Description

Additional patent to the main patent% No. 2,44927. Arrangement with a potential-controlled point of the exit of electrical conductor structures from the insulating compound by capacitor coatings. The main patent relates to an arrangement with. through capacitor coatings point of the exit of electrical conductor structures from the insulating mass which is concentric with the latter and at least one further conductor structure with a different potential,

In which arrangement the inner edges of the coverings facing away from the exit point in the insulating compound all end in a plane which is perpendicular to the axis of the conductor structure.

In the case of cables, for example, it has now been shown that it is difficult to achieve that the edges of the capacitor layers embedded in the insulating compound have the same potential as the insulation surrounding them in order to discharge the desired field concentration at the edges and edges to prevent dung. This could be achieved if the capacitor plates are all of the same length.

However, since the control of the air space potential at the outlet end of the: conductor from the jacket requires a certain gradation of the length of the capacitor layers between the conductor and the earthed jacket, the result is that the layer next to the conductor has a large capacity and a smaller voltage component received as; the insulation surrounding its edge, so that Randwir effects are not avoided.

A reduction of this error could be achieved by making the capacitor coatings very long in relation to the length of the taper at the cable end, which, however, leads to expensive and space-consuming cable terminations and is therefore uneconomical.

The subject of the invention is an improvement of the arrangement according to the main patent, in which the described shortcomings can be remedied in that the inner edges of the capacitor linings, which end in a plane approximately perpendicular to the conductors, are relocated to locations in the insulating compound whose potential corresponds to The potential of the coverings.

In the drawing, a cable end connection is shown schematically in longitudinal section as an embodiment of the invention.

With a is again the high voltage leading teacher, with b the earthed jacket and with c the insulating compound. The nenden metal coverings d surround the conductor concentrically at intervals to control the potential of the air space at the end of the conductor from the insulation. They are graded in length towards the end of the conductor and see ver at their ends with thickenings that are completely covered with insulating compound.

The inner edges of the capacitor linings that end in the insulating compound in the plane h-h are laid at locations in the insulating compound whose potential corresponds to the potential of the linings.
