Beim Ansprechen: des Relais C wird das Relais Y in, folgendem Strom kreis erregt: +Pol der Batterie, Kontakte Ild; 12e, 13e;
Circuit arrangement for connecting several receivers to amplifier devices in telecommunications systems. The invention relates to telecommunication systems, in particular electroacoustic transmission systems, and relates to a circuit arrangement for connecting a plurality of receivers to amplifier devices in such telecommunication systems.
In such systems, the operator who interconnects the receiver with the amplifiers must ensure that the power consumption of the receiver to be switched does not exceed the output of the amplifier being used, otherwise usable reception is not guaranteed. If there are receivers with different amounts of consumption, particularly high demands are made on the attentiveness of the operator.
If a large number of receivers are to be switched to one or more free amplifiers, this is conveniently done via voters with free choice. A control of the number of connected receivers with the same or different power consumption is still very difficult and can no longer be carried out at all with remote control of the voters.
The object of the invention is to eliminate all these difficulties and to completely remove the number of receivers that can be connected according to the amplifier power from the control of an operator, which is achieved in that switching means are assigned to the amplifier devices,
which are influenced in different ways depending on the power consumption of the receiver to be connected and automatically lock the amplifier against further occupancy after connecting a number of consumers corresponding to its power.
An embodiment of the invention is shown on the accompanying drawings Darge. It is assumed here that the large number of receivers L1, L2 etc. are connected to a respective free amplifier via selectors with free choice -W1, W2 etc.
The identification of the receiver to be switched on is done from a control station by pressing a button assigned to each receiver. The selected amplifier may, on the other hand, be connected via a search selector 8 to a transmission line (IL marked by the operator, to which a transmitter station (recording microphone, radio receiver, record player or the like) is connected.
For the purpose of describing the exemplary embodiment, it is assumed that speakers with a consumption of 25 and 75 watts are provided as receivers. The stronger Ver may have an output power of 75 watts. In order to achieve a usable reception volume in the loudspeakers, three small loudspeakers with 25 watts each can be connected to an amplifier. a large loudspeaker with 75 watts can be connected.
If the loudspeaker L1, which has a power of 25 watts, is to be connected to a free amplifier as the first, the operator presses the switch button ATl. As a result, the relay Anl of the selector WI assigned to the loudspeaker Ll is switched on via the contact lql. At the same time, another contact on the ATl button activates relay 0 at the operator station.
When the relay Anl responds, the following circuit is established: -Pol of the battery, winding of the drive magnet MW1, contacts 2an1, 3k, interrupter U, --Pol of the battery.
The magnet 1'11W1 switches under the action of the interrupter U the switching arms wal, wbl, wcl, wdl so long step by step until the switching arm wcl the connection contact of a free amplifier, z. B.
of that shown in the drawing, labeled Yst. The following circuit is closed: + pole of the battery, windings I and II of the test relay K am- the operator station, contacts 4anl, 5q1, switch arm wcl, assignment wire c, which is common to all selectors W1, - W2 etc. Contact 6f, winding of relay C, contacts 7d, g, 8f, -Pol- of the battery.
In this circuit, only the relay K is initially excited. It opens the drive circuit for the magnet MW1 by interrupting its contact 3k, whereby the selector W1 is shut down, and switches on the relay ss at the operator station via its contact 9k,
which at the contact 10b a short circuit for the winding II of the relay .K produces so that the current for the relay C is increased, which now also attracts its armature.
When responding: the relay C, the relay Y is excited in the following circuit: + pole of the battery, contacts Ild; 12e, 13e;
14h, winding of relay 1Y, -pole of the battery. The relay G common to all amplifiers is actuated via contacts 30f, 29e, 161a, 33e and opens its contacts g in the occupancy circuits of all amplifiers, which triggers the effects described below.
The relay Y switches on the slowly responding relay H via its contact 15v, which when its armature is actuated after a certain time on contact 16h removes the short circuit via winding I of relay E and short-circuits winding I of relay D for 31h. Relay E, however, cannot respond via the high-resistance winding of relay G.
At the operator's station, when relay B was actuated, contact 17b was opened, thus switching off relay 0. During the fall time of relay 0, there is now a short circuit for the high-resistance winding of the blocking relay G via contacts 27b and 28o, but this remains ineffective at this point because relay H has not yet responded and thus relays E and D still are short-circuited. When relay 0 drops out, a circuit for winding I of through-switch relay Q1 continues via contact 18o and runs via contacts 19anl and 20b.
Relay Q1 interrupts the circuit for test relay K at contact 5q1 and that of relay Anl at contact 1q1 and applies its holding winding II to the occupancy circuit of amplifier Yst "via contact 21q1. By closing the contacts 55q1 and 56q1 become the wires leading to loudspeaker L1 to the switching arms wal and wbl and thus to the output side of the amplifier
Yst switched through. By opening its contact 9k, relay K interrupts the circuit for relay B, which switches off winding I of relay Q1 at contact 20b.
In the circuits associated with the amplifier Vst, the relay Y is switched off when the armature is moved by the relay H on contact 141a, and relay P is switched off a short time later when the contact 25v opens. A circuit for the drive magnet MS of the selector S is now established via the contacts 22f, 28c and 24p.
The magnet 318 switches on the arms sa, sb, se one step further and via its contact ms the relay Y again, which at the contact 25v the winding I of relay P excited.
The latter interrupts the previously described circuit for 1VIS by opening contact 24p, so that this magnet drops out and switches off the relays P and Y again at its contact ms. Relay Y is designed as a delayed releasing relay and therefore keeps its armature attracted in the event of a brief interruption in its circuit.
Relay P drops out, however, and by closing its contact 24p it re-establishes the circuit for the magnet N S . These processes are repeated until the switching arm se of the selector S comes up against the contact marked by the key .T.
In this case, the following holding circuit is established for the relay P: + Po-1 of the battery, button T, switch arm sc, contact 26p, winding II of the relay P, -Pol of the battery. The relay P therefore remains addressed and keeps the drive circuit at contact 24p open, so that the selector S remains on the transmission line ÜL connected to the desired transmitter.
It is now assumed that another small loudspeaker with a consumption of 25 watts is to be connected to the amplifier device. When pressing the key assigned to this receiver, z. B. A7.3, the key ATl is automatically triggered and the. marked by the key AT3, not shown presented selector W, which is switched exactly like the selector WI, started.
It also adjusts to the amplifier device Vst, since the occupancy wire c of the other Ver are more strongly interrupted by the open contact g.
The test circuit now runs from + pole of the battery via the common test relay K, contacts of the relays Anl and Q1 corresponding relays and switching arm wc of the free selector, c-wire, contact 6f, winding of relay C, contacts 42e, 41p to the -pole of the battery.
That relay g switches on relay B again via its contact 9k, and this breaks the circuit. of the relay 0, which drops out with a slight delay. Due to the short-circuit of the high-resistance winding of relay G via contacts 27b and 28c during the release time of this relay, the current for winding I of relay E is amplified in such a way that that it can attract its anchor.
It closes a holding circuit for its winding II via contacts 11d, 12c and 32e and opens the contact 88e bridging the winding I of relay D. However, this relay cannot yet respond because its winding I is currently still short-circuited via contact 31h. By opening contact 13e, the circuit for (las relay H was interrupted at the same time, so that it drops out and the short circuit for winding I of relay D is canceled at contact 31h.
The latter relay cannot speak to, however, since contact 28o has now been opened. At contact 35e, a load resistor W21 from the bridge to the output terminals of the amplifier Yst is switched off and the output power is thus adapted to the consumption of the two connected receivers.
If another loudspeaker with a power consumption of 25 watts is connected to the used amplifier Yst, the same processes occur. When relay B responds, during the release time of relay 0, the negative pole of the battery is applied to the circuit for winding I of relay D via contacts 27b and 28o, the short circuit of which is currently canceled by opening contacts 33e and 81h. Relay D therefore responds and closes a holding circuit for its winding II via contact 36d,
Allocation wire d and switching arm wdl of selector W1 and the other switch-on selector W on the same contact. At the same time, relay C is short-circuited via contact 37d. It drops out after a short delay and interrupts the circuit for the blocking relay G at its contact 29c.
At the same time, the last load resistor Wi2 from the bridge to the output terminals of the amplifier Yst is switched off by opening the contact 38d. Relay Q1 of selector W1 and the corresponding relays of the other switch-on selectors remain energized in the following circuit:
+ Pole of the battery, winding III of relay Q1, contact 39q1, switch arm wdl, winding II of relay D, contacts 36d and 40e connected in parallel, contact 41p, - pole of the battery. The connection of further receivers with low consumption to the amplifier Yst is prevented by the disconnection of the test circuit for the relay E at the contacts 7d and 42c.
Since the relay G has dropped out and the contacts g of all amplifiers are now open, such a receiver would be switched to another free amplifier whose search selector 'S' would be set to the same transmission line fTL identified by the key T and so that the same program would be switched on.
If all receivers in question for the performance are connected together via amplifiers, the operator presses the switch-through key DT, with the help of which the contacts 43p switch on the relays F of all amplifiers used for the program.
Relay F interrupts at its contact 6 f the circuits for the common test relay K running over the assignment wire c and switches the circuit of the relay C via the contact 44f and the resistor Wi3 to the assignment wire d.
The relay F establishes a holding circuit for itself via the contact 45f and switches the connecting wires from the transmission line ÜL via the switching arms sa via its contacts 46f and 47f and sb the selector S 'through to the amplifiers Yst.
If a loudspeaker L2 with a consumption of 75 watts is to be connected to the same program, the operator presses the AT2 key, which again triggers a key that was still pressed on another receiver. This causes relay An2 of switch-on selector W2 assigned to loudspeaker L2 to respond via contact 48q2.
Check the switch-on selector of the loudspeakers with high consumption. via the switch & rm wd2 to the occupancy wire d of the amplifier, while the loudspeakers with 25 watt consumption occupy the amplifier via the switch arm ivcl and wire c. This makes it easy to differentiate between recipients of different consumption.
The relay An2-closes an interrupt circuit for the drive magnet MW2 of the selector W2 via its contact 49an2 and prepares the circuits for the relays K and Q2 via the contacts 50an2 and 5lan2.
If the switching arm wd2 reaches the already occupied access to the amplifier TVst via the switching arm wdl of the selector WI, then the common test relay K is addressed, as long as the relay D has not yet responded, by keeping the contact 40e open and if so Relay D should have already addressed, prevented by reducing the test potential at the contact of the switching arm wd2 due to the small resistance of the winding III of relay Q1.
The selector W2 continues to run and occupies another free amplifier. It should also be noted that the power buttons, such. B. AT2, only have one contact for high performance receivers and therefore the relay 0 is not switched on. This prevents the contact 28o from closing and the identification of the connection of a low-power receiver.
If the selector W2 has found a free amplifier, the relay K and the relay D assigned to this amplifier respond.
Relay K switches on relay ss again and thus via contacts 18o and 20b the winding 1 of relay Q2, which interrupts the circuit for relay K by opening its contact 52q2 and one by closing its contact 53q2 Establishes holding circuit for winding II of relay Q2.
In the occupied amplifier, when relay D responds, relay Y is switched on via contact 60d and relays P and H are switched on by this. The remaining amplifiers are not blocked because the common relay G is not switched on.
Occupancy of the amplifier in use is prevented by opening the contact 7d for 25-watt loudspeakers and by reducing the test potential on the occupancy wire d for 75-watt loudspeakers. As soon as the relay H has responded, relays V and P are switched off, so that the drive magnet MS of the search selector S is excited via the contacts 22f, 541z and 24p .
The other processes take place in the manner described above. At contact 38d the load resistors Wil and Wi2 are switched off from the bridge to the output terminals of the amplifier. The above description thus shows that the connection of a number of receivers corresponding to the maximum output of the amplifier device used is regulated completely automatically.
If an amplifier has an output power of 75 watts, a maximum of three consumers of 25 watts can be connected to it. However, even when a single consumer of 25 watts is connected, it is impossible to keep a consumer of 75 watts. Likewise, no further receiver, not even one with 25 watt consumption, can be connected to an amplifier occupied by a single 75 watt consumer.
However, the invention is not limited to the Darge presented and embodiment described above. It can be used much more wherever it is desired to connect several consumers to amplifier devices of a certain power. The carrion can be switched directly by hand using a switch, plug or latch. Remote-controlled dialers can also be used via telephone or control lines to connect consumers.
The invention can also be used in telephone systems with amplification of the speech streams, e.g. B. for so-called remote conferences, easily use.
