Uhr.
Clock. The present invention relates to a t'hr.
According to the invention, the clockwork as a reduction gear for reducing the speed of the second hand axis, which the drive acts on, on the minute hand axis mounted coaxially on it, and the speed of the minute hand axis on the hour hand axis mounted coaxially on it, each has a planetary gear on its own axes .
It is advantageous to use a synchronous motor to drive the clockwork, by means of which the second hand axis is driven.
The clock can be designed as an electric alarm clock, whereby to close the circuit for the actuation of the acoustic alarm device, a contact device formed from two mutually concentric contact rings and a contact device which falls between them and can be set with a wedge contact fixed on the hour hand axis can be provided .
The electric alarm clock can be provided with a built-in light for use as Nachttisehla.mpe, preferably in the form of a neon tube laid on the circumference of the dial.
The electric alarm clock can also be combined with an electric cigarette lighter.
In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject of the invention, namely an electric alarm clock, is shown. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the reduction gear and the alarm contact device of the alarm clock and FIG. 2 shows a side view of the alarm clock. In the case shown, the clockwork is driven by a synchronous motor, not shown in the drawing, acting directly on the second hand axis.
On the second hand axis 1, the hollow axis 3 of the minute hand 4 and on this the hollow axis 5 of the hour hand 6 are loosely rotatably mounted. At the rear end of the minute hand axis 3 is a gear wheel 7 and on the rear end of the hour hand axis 5, a gear 8 is attached. A sleeve 9 is also rotatably mounted on the hour hand axis, on which a gear 10 and a gear 17 are firmly seated.
12 is a carrier attached to the second hand axis 1, which carries an axis 13 at its free end and a planet gear 14 rotatably mounted thereon. The latter is in engagement with the gear 7 and with the gear 11. The gear 7 has the number of teeth 60 and the gear 11 has only 59 teeth.
If the gear 11 is held and the seconds axis 1 is rotated 360, the planet gear 14 rolls on the circumference of the gear 11 and gives the gear 7 (minute wheel) the advance by one tooth, so around '/ so its circumference. In the same way as on the carrier 12, an axle 15 is also attached to the minute wheel 7 and a planet gear 16 is rotatably mounted on it. The latter is in engagement with the gears 8 and 10. The gear 8 has 24 and the gear 10 has 22 teeth.
If the gear 10 is held and by rotating the Minu tenrades 7 by 360, the planet gear 16 is rolled onto the gear 10, the gear 8 (hour wheel) is fed by two teeth, that is to say by '/ 12 of its circumference. The gear 17 of an angle drive 17, 18 is also firmly seated on the sleeve 9.
By turning a seated on the axis 19 of the gear 18 adjusting button 20 outside the alarm clock housing (Fig. 2), the pointer 4 and 6 can be regulated by turning the interconnected wheels 17, 11 and 10 under winding from the planetary gears 14 and 16 the minute wheel 7 and the hour wheel 8 are adjusted.
21 is a circuit board firmly mounted in the alarm clock housing, in which the sleeve 9 is rotatably mounted, but is held in place by friction washer 22 and spring washer 23 in relation to the circuit board 21 so that the drive of the clock does not shut off the gears 10 and 11 that are fixed on the sleeve 9 able to move
but that this friction can be overcome when setting the pointer by means of the angle drive. On the front of the board 21 an insulating plate 24 is screwed Festge by means of screws 25.
Two contact rings 26, 28 are fastened in an insulated manner on this insulating plate by means of countersunk screws or rivets 27, 29. The contact rings have different diameters, are arranged concentrically to one another and are connected by conductors with clamping screws 30, 31, which are in the circuit of an electrical Weckvor direction.
The circuit of the wake-up device is closed by a contact wedge 43 engaging the space between the two contact rings. The device for closing the contact has a sleeve 32 which is axially displaceable on the hour hand axis 5 and which passes through the dial 33 and on the front end Pointer 34 carries for reading the alarm setting.
A ring 35, which is provided with a release catch 37, is also attached to the hour hand axis behind the sleeve 32 by means of a screw 36. A spring 38, which is supported on the one hand against the Zif ferblatt 33 and on the other hand against a collar 39 of the sleeve 32, seeks to press the sleeve 32 against the ring. 40 is a pin protruding beyond the rear end of the sleeve 32, which is supported against the ring 35 under the action of the spring 38 and, when the hour hand axis with the ring 35 is rotated, falls into the detent 37.
On the rear end of the sleeve 32 there is still a gear 41, which, mounted on the pin 42 in isolation, carries the con tact wedge 43, which when the pin 40 falls into the release latch 37, the con contact rings 26, 28 conductively connect with each other and thereby the The alarm circuit closes.
A toothed wheel 44, which engages with the toothed wheel 41 and forms an angular drive for setting the alarm clock hand 34, sits on an axle 45 which carries an actuating button 46 outside the alarm clock housing. The circumference of the dial 33 along a neon tube is laid, which allows the Be lighting of the dial and the use of the alarm clock as a bedside lamp.
The alarm clock housing 47 has a streamlined shape and the socket 48 of the glass 49 is provided with ventilation slots 50 to avoid overheating of the alarm clock housing through the neon tube. 51 is a switch for switching the automatically activated alarm clock on and off.
The wing 52 can be designed as a switch for switching the neon tube on and off, the power supply cable is inserted through the foot 53 of the alarm clock housing, so that the alarm clock can be connected to a socket of the lighting network by means of a plug.
The function of the alarm clock is as follows: When the second hand a, axis 1 rotates, the planet gear 14 rotates with it. and unwinds on the toothed wheel 11, which is held firmly by friction, so that, with one revolution of the second hand axis, the minute wheel 3, due to the difference in the number of teeth, only by% o of its circumference, and the minute hand 4 by a division corresponding to one minute is rotated on the dial.
In the same way, with a full revolution of the minute wheel 7, the planet wheel 16 unwinds on the gear wheel 10 held by friction, the hour wheel 8 being rotated by 42% of its circumference due to the difference in the number of teeth and the hour hand indicating the one hour on the Dial makes appropriate rotation.
When moving the clock forward or back by means of the rotary knob 20 on the Win keltrieb 17, 18, the planet gears 14, 16 on the gears 11, 10 are handled by rotation of the gears 10, 11 with a whole order of rotation of the gear 17, and thereby the The minute and hour wheels are turned forwards or backwards according to the transmission ratio. The hands can be adjusted without affecting the march of the clock.
With the relatively small difference in the number of teeth in view of the large number of teeth between the wheels 7 and 8 on the one hand and the wheels 10 and 11 on the other hand, the execution of the planetary gear on the same axis is possible without difficulty with regard to the module of the gears.
When it is designed as an electric alarm clock, an electric cigarette lighter can also be built into the housing.
