiece that is manufactured as a sample and forms the two templates can be provided, the button being fork-shaped and the upper edge of which scans the upper edge and the lower edge of the lower edge of the Xue-terwerkstüekes serving as a double template .
In the accompanying drawings, some exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown; 1 shows a first design in front view, FIG. 2 shows the same lathe in vertical section according to II-II of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a second design in front view; FIG. 4 shows the lathe of FIG. 3 in a vertical section according to IV-IV -of FIG. 3, FIGS. 5 and 6 each a section through the control device of the hydraulic feed device, FIG. 7 shows a further control device in FIG Front view and FIG. 8 the control device from FIG. 7 in section.
In Figs. 1 and 2 with 1 of the Maschi nenständer, with 2 of the longitudinal slide and with 3, the obliquely to the trajectory of the longitudinal slide referred to slidable tool slide. The tool slide $ - moves in the guide plate 4, which is mounted in the longitudinal slide 2 so that it can pivot about the pivot 5. The longitudinal slide 2 is designed as an oil container in which the pressure pump 6 for the hydraulic infeed treatment is also located.
The pressure line 7 leads to the pivot 5 and .through the same to the section 8 of the pressure line, which opens into the piston 9 for the lifting and lowering movement of the tool slide 3, that is, the piston of the delivery device of the same. From the piston 9, the pressure medium passes into the lower pressure chamber 1! 0 and further through the line 11 to the pressure reducing valve 112.
The latter keeps the pressure in the lower pressure chamber 10 of the piston 9 constant at an adjustable value. During normal operation, the 0'1 flows out of the pressure reducing valve 12: into the upper pressure chamber 1'3 of the piston 9 and at the same time through the line 14 to the control element 15. The control element 15 is actuated by a touch lever 1'6, which is pivotable about the axis 17. The spring 18 presses the control element 15 downwards and thereby seeks to cause the control edge 19 on the control element 15 to close.
A piston 20 with spring 2, 1 and regulating screw 22: is arranged on the side of the feeler lever 16 opposite the control organ. The spring 21 is larger than the spring 18, but can be relieved so much by the regulating screw 22 that only the spring 18 acts.
The tool 23 processes the workpiece 25 according to the template 27; the tool 2-6 works according to the template 24. Both templates are attached to the machine frame. In Fig. 1 and 2, the control device is equipped with a button 16, which has a diamond-shaped cross-section with two cutting edges directed in the feed directions,
which successively scan the two complementary, opposite templates 24 and 27. The mode of operation is as follows: At the beginning of the copying work, the regulating screw 22 is turned back by hand until the spring 21 is completely relieved and only the spring 18 presses on the control element 15,
The control edge 19 is closed and the liquid pressure in the pressure chamber 13 increases. The tool slide 3. is raised until the button 16 touches the template 27 \. The template 27 moves via the button 16,. The control organ 15 against the pressure, the spring 1S and opens the control edge 19 so far;
@that the entire amount of liquid delivered by the pressure pump & can escape through the control unit. As a result, the tool slide 3 is held in its height position according to the template 27. Thereafter, the longitudinal feed of the lathe is switched on whereby the button 16 of the template 2 7 slides along.
The template 2 7 changes the opening at the control edge 19 according to its profile and thereby controls the machining of the workpiece 25. After this first phase, the longitudinal feed is switched off and the hydraulic feed device switched to the second - Mask 24. This changeover takes place by tightening the regulating screw 22 by hand.
The stronger spring 21 outweighs the action of the spring 18 and presses the control member 15 upwards until the control edge 19 opens and the liquid pressure drops. The tool slide 3 lowers until the button 16 touches the template 24, as shown in FIG. The tool 26 is thus advanced and the second phase of the copying work after the template 24 begins when the longitudinal feed is reversed. At the end of the return, the longitudinal advance is switched off and the copying work is ended.
The main difference in the hydraulic delivery is when copying after the template 24 is that the spring 2.1 controls the control element 15 to open, the template 24 controls to close the control edge 19, so the reverse of the first phase, the Ko pierens after the template 27. With the handwheel 28, the control element 15 can be moved with the feeler lever 16 for the purpose of precise adjustment of the two tools 3 and 2, 6 which can be delivered in opposite directions.
By one on the sled. 29 be fixed handle 30 can be arbitrarily influenced by means of a pivot lever 3.1 of the button 16 if an intervention in the copying work is necessary. With 321 the return line of the pressure medium from the control organ 15 and from the pressure reducing valve 12 is referred to. The workpiece is thus shaped in two successive work stages.
Fig. 3 and 4 show a Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention to copy inside. For this purpose, the work tool slide carries a holder that is placed parallel to the axis of the work piece and carries the two work tools, the interior of the work piece being machined according to two complementary templates. The machine stand 40 carries the longitudinally movable slide 41 with the guide plate 57 of the tool slide 43, which is pivotable about a pivot 42.
The hydraulic actuating device here consists of the piston 44 and the pressure reducing valve 45; 46, is the controller. Pressure pump, leads and buttons 47 work in exactly the same way as in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2. The stencils 48 and 49 attached to the machine stand 40 complement each other to form the complete picture of the copy work.
The tool slide 43 carries the steel holder 510 with the two turning tools 5, 1 and 5'2. The workpiece 53 clamped by a. Chuck 54 is. driven by the motor 55: The button 47 can be arbitrarily influenced by a hand lever 56.
1 n Fig. 3 is indicated by dotted lines with arrows how the tools 5, 1 and 5'2 move into the workpiece 5-8 and carry out the machining. Usually when the longitudinal feed to the right of the rotary steel 51 after the template 49, the copy work begins and when the rotary steel 52 returns to the template 48, the work ends. With the steel 51 the two gradations directed to the left and with the steel 52 the graduation directed to the right are generated.
The changeover of the hydraulic adjusting device or the control element from one template to the other can also be accomplished according to FIGS. 5 and 6. The control member 60 is pressed down by the spring 61; On the button 62 but acts a piston 63: with a wesent Lich stronger spring 64 in the opposite sense.
In Fig. 5, the button works according to the template 66; because the effect of the spring 64 outweighs that of the spring 61 and the control element 6,0 pushes upwards until the button 62 runs over the template 66 with the copier process. In order to let the feed device work according to the template 65, the spring 64 must be switched off, which is done by a cam 6-7. Fig,
6 shows the cam 6'7 in an irreversibly pivoted position and the button 62 in contact with the template 65. Of course, another element with the same effect can also be used in place of the cam 67, for example a double lever or a push button.
The infeed direction of the tool slide th of Fig. 1 to 4 can be selected arbitrarily in the intended pivot range; For example, also perpendicular to the axis of rotation:
Day. 7 and 8 show a control device with a fork-shaped button 71 whose upper cutting edge 72, the upper edge 73 and whose lower cutting edge 74 scans the lower edge 75 of one of the two templates forming the sample workpiece 76. The upper spring 7'7 cooperates with the control element 70 when the cutting edge 74 is to copy.
The lower spring 7,8, which can be switched off by the cam '79, works with the piston. 80 on the button 71 and the control element 70 when the upper cutting edge 72 of the button 71 is copied. Fig. 8 shows the cam; 79 in the swiveled-out position, so that the stronger spring 78 outweighs the effect of the upper, weaker spring 77. The copying device according to FIGS. 7 and 8 can of course only be used for sample pieces with a limited diameter, but in such cases it has the advantage that it makes the production of special stencils unnecessary.
The lathe could also be designed as a vertical lathe instead of a horizontal, whereby the longitudinal slide would move in the vertical direction.
