Formmasebine.
während in der obern Partie der Zylinderwandung des Kolben schiebers angeordnete andere Kanäle bei ge senkter Stellung des Presskolbens von der dem Kolbenschieber als obere Führung dienenden zylindrischen Bohrung im Rüttelkolben über- d-eckt;
Formmasebine. The present invention relates to a molding machine having a shaker piston carried by a plunger. The plunger is raised before the start of the Hubbewe movement of the vibrating piston when vibrating by Druekluft, whereby an air buffer is formed to catch the blows of the vibrating piston resiliently on its falling movement.
The controls of the known form machines of the type described are designed kom plicated. They are for example as complicated valve controls. or designed as com plicated piston valve controls or as complicated combinations of valve and piston valve controls.
If a malfunction occurs with such controls, it is often difficult to locate the source of the error. In these controls, there are many sealing points between the movable parts, which is undesirable in and for you, since every sealing point in the case of moving parts is subject to wear.
The molding machine corresponding to the present invention be seated in the bottom of the housing of the molding machine, fixed, hollow piston valve, tl (#ssen cavity is in communication with a compressed air line, in the lower part of the plunger and further up in the vibrating flask is sealingly guided The lower part of the cylinder wall of the piston slide has channels which, when the plunger is in the lowered position, are in communication with channels provided in its cylindrical bore and leading to the lower end face of the plunger,
while in the upper part of the cylinder wall of the piston slide, other channels arranged in the lowered position of the plunger are covered by the cylindrical bore in the vibrating piston serving as the upper guide for the piston slide;
The whole thing is such that when the plunger is attached, the plunger covers the channels provided in the lower part of the cylinder wall of the plunger slide by supplying compressed air into the interior of the plunger slide and the channels provided in the upper part of the cylinder wall of the plunger slide through the Rüttelkelben are exposed.
In the accompanying drawings, several exemplary embodiments of the molding machine according to the invention are each shown in vertical section. It shows: FIG. 1 an embodiment of the molding machine, drawn in the rest position, FIG. 2 a second embodiment of the molding machine, drawn in the rest position, FIG. 3 the apparent from Fig. 2 Ausfüh approximate form of the molding machine, drawn in the vibrating position, Fig. 4 shows a third embodiment of the Formmaseliine,

when the molding material is compacted by a lifting movement of the plunger.
Fig. 10 shows on a larger scale in a four-tale section; Draws the control applied to the molding machine according to Fig. 6-9, although some details have been changed.
FIG. 11 shows, in vertical section, a variant of a detailed design of the control shown by FIG. 10.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the housing of the molding machine, which has a cylindrical bore in which the plunger 2 is guided you tend. The vibrating piston 3 of smaller diameter is guided in a cylindrical bore of the plunger 2 in a sealing manner. The top plate 4 of the vibrating flask 3 serves as a support for a mold plate and molding box, not shown.
If the plunger moves upwards, the molding material located in the molding box is pressed against a swiveling counterpressure plate of the molding machine (not shown in the drawing) and thereby compressed.
The counterpressure plate of the molding machine can, for example, be supported on a side arm 5 of the housing 1 of the molding machine, indicated by dash-dotted lines. In the bottom of the cylinder of the housing 1, serving as a guide for the plunger 2, an upwardly directed hollow piston valve 6 is anchored in the center axis of the cylinder, its top The end is complete. The lower closed end of the piston slide 6 is connected to a compressed air line 7 which is provided with a shut-off element 8 .
The hollow piston slide 6 is in a cylindrical bore of the lower part 9 of the plunger 2 and further above - in a cylindrical bore of the part < B> 10 of the vibrating piston 3 in a sealing manner. The lower part of the cylinder wall of the piston slide 6 has channels 11 which, when the plunger is in the lowered position, are in communication with channels 12 which are connected to the cylindrical bore of part 9 lead out to the lower face of the plunger.
The upper part of the cylinder wall of the piston slide 6 has channels 13 which, when the plunger is in the lowered position, of the cylindrical bore of the part 10 of the Rüttelholbens 3 are covered. The cylindrical bore provided in the press piston and serving as a guide for the vibrating piston 3 has exhaust ducts 14 which are connected to recesses 15 provided in the press piston and open at the upper end of the press piston.
The exhaust ducts 14 are covered by the latter when the vibrating piston 3 is in the lowered position. At the upper end of the piston slide 6 there is a stop 16 which limits the stroke movement of the press piston 2 when the press piston does not move from the latter due to the lack of control over the latter a certain Hubstelluing is shut down.
If compressed air is fed through the pressure line 7 into the interior of the hollow piston valve 6 , the compressed air passes through the channels 11 and 12 under the floor of the plunger 2, so that it performs a full stroke movement together with the shaking piston 3 until the channels 11 of the cylindrical bore in part 9 of the Plunger are covered over and the stroke movement of the plunger comes to a standstill.
Shortly before the end of the stroke movement of the plunger, d. h. before the channels 11 are completely covered, the channels 13 provided in the piston valve 6 are exposed so that the vibrating piston 3 </ B> a full stroke movement leads to a hole where the exhaust channels 14 provided in the plunger 2 are exposed and the vibrating flask falls downwards and hits the plunger 2.
The impact of the vibrating piston is absorbed by the air cushion present between the piston 2 and the cylindrical bore in the housing 1 . Completion of the desired number of vibrations of the vibrating flask 3 , the shut-off member 8 provided in line 7 is closed, whereby the plunger 2 sinks downwards .
Away from the piston slide 6 , a compressed air line 18 is connected to the bottom 17 of the cylinder of the farm machine serving as a guide for the press piston 2, which is connected to a Three-way tap 19 is connected. 20 denotes a feed line and 21 a drainage line, which are connected to the three-way valve 19 .
If the feed line 20 is brought into connection with the line 18 by a corresponding setting of the three-way tap 19 , then the plunger 22 works together with the vibrating flask 3 a stroke movement, whereby the counter pressure plate, which is not shown in the drawing and is swiveled into the path of movement of the press piston 1, comes into contact with the molding compound and the latter in the Molding box is compacted.
After completion of the pressing process, the three-way tap 19 is set in such a way that the line 18 is connected to the drainage line 21, see above that the plunger performs a lowering movement; then the three-way valve 19 is moved back into the closed position shown in FIG. 1.
The tax organs, 8 and 19 can of course also be combined in a single you-ner organ, like this one in Molding machines, which have a pressing piston and a vibrating piston, are all known for themselves.
The illustrated and described, separate execution of the named control gall was only chosen, in order to clearly show the functioning of the control with the simplest means.
In the embodiment of the molding machine from FIGS. 522 and 3, the ZD with the embodiment according to FIG. 1 have been given the same reference numerals over matching parts.
The novelty of this embodiment is that # the part 10 of the vibrating piston 3, in the downward direction, in the vibrating piston has a recess 22 and a second, also as a guide Cylindrical bulging 23 serving for the piston slide 6 connects. The recess 22 is connected to the free front end of the vibrating piston 3 through channels 24.
If the shaking flask is to be given a shaking movement, the shut-off element 8 is opened so that compressed air flows through the channels 11 and 12 under the plunger 2 and the latter performs a lifting movement together with the shaking piston.
Before the channels 11 are completely covered by the cylindrical bore in part 9 of the plunger, during the stroke movement of the piston the connection between the channels 13 of the piston slide 6 and the recess 22 in the plunger 2 are produced, so that compressed air is now from the recess 22) through the channels 24 under the vibrating piston 3 can flow and the latter is raised until the compressed air can escape through the exhaust ducts 14 (Fig. 3)
. The channels 13 have reached the region of the cylindrical bore 23 of the vibrating piston during the stroke movement of the vibrating piston and are removed from the cylindrical bore 23 < / B> overdeect, in such a way that now no compressed air can continue to flow under the shaking flask 3 and the latter sinks downwards.
4 and 5 , the lower compressed air line 7 with shut-off element 8 is omitted. A recess 25 adjoins the cylindrical bore of part 10 of the vibrating piston 3 in the upward direction, the upper limit of which is provided by a wall 26 of the vibrating piston is formed, which has a cylindrical bore that also serves as a guide for the piston slide 6 .
A channel 27 provided in the vibrating flask is connected to the recess 25 , to which a compressed air line 28 with built-in shut-off element 29 < / B> is connected. In the wall of the piston slide 6 a third series of channels 30 is provided which, when the plunger and vibrating piston are lowered, form the connection between the recess 25 and the hollow space of the piston valve 6 .
If compressed air is supplied to recess 25 by means of the compressed air line 99 by opening the shut-off element 99 , it flows through channels 30, 11 and 12 under the bottom of the plunger 2, so that it performs a stroke movement together with the vibrating rod until the channels 11 from the cylindrical bore in part 9 of the plunger 2 are covered.
Shortly before the end of this stroke movement, the channels 13 of the cup slide 6 are exposed, so that the vibrating piston performs a stroke movement until the exhaust channels 14 are exposed (Fig. 5). During this stroke movement of the vibrating piston, the channels 30 of the piston slide are removed from the cylindrical bore of part 10 of the vibrating piston 3 covered,
so that further compressed air is no longer supplied under the vibrating flask and the latter sinks downwards. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 6 to 9 > A valve chamber 31 is provided in the shaking piston 3 , which is attached to the lower end of the valve chamber for the piston slide 6 in part 10 </ B> of the shaker piston provided cylindrical bore connects.
Arranged in the valve chamber 31 is a valve 32 that slides on the piston slide 6 and opens upwards, with its lower end at The lowered shaking flask pushes open the plunger '2 and is thereby held in the open position (Fig. 6)
. If compressed air is supplied through the compressed air line 7 into the cavity of the piston valve 6 , the compression piston and the vibrating piston move fully together until the channels < B> 11 in the piston slide through the cylindrical bore in part 9 of the plunger.
Shortly before completion of this sliding movement, the channels 13 of the piston slide that were covered by the cylindrical bore of part 10 of the vibrating piston 3 until then are exposed, so that compressed air flows into the valve chamber 31 and from here, with the valve 32 open, under the vibrating piston 3 , and these perform a lifting movement can (Fig. 7)
. During this stroke movement of the vibrating piston 3 , the valve 32 closes and the compressed air enclosed under the bottom of the vibrating piston causes the reciprocating movement of the vibrating piston to continue until the Compressed air can escape through the exhaust ducts 14, Fig. 8). After the end of the shaking, the shut-off element 8 is closed, as a result of which the plunger and the shaking flask move into the lowering position.
During the so-called pressing process, the previously closed three-way valve 19 is opened and the line 18 is brought into connection with the compressed air line 20, so that the press piston 2 together with the vibrating piston 3 performs a lifting movement, as already described in the explanation of the mode of operation of the embodiment according to FIG. 1.
In this embodiment according to FIGS. 6 to 9 the compressed air could be directed to the piston slide 6, instead of from below through the compressed air line 7, </ B> can also be fed in from above. In this case, in part 10 of the vibrating piston 3, whose cylindrical bore the upper guide f for the piston slide 6 </ B > forms, a recess 33 is provided, which is shown in Fig. 6 with dot-dash lines.
The recess 3ä is connected to a channel 34 provided in the vibrating flask 3 , leading upwards and drawn with dash-dotted lines, to which a compressed air line 35 </ B > is connected. When the plunger and shaking flask are lowered, the channels 13 of the piston slide 6 are connected to the recess 33 .
When supplying compressed air through the compressed air line 35 and forwarding it - through channels 34, recess 33, channels 13, 11 </ B> and 12 under the plunger, the latter executes a stroke movement together with the jiggle plunger until the channels 11 are covered by the cylindrical bore in part 9 of the plunger.
Shortly before the end of this stroke movement, the channels 13 in the piston valve 6 are exposed in such a way that they are connected to the valve chamber 31 . Since the connection between the valve chamber 31 and the recess 33 must remain in this position of the channels 13 , the channels 13 Have a length in the axial direction of the piston valve such that the connection between the valve chamber 31 and the recess 33 is not interrupted.
The control shown by FIG. 10 corresponds in its basic features to the control used in the molding machine according to FIGS. 6-9, although some details have been changed. The control is drawn in the position where the plunger 2 and the vibrating flask 3 are in the lowered position, as can be seen in full from FIG. 6.
The hollow piston slide 6 is inserted into the base 17 of the cylinder of the molding machine that serves as a guide for the press piston 2. The cavity of the piston slide 6 is connected to the compressed air line 7 screwed into the base 17 .
The in the lower part of the plunger, d. h. in its part 9 provided lower slide guide for the piston slide 6 has a bore 36. In the cylindrical bore 36 </ B> see a separate Z, 9 guide bush 37, whose outer diameter is kept smaller than the diameter of the hole 36. The guide bush 37 is guided with its cylindrical bore on the piston slide 6 in a sealing manner.
The channels 19, which establish the connection between the lower end of the press piston 2 and the channels 11 of the piston valve 6, are composed of channel parts that divide in part 9 of the plunger and out of channel that are provided in the jacket of the guide bush 37 .
Against the lower end face of the guide bush 37 lies a ring-shaped locking nut 38, the diameter of which is larger, and is inserted into the bottom of the plunger 2 than the outer diameter:
of the piston slide 6. The front ends of the guide bushing 37 and the front wall of the bore 36 and that of the guide bushing 37 </ B The facing end face of the lock nut 38 are precisely machined in such a way that the surfaces in contact with one another have a sealing effect, but in such a way that a radial displacement of the guide bushing 37 with respect to the same in FIG Axial direction holding parts of the sliding guide is possible.
The upper sliding guide provided in the vibrating piston 3 for the piston slide 6 has a bore 39 in which a separate guide bushing 40 is located. The outer diameter of the guide sleeve 40 is kept smaller than the diameter of the bore 39. The lower end of the guide sleeve 40 rests against the front wall of the bore 39. A ring-shaped locking nut 41, screwed into the vibrating flask 3, rests against the upper end of the guide bush 40.
The front ends of the guide bushes 40 and the front side of the bore 39 as well as the front side of the lock nut 41 facing the guide bushing 40 are precisely machined in such a way that the surfaces in contact have a sealing effect, but in such a way that one radial displacement of the guide bush 40 with respect to the parts of the sliding guide that hold it in the Aelisrichtung is possible. The guide bush 40 is sealingly guided with its cylindrical bore on the piston valve.
The diameter of the bore of the annular locking nut 41 is kept larger than the diameter of the piston slide 6. Also the diameter of the bores in the intermediate wall 42 of the plunger '-) and the intermediate wall 43 of the shaking piston 3 are kept larger than the diameter of the piston slide 6.
The overall arrangement described ensures that, even with certain inaccuracies in the machining of the individual parts, a low sliding resistance between the guide bushes 37 and 40 tn on the one hand and the piston slide 6 / B> on the other hand is ensured. The valve chamber 31 which adjoins the sliding filling of the code slide in the downward direction in the vibrating piston 3 is covered at its lower end by an annular locking nut 44.
The upper end face of the annular locking nut 44 serves as a valve seat for the valve 32, which is provided in the valve chamber 31 and opens upwards, and which is provided by a Spring 45 is loaded. The valve 32 has a cylindrical bore and is sealingly guided on the piston slide 6 .
The downwardly directed, hollow cylinder-shaped shaft 46 of the valve 32 is kept smaller in diameter than the diameter of the bore of the annular locking nut 44, such that an annular channel 47 is formed between the named parts, through which the compressed air can get under the shaking flask 3 when the valve 32 is open.
In the variant of a sliding guide illustrated by FIG. 11, a guide bushing 49 provided with outer flanges, left 48, is presented, which is guided in a sliding manner on the piston slide 6 and can serve, for example, to cover and uncover the channels 13 of the piston slide 6 . In a cylindrical bore 50 of the vibrating piston 3 two sealing rings 51 made of rubber are provided which are relatively thick and which, see against the end faces of the flange 48 of the guide bush 49 apply.
An intermediate ring rests against the upper end of the rubber ring 51 located above the flansell 48 and an annular locking nut 52 in the vibrating piston rests against this at the top 3 is screwed in.
The outer diameter of the flange 48 is kept smaller than the diameter of the bolting 50. The diameter of the guide bushing 49 is also kept smaller than the diameter of the bore of the annular locking nut 52 < / B> and the inner diameter of the rubber rings 51 the whole thing in such a way that there is a tight connection in the axial direction between the vibrating piston 3 and the guide bushing 49, but a radial one Shifting the guide bushing 49 relative to the shaking flask 3 is possible.
