Description

  

      Tonzunge        für        Blasinstrumente.       Gegenstand vorliegender     Erfindung    ist  eine Tonzunge für Blasinstrumente in der  allgemein bekannten Form eines in der Dicke       abnehmenden        Blattes    aus     Kunstpressstoff.     



  Diese     Tonzungen    wurden bisher aus dem  Naturprodukt des     Schilfrohres    ausgeschnit  ten. Da trotz Trocknung und mehrjähriger  Lagerung der Ausschuss von aus Schilfrohr       hergestellten        Tonzungen    gross bleibt, ver  suchte man die Herstellung solcher Tonzun  gen aus einem     Kunstpressstoff.    Es stellte sich  dabei aber heraus, dass die     Elastizitätsver-          hältnisse    und die Härte einer Tonzunge aus       Kunstpressstoff    derjenigen des natürlichen       Schilfrohres        keinesfalls'    entsprechen.

   Im be  sonderen wurde     bei.        Tonzungen        aus        Kunat-          pressatoff        festgestellt,    dass einerseits die Lip  penkraft des Bläsers in ermüdendem     Sinne          beeinträchtigt        wird,    andererseits, dass das  Tonvolumen kleiner     ist.     



  Die vorliegende Erfindung ermöglicht,  diese Nachteile zu vermeiden. Gemäss der Er  findung     ist    die Tonzunge gebildet durch     einen     Zungenkörper und eine in dessen dicken Teil       eingesetzte    Einlage, welche Einlage     bis    zum       Beginn    der Abflachung des Zungenkörpers  reicht und weicher ist und eine höhere Elasti  zität als das Material des Zungenkörpers  aufweist.  



  Ebenso kann das Tonvolumen noch zu  sätzlich erhöht werden,     wenn    die Einlage  und der     Zungenkörper    bis zu dessen Abfla  chung mit Längsrillen versehen sind.    Als besonders geeigneter Werkstoff für  die     Zungeneinlage    hat sich Kunstglas aus  einem     Acrylsäurederivat        erwiesen.     



  In der Zeichnung ist     eine        beispielsweise     Ausführungsform     einer    erfindungsgemässen  Tonzunge dargestellt.  



  Es     zeigt:          Fig.        1.    einen     Längsschnitt    nach der Linie       I-I    in     Fig.    3,       Fig.    2     einen        Querschnitt    nach der     Linie          II-H        in        Fig.    1 und       Fig.    3 einen     Grundriss    zu     Fig.    1.  



       In    dem     gezeichneten    Beispiel ist die Ton  zunge aus     Kunstpressstoff,    z. B.     Kunstharz,     aus     einem        Zungenkörper    1 und eine in dessen  dickeren Teil     .eingesetzte    Einlage 2, z. B. aus  Kunstglas, aus einem     Acrylsäurederivat    ge  bildet, die bis zur Abflachung 1' des Zungen  körpers 1 reicht und die weicher     ist    und eine  höhere     Elastizität    .als das Material des Zun  genkörpers 1 aufweist.

   Die Einlage 2 und der       Zungenkörper    1 sind bis zum     Beginn.    der Ab  flachung 1'     mit    Längsrillen 3     versehen,    wo  durch das Tonvolumen zusätzlich erhöht  wird.



      Tongues for wind instruments. The subject of the present invention is a reed for wind instruments in the generally known form of a sheet of plastic material which decreases in thickness.



  These tongues were previously cut from the natural product of the reed. Since, despite drying and storage for several years, the rejects of reed made of reed remain large, attempts were made to produce such tongues from a plastic. It turned out, however, that the elasticity ratios and the hardness of a clay tongue made of plastic in no way correspond to those of natural reeds.

   In particular was at. Tongues from Kunatpressatoff found that on the one hand the lip strength of the wind player is impaired in a tiring way, on the other hand that the tone volume is smaller.



  The present invention enables these disadvantages to be avoided. According to the invention, the clay tongue is formed by a tongue body and an insert inserted in its thick part, which insert extends to the beginning of the flattening of the tongue body and is softer and has a higher elasticity than the material of the tongue body.



  Likewise, the tone volume can also be increased if the insert and the tongue body are provided with longitudinal grooves up to its flattening. Art glass made from an acrylic acid derivative has proven to be a particularly suitable material for the tongue insert.



  The drawing shows an example of an embodiment of a tongue according to the invention.

       In the example shown, the clay tongue is made of plastic, e.g. B. synthetic resin, from a tongue body 1 and an insert 2, z. B. from synthetic glass, ge from an acrylic acid derivative forms, which extends to the flattening 1 'of the tongue body 1 and which is softer and higher elasticity .als the material of the gene body 1 has.

PATENT CLAIM: Tone tongue for wind instruments in the form of a reed made of synthetic material with decreasing thickness, characterized in that it is formed by a tongue body and an insert inserted in its thick part, which insert extends to the beginning of the flattening of the tongue body and is softer and has a higher elasticity than the material of the tongue body. SUBCLAIMS 1.

Sound tongue according to claim, characterized in that the insert and the tongue body are provided with longitudinal grooves up to their flattening. 2. Tonzunge according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the insert made of synthetic glass consists of an acrylic acid derivative.
