Doppelpendel-Reibahlenfutter.
Double pendulum reamer chuck. Reamers are usually clamped in self-aligning chucks, which are intended to compensate for the differences in the center of the axes between the drilling spindle and the hole. to avoid the so-called widths of the rubbed out hole.
With pendulum chucks that only have one joint, this is not entirely possible because the reamer cannot adjust itself parallel to its axis. To achieve this, double-jointed pendulum chucks have been proposed. But these have the disadvantage; that they can buckle, which is particularly possible with a horizontally lying reamer when inserting the same into the hole to be reamed, so that rejects or even a destruction of the reamer arises.
The present invention aims to avoid this disadvantage of the two-hinged pendulum chuck. The invention consists in that on one of the two end parts of the pendulum chuck, which are used to accommodate the reamer or to be inserted into the work spindle of a machine and are connected to one another by a pendulum member, a Ge threaded sleeve is rotatably attached,
which moves in the axial direction when rotating and which, depending on their position, either holds the end links in a coaxial position to one another or allows these links to oscillate relative to one another.
In the accompanying drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown partly in longitudinal section and partly in view. On the Morse taper 1, the shaft 2 of which is provided with a pin 3, a sleeve 4 sits on the latter and is firmly connected to the pin 3 with the pin 5. The sleeve 4 is seen with .ein ball bearing seat 6 and has slots 7 into which the driver pins 8 of the ball head 9 protrude.
The sleeve 4 is provided with an external thread 10 into which the thread of the threaded sleeve 11 engages. The front end of the sleeve 4 has an internal thread 12 into which the ball seat 13 is screwed. The ball head 9 is thus between. the balls 14 and 15 rotatably mounted on all sides.
The lower end of the ball pin 16 as a pendulum member connects the parts 2, 22 with one another. It has a ball 17, which is also provided with a driver pin 18.
This ball 17 sits between tween the ball sockets 19 and 20, which are inserted into the sleeve-like upper part 21 of the shaft 22 provided with a Morse cone. The upper part 21 sits, secured by the pin 5 ', on the bolt 3' of the shaft 22 and also has a cone 23 which corresponds to the cone 24 of the threaded bushing 11 kor.
The threaded bushing 11 can be turned so far and thereby moved in its axial direction that the cone 4 firmly engages over the cone 23 (see left 2 side of the figure), so that the sleeve-like upper part 21 of the shaft 22 is centered and held in place and precisely is axially to the shaft 2 .. If the threaded bushing 11 is moved in the opposite direction, that is, turned back (see right side of the figure), then
the upper part 21 and thus the shaft 22 around the space between the cones 23 and 24. Auspen- your, and the axis of the shaft 22 can adjust to this amount parallel to the axis of the shaft 1. The extent of the pendulum movement can be read on the scale 25, which is arranged on the sleeve 4.
With this device, it is possible to make the required pendulum movement possible for the shaft 22 and to set this in advance using the scale 25. 1, 2, 4; 13 and 20, 21, 22 are the end parts of the pendulum chuck and serve to hold the reamer or to insert it into the work spindle of the machine.
