Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines basischen Esters einer 1-Aryl-cycloalkyl-l-carbonsäure. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines basischen Esters einer 1-A'ryl-cycloalkyl-l-carbonsäure. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man einen reaktionsfähigen. Ester von 1- (4'- Methyl - phenyl) -cyclopentan-l-carbon- säure-(B-oxy-äthyl)-ester, wie z.
B. einen Halogenwasserstoff-, Schwefelsäure- oder Arylsulfonsäureester, mit Diäthylamin um setzt.
Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, der 1-(4'- Methyl -phenyl)@,-cyclopentan-1-carbonsäure- (ss-diäthylamino-äthyl)-ester, bildet eine f arb- lose Flüssigkeit vom Siedepunkt 113 bis 115 unter 0,03 mm Druck; ihr Hydrochlo- rid schmilzt bei 167 bis 168 . Die Verbin dung soll therapeutische Verwendung finden.
Beispiel: 40,8-Teile 1-(4'-Methyl-phenyl)-cyclopen- tan-l-carboneäure werden mit Thionylchlo- rid in üblicher Weise in das Säurechlorid übergeführt und dieses mit 16 Teilen Äthy- lenchlorhydrin in 150 Teilen Pyridin umge setzt. Nach beendeter Reaktion giesst man in Wasser, stellt kongosauer und äthert aus.
Nach dem Waschen und Trocknen der Äther lösung wird das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert und der als Rückstand erhaltene 1-(4'-Me- thyl - phenyl) - cyclopentan -1- carbonsäure- (ss- Chlor-äthyl)
-ester im Vakuum fraktioniert. 27 Teile dieser Verbindung setzt man in der Wärme mit 15 Teilen Diäthylamin um, nimmt nach beendeter Reaktion in verdünn ter Salzsäure auf, äthert aus und gewinnt aus der wässerigen Lösung den basischen Ester durch Zugabe von Pottasche und Aus äthern.
Nach dem Waschen und Trocknen der Ätherlösung wird das Lösungsmittel ab destilliert und der Rückstand im Hoch vakuum fraktioniert. Der basische Ester sie det unter 0,03 mm Druck bei 113 bis 115 .
