Device for processing shoes. The subject of the present invention is a device for processing shoes with two legs each designed to receive a last part, hinged to one another at one end, the opening angle of which can be changed by means of a screw spindle.
The inven tion consists in the fact that one leg is placed on a footplate and the screw spindle is rotatably attached to it, furthermore that the other pivotable leg has a cylindrical guide body for the screw spindle in an expansion, which when the legs are closed in an expansion of the former Schen's angle engages and the second-mentioned leg is pivoted when the spindle is rotated in one direction, the whole thing in such a way that the device can be used as a stretching rod and as a baton.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is Darge provides. 1 shows the device in side view, FIG. 2 shows a view in the direction of the arrow onto part of the device with the leg 2 omitted on a larger scale, and FIG. 3 shows a vertical section, also on a larger scale.
The device, which is designed as an extended fitting stick, has a support leg 2 seated on a footplate 1 for receiving a heel part 3 of a last. Above the footplate 1, a further support leg 5 is articulated on the support leg 2 at 4, which is intended as a carrier for the front part 6 of the strips. Both the heel part 3 and the front part 6 of the groin are each provided with a non-circular, non-circular pin or the like that can be inserted into depressions 7 of the support legs 2 and 5, so that they do not rotate and are removed without the aid of tools for replacement by other parts can.
The parts of the two support legs 2 and 5 are located below the recesses 7, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, widened to the side.
The support leg 5 has a cylindrical guide member 8, which is inserted into an expansion 5a of its two side walls, can be rotated about the cylinder axis and is provided with a threaded hole,
which protrudes with a half in an expansion 2a of the support leg 2 when closed according to the position shown in FIG. A screw spindle 9 is inserted into this guide cylinder,
which at one end rests in a spherical recess 10 in the support leg 2 by means of a rounded pin and at the other end is designed as a square 11 for attaching a socket wrench 12. This square 11 is through a wall opening 13 accessible.
Between the spindle 9 and the foot 1 respectively. the articulated connection 4 is articulated on the support leg 2 and a rail 15 on the support leg 5. The rail 14 has a guide slot 16 through which a pin 17 is arranged on the rail 15 to produce the we action connection between the two rails engages. These two rails 14 and 15 together form a swiveling of the support leg 5 from its initial position drawn out in FIG. 1 be bordering organ.
The molding of a shoe is done by first inserting the front part and then the heel part into the shoe. These strip parts are then attached to the two support legs 2 and 5, whereupon by turning the screw spindle 9 by means of the attached socket wrench 12, the pivoting of the support leg 5 into the position shown in broken lines in Fig. 1, caused by the guide cylinder 8, is caused. The out of the shoe can be made after the leg 5 has been pivoted back against the leg 2 until the last parts can be easily pulled out of the recesses 7 with the shoe.
The extension fitting stick can be used not only for stretching, but also for nailing shoes and pinning on soles. Its dimensions are expediently chosen so that it is possible to work seated by placing the device with the footplate 1 on the floor or, if applicable, on a pad.
