Gemäss der Erfindung besteht die für die Beleuchtung der Vorlage verwendete Lichtquelle aus mindestens drei Einzellieht- qtiellen verschiedener Farbe, wobei Regalier- mittel vorgesehen sind, durch welche die Intensität mindestens, einer dieser Einzel lichtquellen derart regelbar ist, dass durch rhiZ:usa;
#tellten Farbzusammensetzung desselben niriiert werden kann. Hierbei sind die Farbanteil - Reguliermittel zweckmässig so ausgebildet, dass bei der Verstärkung des Farbanteils einer Einzellichtquelle der Farb- witeil mindestens einer andern Einzellicht- citielleentsprechend geschwächt wird, derart, dass die Gesamtintensität des erzeugten Lichtbündels unverändert bleibt. Das Zu- ;
Beleuchtungs ansätzen in den Kasten strahlende farbige Licht einigermassen gebündelt bleibt, sind durch Wände 17, 18 bzw. 19, 20 bzw. 21, 22 gebildete Lichtkanäle eingebaut. Das. von diesen drei Quellen stammende farbige Licht wird durch .eine aus durchlässigen Spiegeln bestehende Reflektions- und Durchlassvor- richtung zu einem einzigen Lichtbündel vereinigt. Beispielsweise wird das a;
Lighting device for the reproduction of colorful color templates. The. The invention relates to a lighting device for the reproduction of multicolored, in particular transparent color originals.
According to the invention, the light source used to illuminate the original consists of at least three individual light sources of different colors, with shelving means being provided through which the intensity of at least one of these individual light sources can be regulated in such a way that rhiZ: usa;
The effect of the individual light sources in the lighting device is suitable to emit either practically white light or a region in which the color component of an individual light source dominates, and that further regulating means are provided to control the overall intensity of the light beam emitted by the 1 lighting device while maintaining the -,
#tellen color composition of the same can be neglected. Here, the color component regulating means are expediently designed so that when the color component of an individual light source is amplified, the color component of at least one other individual light source is weakened accordingly, so that the overall intensity of the light beam generated remains unchanged. The Zu-;
The action of the individual light sources can be effected by partially transparent mirrors arranged in the beam path of these light sources.
Two exemplary embodiments of the lighting device according to the invention are shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a plan view, partially in section, the first approximately Ausfüh suitable for inclusion through visible color templates.
F'ig. 2 shows the second embodiment suitable for accepting opaque color originals in a corresponding representation, and FIG. 3 shows the electrical circuit arrangement for regulating the intensity. the individual light sources of the lighting device on the one hand and to vary the intensity of the generated light beam on the other hand.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, an opaque box 1 is provided with several lateral openings. At three of these openings is each: a lighting approach 2, 3, 4 grown. These lighting approaches have a reflection wall 5 or 6 or 7, which diffusely reflect the light originating from the incandescent lamps 8, 9 or 10, 11 or 12, 13. The three lighting approaches 2, 3, 4 are with color filters 14 b: zw. 15 or 16 covered so that only that of these filters let through colored light. gets into box 1. So that from the.
Lighting approaches in the box bright colored light remains to some extent bundled, light channels formed by walls 17, 18 or 19, 20 or 21, 22 are built in. The. Colored light coming from these three sources is combined into a single light bundle by means of a reflection and transmission device consisting of transparent mirrors. For example, the a;
Colored bundles of light emerging from the lighting attachment 2, which is indicated by the dash-dotted line 23, are partially reflected by the partially transparent mirror 24.
The colored bundle emerging from the lighting attachment 4 is partially reflected by the mirror 25, which is also partially reflective, while the light bundle originating from the lighting attachment 3 is partially passed through the mirrors 25 and 24 and is reflected in the beam path indicated by the dash-dotted line 26 the one from the other two lighting approaches. coming colored light bundles combined.
The already mentioned color filters 14, 15, 16 are red, blue or green, corresponding to the color filters that are used in color cameras for the simultaneous acquisition of three color separations. The reflectivity of the mirror 24 and 25 is one third. The intensity of the light sources of the lighting approaches 2, 3 and 4 is selected so that the light bundle 26 composed of these three partial colors results in an almost white light. If a colorful template illuminated with this light beam, e.g.
B. a color film recording, with a camera aufgenom men, which simultaneously supplies the three partial negatives for the color separations, a correct color extract is obtained with error-free color images. But if the original color to be recorded has become color cast due to incorrect exposure or incorrect development, z. B. Blausticlh with underexposure or too short-term development, this color recording can be improved by going back with the intensity of the blue light and, if necessary, increasing the intensity of the red light. In principle, the effect is as if the negative of the.
Blue filter (yellow plate) would be exposed for a shorter time than the other two color negatives. As a result, these two color negatives are exposed correspondingly more strongly and the first (blue) color negative is correspondingly weaker. As can be seen from this example, incorrect color values of the original to be recorded can be corrected within certain limits.
A pivotable mirror 29 is arranged in the beam path? 6, through which the light from the lighting device is totally reflected onto the opening equipped with a viewing arrangement? 8. On this viewing arrangement there is a plate holder 27, which is formed so that the color image to be viewed can be clamped in it.
If a color separation is to be obtained from a color recording, this recording means - the viewing arrangement 28 - is checked and, if necessary, an existing color cast is compensated for by weakening the intensity of one or the other color component. The mirror 29 is then removed from the beam path 26 by pivoting in the direction of the arrow, it being possible for the mirror to be designed such that the opening to the image viewing arrangement is closed here at the same time.
After the color image has been removed from the viewing arrangement and inserted into the image holder 30 of the lighting device, the color separations are reproduced with the indicated camera 3-1, either in a single operation or, if the camera is not suitable for the simultaneous t recording of all three color separations, due to three consecutive recordings with the corresponding color filter and plate material.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2: the colored original 32 to be recorded, which in this case is opaque, is illuminated by the light coming from the lighting boxes 35, 96, falling on the two reflection walls 33, 34. These two boxes correspond to the lighting box explained in FIG. 1, only that the exposure arrangement is missing in these two boxes.
Of course, the arrangement can be made such that the light emanating from the two lighting boxes 35, 36 can be directed directly onto the colored original to be recorded. Furthermore, the arrangement can be such that the illumination of the original takes place in accordance with FIG. 1 by means of only one single box, as it is also possible to use more than two boxes for this purpose.
The control arrangement for the change @l <@r intensity of the individual lighting etn.siit.zca is shown in FIG. 3, a group of five incandescent lamps being provided for each lighting system.
So that the I3- @tracliter does not overexert its eyes due to excessive dazzling, a switching device is attached to the lighting system, which opens the three interconnected contacts 37, 38, 39. or close. When looking at the original image, these contacts are opened and (as a result, only some of the lamps in a lighting attachment are left in place.
Since the arrangement is made such that the same number of lamps are switched on or off in each lighting approach, the resulting color composition of the light obtained is independent of this.
In order, as already mentioned, to regulate the intensity of the individual lighting approaches in such a way that in the normal position, i. H. without preferring a certain color component, the combined light. is almost white, the intensity of the individual lighting approaches can be adjusted individually by the resistors 40, 41, 42. As a rule, this regulation only has to be carried out once, i.e. 1i. during the commissioning of the facility.
If one or the other color and thus the brightness of one or the other lighting approach is to be increased or decreased, the voltage for one weighting approach can be increased by adjusting the sliding contact 43 of the autotransformer 44 and for the other lllightly approaches are degraded.
For example, the voltage for the lighting fixture with the blue filter and thus the intensity of the blue component can be reduced, while at the same time the voltage in the two lighting fixtures for the red and the green light inevitably increases and thus the red as well as the green Light becomes more intense. In the power supply line of the incandescent lamps supplying the green color component, a changeover switch 45 is arranged through which these incandescent lamps can be switched over to the side of the higher or lower voltage and accordingly their intensity can be regulated.
The supply voltage is fed to the regulating transformer 46. With this regulating transformer, the total voltage supplied to the lighting device can be varied within certain limits. This is necessary in order to make it possible to obtain a soft or a hard color separation depending on the quality of the original to be recorded. For example, with very intense light and short exposure times, hard negatives are obtained, while conversely, with weak lighting and long exposure times, soft negatives are obtained.
With the rule arrangement shown in Fig. 3 you can get hard, medium or soft Ne negative from one and dersel ben template. without that it would be necessary for this to change the color correction once found to be optimally favorable by correcting the color component of the three partial colors for a color original.
The lighting device can also be designed in such a way that the control arrangement reduces the intensity of only one single light source, e.g. B. the light source with the blue filter is adjustable.
