Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum Ausstechen von Teigformen für "Guezlie" und Konfekt.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Vorrichtung zum Ausstechen von Teig  formen für "Guezli" und Konfekt aus einem  auf einer Fläche     ausgebreiteten    Teig.  



  Dieselbe weist eine Rolle auf, auf deren  Umfang Ausstechformen angebracht sind,       sind,     entweder fest oder auswechselbar.  



  Die Achse der Rolle wird     durch    einen  Zapfen gebildet, der am einen Ende eines  Bügels angebracht ist, welcher anderseits in  einem Griff endet, mit welchem die Vor  richtung unter mässigem Druck über den aus  gebreiteten Teig gerollt werden kann, worauf  die "Guezli" fertig zum Backen bereit  liegen.  



  Die Rolle     kann    so     ausgebildet    werden,  dass die einzelnen Formen auswechselbar sind,  wodurch die Wahl derselben eine beliebige  sein     kann.     



  Durch die Rolle bezw. durch sie bildende  Segmentstücke ist für die einzelnen Formen  ein Boden gebildet, welcher die Stabilität der  Formen wesentlich erhöht, wodurch die Ma  terialstärke sehr dünn gewählt werden kann,  was ein leichteres und sichereres Ausstechen  des Teiges als bisher gewährleistet.    In beiliegender Zeichnung ist eine bei  spielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungs  gegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:  Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch denselben,  Fig. 2 eine Ansicht desselben und  Mg. 3 eine perspektivische Darstellung  beim Ausstechen des Teiges.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Vorrichtung zum Ausstechen von Teig formen für "Guezli" und Konfekt, gekenn zeichnet durch eine Rolle (1), auf deren Um fang (2) Ausstechformen (3) eine an die andere anschliessend angebracht sind. <B>UNTERANSPRÜCHE:</B> 1. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (5) der Rolle (1) am Ende eines Bügels (6) befestigt ist, welcher anderseits durch einen Stift (10) in einem Griff (7) gesichert ist, so dass die Vorrichtung über den Teig (9) gerollt wer den kann, wodurch geformte Teigstücke aus gestochen werden.
