Description
Toilet flushing device. The present invention is a glo- setts flushing device. The figures of the accompanying drawing show an exemplary embodiment of the invention. 1 and 3 show the elevation and a side view, FIG. 2 the plan view.
The cistern 1 half a water inlet controlled by a float, which is not shown. A water drainage connection 2, which has a valve seat 3, is screwed to the bottom of the cistern under a housing 11 open at the bottom with a nut 4. The valve plate 5 is attached to the overflow pipe 7 by means of nuts 6,
which by means of the train 15 can be sucked up for rinsing. The webs 17 on the overflow pipe 7 lead this to the pipe 8, which clip in the drain 2 is attached by means of webs 18.
A bell 10 is connected to the overflow pipe 7 Fese and acts in the housing 11 as a float. The housing 11 is screwed with ears 12 to the drain port 2 and can be removed after loosening the screws 9.
The housing 11 has a raised edge at the top, which forms a trough 13, the upper edge 211 of which is conveniently about 110 mm above the flushing chamber:
stenboden is. In the middle a circular hole 14 is provided for the passage of the overflow pipe 7, which is slightly larger than the overflow pipe 7, so that it can be easily lifted by means of the pull 15. The bell 10 and the valve plate 5 are raised with the overflow pipe 7.
The water outside of the housing 11 flows to the valve seat 3. The float bell 10, which floats as a result of the trapped air, only loses its position. Auftirieb, when the flush kwten has emptied itself to the level 19 lower edge of the housing 11 and air from below into the.
Housing 11 penetrates. Then it falls: Ülerlaufrohr 7 with the valve plate 5 on the valve seat 3. This closes the drain port.
If, when emptying the cistern, the water level has dropped to the level 21 of the upper gante of the tub 13, the tub 13 retains water and this prevents air from entering the room 16 in the housing 11 during further emptying, so
that the float bell 10 floats in the water at the water level 19 until the cistern is emptied and the valve does not close prematurely. Meanwhile, water flows out: the tub 13 through the gap between the overflow pipe 7 and the hole 19. When refilling. of the cistern, the air in space 16 escapes through this gap.
