Description
Fig. 1 ist eine Ansicht der Säge.
Fig. 3 ist eine Ansicht eines Fächer ringes.
Hacksaw. The subject matter of the present invention is a hacksaw with a tensioning lever for the saw blade, which is characterized by a means connected between the bracket and the saw blade which, when the tensioning lever is tightened, secure the saw blade against turning.
The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the invention with example embodiment.
Fig. 1 is a view of the saw.
Fig. 2 shows on a larger scale one end of the bracket and the saw blade. Fig. 3 is a view of a fan ring.
At one end of the suitably made of steel tube bracket 1 with z. B. oval cross-section is a clamping lever 2 hinged for clamping NEN of the saw blade. The saw blade 3 is connected to this lever via a device 4 for regulating the saw blade tension and a connecting piece 5. A fan ring 7 is inserted between the head 6 of the device 4 and the intermediate piece 5. Such a fan ring 7 is also located between the eye 8 of the bracket 1 and the head 9 of a connecting piece 10 between bracket 1 and saw blade 3. These fan rings have an inner edge 11 and projections 12 protruding from this on both end faces, which work together with the parts of the saw that are to be secured against rotation.
These projections are relative to the inner ring edge 11 tends ge. So they form clamped rods that are subject to torsion stress. You can be made with the ring edge 11 in one piece.
1 tightened clamping lever 2 the head 9 presses the fan ring 7 lying on it against the eye 8 and the intermediate piece 5 the other fan ring 7 against the head 6. The projections 12 on both faces of the fan rings 7 are twisted claimed and prevent the parts 9 and 8 respectively. 6 and 5 on mutual rotation. If you relax the clamping lever 2 by turning, seen in Fig. 1, clockwise, the locking effect of the fan rings is canceled. The saw blade can now be given a different inclination, in which it is again secured against turning by the fan rings after tightening the clamping lever again.
The fact that the fan rings have several projections 12 on both end faces, their securing effect is multiplied compared to an ordinary spring the L washer. There. In addition, the length of the projections is very small, this effect is even stronger.
