A winding device for the fishing line intended to be attached to a fishing rod.
The invention relates to a winding device for the fishing line intended for fastening to a fishing rod, which has a winding body that moves axially back and forth when it is driven and a circular guide for the line.
According to the invention, the rocker is attached to one end of a round rod lying in its axis, which is guided displaceably in a connecting piece fixed with respect to the organs intended for attaching the device to the fishing rod and also has a bent arm at the end opposite the rocker ent , which on the one hand engages with a disk-shaped rotatable control member which causes the rocking body to move back and forth and on the other hand is guided in a slot in a plate attached to the said connecting piece
This enables a relatively simple construction of the drive of the winding device.
Appropriately, on opposite sides of the connecting piece, two supporting arms made of sheet metal which are transverse to the winding body axis and have angled legs at the ends near opposite directions, which are intended for fastening the winding device to the fishing rod.
This enables an expedient attachment of the winding device to the fishing rod with particularly simple means.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a cut in the plane of the axis of the winding body and the axis of a hand crank.
FIG. 2 is a section at right angles to FIG. 1, with the omission of a cover cap.
Figure 3 is a top view of the device.
At one end of the axis 1, the pot-like part 3 is fastened by means of a nut 2, which together with two disks 4 and 5 which are fastened to it and have flanged edges represents the winding body. During the axial back and forth movement of the winding body, the disk 5 together with the part 3 is periodically sunk into the cup-shaped member 6. On an edge attachment 7, the organ 6 carries the guide 8 for the fishing line A, which is provided with a circumferential groove. The pot 6, which is firmly connected to a sleeve 9, is rotatably mounted on a sleeve 10 which also serves to support the axis I. .
With 11 interspersed by the axis 1 square connector is referred to, with which on two ge opposite stop surfaces, the two support arms made of sheet metal 12, z. B. by rivets, are firmly connected. At the ends, the support arms have legs 13 which are angled in the opposite direction.
Shortly before the point where the end legs 13 bend, the two support arms 12 are firmly connected to one another by an intermediate piece 14. The bearing bush 10 sits with a corresponding end flange on the one support arm 12 and is firmly united with it and with the connecting piece 11, whereby a support frame is formed.
The sleeve 9 is provided at the end facing the pot 6 with an outer toothed ring 15, with which a toothed ring 16 of a disk 17 is in engagement; This disk 17 has on its side facing the axis 1 an eccentrically arranged circular guide groove 18 with which the right-angled cranked arm 1 'provided at the corresponding end of the axis 1 is in engagement. This arm 1 'is somewhat thinned in relation to the axis 1, with which it forms a single piece, and represents the control arm for the axial back and forth movement of the axis 1.
The drive and lifting disk 17 is mounted on an axle bolt 21 by means of a central hub 19 which carries a hand crank 20. The axle bolt 21 is screwed into the connecting piece 11 by means of a tapered threaded pin. With the help of the shoulder at the transition of the aforementioned threaded pin into the smooth shaft of the axle bolt 21, this stop is located on a plate 2'2 with a straight guide slot 22 'resting on the connecting piece 11 and fixed, through which the aforementioned control arm 1' passes.
According to FIG. 2, the plate 22 has two bent edges 22 ″ which grip over two opposing side surfaces of the connecting piece 11, whereby the plate 22 is simply positioned correctly on the connecting piece 11 in relation to the guide track (22 ') for the The winding body axis 1. 23 is an intermediate disk arranged between the guide plate 22 and the drive and sub-base 17, which is pushed onto the axle bolt 21. Opposite the axle bolt 21, which is at right angles to the axle 1, is a screw 24 arranged coaxially with it the connector 11 inserted.
This screw 24 is used to hold the cover cap 25, which with its free edge engages over the toothed edge of the drive and insert disk 17; This Deek cap 25, which has been omitted in FIG. 2, has two slots for the two support arms 12 to pass through, as well as a cutout in the area of the toothed gear 15, 16.
By correspondingly turning the hand crank 20, the pot 6 is rotated in one sense or the other via the toothed gear 16, 15, the thread guide 8 performing a circular movement around the winding body 3-5. On the other hand, as a result of the interaction of the control arm 1 'of the winding body axis 1 with the guide groove 18 present on the drive and lifting disk 17, an axial to-and-fro movement of the winding body 3-5 is brought about; as a result of the control arm 1 'being guided in the slot 22' of the guide plate 22, the winding body axis 1 is prevented from rotating.
The fishing rod A is wound onto the winding body 3-5 in accordance with the axial movement of the winding body 3-5. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the winding body 3-5 is shown axially in its outermost position with respect to the cup disk 6.
The winding device described can be inserted for the purpose of fastening with one of the legs 13 he mentioned in a receiving part fixed to the fishing rod, while a sliding sleeve of the fishing rod can be pushed over the other end leg 13.
From the above explanations it can be seen without further ado that. the winding device z. B. can be easily disassembled down to the frame mentioned for control purposes; accordingly, the assembly of the winding device is also easy. The use of a connecting piece (11) of the type described and of a pair of supporting arms (12) is particularly advantageous in terms of manufacturing technology.
